"Now you guys do the same. Let's concentrate, guys, concentrate on your inner energy, try to feel it. They are flowing in your body in immense quantities, try to collect them all in your palms and then try to hold it for a while."

After Inga's encouragement and Santaka's shining energy Ora started flourishing from his body. It is yellow Ora which denotes that his source of energy is the Sun's infinite energy which is hotter than fire and the shin which dazzles the eyes of Inga.

"Good... good... Santaka keeps it constant and feels in which direction the internal energy inside of your body is flowing and controls it and directs it to your navel instead of your hand now."

Santaka did as he was told but failed on his first try with his body covered in sweat.

"It's a good start, don't be discouraged, it's harder to concentrate inside the body than a point outside on the surface of the body. Keep practicing."

On the other hand, Nilam's body was covered in sweat with the sound of low thunder coming from her body causing her to shake.

Seeing this Inga smiled and observed Jay who was also trying to feel the flow of energy in his body but couldn't concentrate or redirect it due to having no cultivation method.

While Chandraka was sitting there peacefully with no change in his expression, he understood very well what he was going through. The cultivation method he had created is currently strengthening his bones and his very essence.
