"How wonderful," she murmured, her voice full of amazement as she checked out the tower. It was huge and golden. It was pretty cool, but not as cool as the Jinn standing right next to me.
We had to wait in a line that felt like forever to get to the top of this tower. The air was fresh, like someone had just taken a shower outside, and you could kind of smell the city waking up. When we finally made it to the top, oh man, the view was nuts! Paris looked like a giant rainbow rug spread out just for us.
Priya was leaning on this railing, her hair blowing in the wind like she was in a shampoo ads. She looked like a queen on her throne or something. And she said, all excited, "Can't wait to find Liya's family and help them out!"
I gave her hand a squeeze and said, "Me too. Let's find them." It felt like we could do anything.
