47 Criminal Plan
The world Kimi was living in was full of many strange things that could not be so easily explained.
There were Pokémon that could play around with time, space and many other aspects of the world that humans had a more difficult time grasping.
Even the unexplainable rebirth and regression of Kimi could have been the work of one Pokémon.
Of those unexplainable situations, there were some things that Kimi did understand and one was in front of her.
The Pokémon that were free and the captured Pokémon each had a certain wavelength or invisible barrier to connect them to their Pokéball or did not have one surrounding their aura if they were not yet connected to one.
The auras varied from different Pokémon and were vastly different to how human auras were viewed due to Pokémon possessing different genetics and attributes to humans.
Once the item that Kimi held had been pressed against the man, their form had changed as it was sucked inside the item which had been revealed to be an illegal Pokéball.
The form that had appeared before her eyes was a pinkish or light purple blob-like creature that seemed to have no specific shape as it lacked a solid body type.
Its main facial features consisted of beady eyes and a simple mouth which had been smiling without changing its expression.
Kimi saw it successfully be captured and then showed a little look of annoyance and reminiscence as if she was recalling some bad memories. 'Among the many Pokémon that were troublesome to deal with and had caused many problems through the world… Ditto would be very near the top of the list.
Their ability to transform and imitate Pokémon is already great enough but they can transform into any kind of item or even a person they have encountered which makes them even more difficulty to deal with. Depending on who they have learned from or imitated, they could blend into human society and become a good person or they could become someone bad.
They could be used in all kinds of schemes so long as their ability is used to imitate others. Framing others for crimes is just a small part of what they can do and there would be some that may be living under a fake identity. Even the caught Ditto may be used by their trainers in many ways so they are just as difficult to deal with once they have been discovered due to them being unable to be caught.'
Kimi had caught criminals in the past that had an alibi and had used a Ditto to attend a place to provide that alibi for when they had committed a crime.
There were other criminals that were a part of some criminal syndicates which were free Ditto or were just acting on the behalf of their trainers orders.
It would not be strange for some people to raise Ditto to take the place of some people from within a place they wished to infiltrate just to spy on them or carry out a specific task.
Depending on how good the Ditto was at transforming and maintaining their transformation along with acting, they could pull off certain jobs perfectly and nobody would know that there was a Ditto by their side.
If Kimi had not seen that the aura was different then it would have been difficult to detect what their true form was and would blindly jump into combat.
If anyone had come to know that Ditto could have such scary capabilities then so many people would be frightened and would have a difficult time trusting others.
How could they know if their neighbour who spoke few words was actually a Ditto?
Was every human in the world a Ditto and had humanity been replaced?
Many conspiracy theorists would publish their knowledge and would cause mass panic among the masses so a lot of such situations Kimi had encountered were not made public knowledge.
Due to it being a normal type, fighting moves and aura were the most effective so her force palms had injured it enough to allow its capture.
If it had been a Pokémon of someone within the cave or from somewhere else then she would have to settle for subduing or killing it.
Kimi did not waste any time and wandered deeper into the caverns and performed the same actions once again.
She looked down on the Pokéball, the clothing, the cheap belt containing Pokéballs and picked them up before hiding them away. 'Thinking about it now… these guys could be useful. Even if I do not use them for breeding, I could use a doppelgänger for when I am out on a task that is connected to my identity as L. Having some subordinates that can do the easier tasks will help bring in more funds.
If I combine my previous idea with this then that would be a very scary combination. So much so that I am scaring myself just thinking about it. The main issue would be arming them with other Pokémon outside of just having Muk alongside them, the funds needed and the attention to training their teams would take up more of my time.'
The disguising ability of the Ditto did not even have to perfectly imitate her due to her having a disguise on to hide her appearance and it would be better that way if their appearance had been unmasked.
Rather than showing her face, they would only show an appearance that looked slightly similar but had beady eyes and a simple mouth.
They did not even have to take on her appearance and could use others as their base which would provide further cover for her identity.
If they could not imitate human faces perfectly then all it took was a mask or a pair of blacked out glasses to cover that up.
The only capable Ditto that could be used for her exact appearance would be the ones to play the role of her when she was out performing a task for old P or was taking a task related to the criminal world.
The more that Kimi thought of the potential for her criminal enterprise, a smirk had grew larger on her face. 'I am probably not the only one who has thought of using a similar method and I know due to my past experiences but I have never seen anyone using it this way. What should I call it? Goat Cleaning Service? Get Your Muk Out? Muk Muk Removers? Hmmm….'
It was such a criminal plan that it had left herself surprised. 'If it was the previous me then I would have never thought of doing such bad things.'
