Her past

Year 746 of the Archellian calendar, war was raging in most parts of the Prism Continent. It was a year of famine and drought which brought down small kingdoms to its knees while they were defending themselves from the invasion of more powerful kingdoms. That year, the Imperial Army of Archellia marched forth to aid their neighboring small towns who were caught up between the infighting.

That was the year when the power of the Archellian Kingdom was at its peak. They would strike down any enemy standing in their way without mercy but they would protect those who willingly surrender.

"Your majesty, this is the last village under the kingdom of Valla," General Reious reported while kneeling in front of the king. The monarch of Archellia looked at the man and sighed.

"I told you so many times that you don't need to kneel before me every time you come to report," the king admonished in a gentle voice.
