I look nervously between Ashford and Riley. I can’t lie, a part of me is upset with Riley. We had a plan and he just assumed I didn’t go with it and ultimately ditched me. But it’s not his fault that everything else happened. He would have never meant for that to happen. I really wish Ashford would put a shirt on.
He’s too distracting. I knew he would be ripped but the reality is so much better. He has an eight pack for god’s sake. Is there anything wrong with him? It’s not natural to look as perfect as he does.
“I’m capable of driving her to the campsite,” Riley says, looking embarrassed and ashamed.
“You can take our bags so the drive is easier for me,” Ashford curtly replies, leaving no room for argument. “Mind if I grab a shower?” he asks, turning to me and cocking an eyebrow.
