Lily's POV
"I know our relationship didn't quite start out like a normal relationship should but I promised to treat you better Lily. So will you give me the chance to do so?" Arman asked as he brought out a small box.
His words caught me by surprise and I don't know how to react to it.
"Huh?
Will you?" He asked again. And I noticed the nervousness in his eyes as they searched mine for a response.
He had insisted on taking me out for dinner and I reluctantly agreed because I was not feeling much like it but I am now glad that I did not disagree.
"Yes, I will" I said with a smile and he nodded before opening the box.
A small ring was sitting inside and it caught me by surprise.
I was expecting a necklace or a bracelet but not a ring.
"Arman"
I called his name softly trying to check if this was a dream or if we are both dreaming of the same thing.
"Yes baby" he replied with a glint in his eyes.
