Chapter 1Chapter One

I opened my eyes and instantly wished I could glue them shut.

Today was the first day of school, and I'm not too pleased about that. Don't get me wrong, I love school, just not the students or the teachers.

I grumbled softly and slid the coverings off my body. I unhurriedly stood and stepped towards the washroom. I turned the shower on and shed the clothing off my body.

I let the cold water run down my body. I took notice that cold water was better for your skin, so I started using it. Soon enough, I got out of the shower and started drying myself with my soft towel. I put on my school uniform, and began to brush my teeth with my iced tea-flavored toothpaste, sounds good, doesn't it?

I brushed my fluffy black hair and eventually left the house. I strolled towards the large private academy and entered through the large entrance. I went directly towards the auditorium where the other students stood, and stood to the side, not wanting to attract attention to myself. The teachers came up on the stage and started calling out students' names to get their schedules and see what their homeroom was. Once it was my turn, I quickly walked and snatched it from them, since I don't like speaking with with people. I then proceeded to go back to my spot and stand there.

I swear I could sense that somebody looking at me. I flinched hard when somebody touched both of my shoulders with their large rough hands. They whispered in my ear.

"Guess who it is."

I instantly figured out who it was. Akihito. He and I were in the same middle school, and that wasn't even the worst part, he used to come to my house unannounced and would expect me to hang out with him. He's super annoying and he won't leave me alone.

"Akihito," I mumbled.

I could see him beaming from the corner of my eye. He embraced me tightly and I couldn't breathe, so I slapped his arm and he let me go. I was finally able to breathe, I scowled at Akihito from the side of my eye but he didn't even notice.

"Did you miss me, I know you missed me." He said cheekily.

I glared at him and moved away from him. He frowned and began to follow me. I let out an annoyed sigh and looked at him.

"We saw each other yesterday," I said in an irritated tone.

"Well, I missed you." He whines.

"Like I said, we saw each other yesterday."

"But I can't go a day without wanting to be enchanted by your gorgeous looks."

After he said that, a huge smile formed on his face, it was like he expected me to be honored that he found me attractive.

I stare at him with a disgusted look. When he looked at me I could see tears forming in his eyes, obviously not liking how I was looking at him.

"Don't look at me like that!" He wailed loudly.

Everyone turned towards us. I turned around and acted like I didn't know him, and apparently, that just made him whine more. With tears still flowing down his eyes, he hugged me from behind. I would slap him if I could, but I know that I would get in trouble for it, and my other reason for not slapping him would be because he is way too strong, so it wouldn't even hurt him. He would probably laugh it off and nuzzle him.

I sighed and waited for all the students to get their stuff so I could leave the auditorium.

After all the students got their stuff, we went towards our designated classrooms.
