Eyes Of The Archangel - Part 1

"Just die!", the man used his right fist and directed it towards Jay in order to punch him.

"..."

'BAM'

Suddenly a man who seemed to be an official arrived out of nowhere and stopped the 4 star angel's punch as if it was nothing.

Jay turned his eyes towards the man only to find that he was also 4 star angel who was an S ranker.

The other awakened people's eyes were sparkling at the sight of him as if he was some big shot but Jay wasn't aware of who he actually was.

He just kept on sitting there whereas others stood up in order to pay him respect.

He didn't even care at what had happened and was just waiting until he could go into the tower.

"No fights in the waiting area...", the man said with a deep tone.

The one who was punching immediately withdrew his fist as if he was obeying the official.

The offcial then looked towards all those who were standing and asked them to sit.

They all did as they were told and immediately after that the official started to walk out of the room.

Just before leaving he said, "Whoever fights again won't have their ranks evaluated..."

After saying this he left the room while glaring at Jay.

Jay didn't give any specific reaction but he was aware of the glare that was directed towards him not only from the official but also from others who were present in the Room.

"What an idiotic person... he doesn't even respect the high tankers!", they whispered among themselves.

Jay could hear it perfectly and clearly but he didn't want to bother with them so he just kept mum.

The man who earlier tried to punch Jay, now walked towards the other seat and sat down.

He was also giving a death glare as if the moment they would be out of the building, he would kill Jay.

It seemed like all others were also critiquing him but right now he didn't pay attention to any of them since only one thought was lingering in his mind and that was about the tower.

'That was close, if I had been even a second late, then that mysterious mask boy would have killed him...', the official who just left who was wearing a black suit with black beard and was around his 30s thought this.

"Welcome Vice Master... Welcome Vice Master...", all of the staff members and others who were present were greeting him.

It seemed like he was one of the strongest in the country and that was why he was given the position of Vice Master which was indeed quite high.

He went and sat on the main seat since the Master was absent. He immediately called over all the staffs to ask something.

"May we come In Vice Master...", all of them said in unison and arrived almost instantly after he rang a bell and asked all of them to come.

"Who is that masked guy?", he asked.

All of them were confused when they heard such a name so they asked, "Masked Guy...? Who...?"

They didn't know anyone with such a name and addressing him in such a way couldn't possibly tell them who actually the guy was.

"He...", he pointed out his finger towards the monitor that was kept which was actually connected to the CCTV of the waiting room.

Jay, who was wearing a mask, was clearly visible in the CCTV.

All of them started to discuss among themselves since they had no idea of who he was.

"So no one knows?", he asked to them.

All of them suddenly shut their mouth and stood like statues.

He was about to scold them when suddenly the one who had showed Jay the way who was a new person working there arrived late as she was in washroom when he called and was only informed later.

"I'm sorry for being late!", she said while panting.

The Vice Master Who was going to scold suddenly paused on seeing her. He thought about asking her too and this he called her to the front.

She moved forward and was in clear sight of him.

He then asked, "Do you know this person?"

He pointed his finger again and showed the monitor. She too glanced towards the monitor only to find the same person whom she had escorted to the waiting area.

"Y-yes... n-no!", she said.

"Huh? Is it either yes or no? Say one..", he said this loudly.

She was a bit nervous because she was exposed to the Vice Master on her second day of work.

But she didn't get discouraged and lose confidence and hence said, "He did come here and I escorted him to the waiting area, but I have no idea as who he is and thus I don't know him personally."

The way she said was perfect and this set the Vice master's mind into confusion and he started thinking.

"Weird...", he said slowly.

All of them were waiting there and were staring at him while he was thinking.

"Okay, Good... you, tell me, what's your name?", he asked to the same lady who had escorted him.

"I'm Ria, Vice master...", she said with calmness.

"Ria...? Are you new here?", he asked.

She nodded her head since it had been only one day since she joined.

"Good, from now on you are promoted to manager post...", he said this while thinking something.

"Eh..!!?", she was shocked when she heard that.

Even others were quite surprised to hear that since it was the first time for someone to get promoted on their second day of work.

"Vice Master this...", she was too shocked to say anything else.

"Yes, you heard it right, you are the one who escorted him so you will be his personal manager and keep updates about his reports.", he said.

She was happy enough since her family condition was bad from the beginning and now due to promotion she would get a good deal of money which would be quite helpful to her.

But she was hardworking at the same time and was just 21 years old. So it was indeed a talent which couldn't be left.

But she felt to express gratitude to the masked person since he was the one due to whom she was getting promoted.

"Okay, all of you can leave..."

Immediately after hearing that they all left while the man extended his legs and put them on table while cross legging them.

"It's indeed weird... why wasn't I able to see through him even with 'THE EYES OF ARCHANGEL'!?"
