After a couple of weeks had passed, I didn't get any reply or a call from Wu Qiang yet. His sudden shutdown was so frustrating and it's almost driving me crazy.

At noon, I headed down to my mother studio, where she was doing her new painting.

"Good afternoon, sweetie," she said.

"Afternoon and Hi, Mama. Erm, can I talk to you for a minute?" I asked.

"Can, sweetie.  What is it?" she asked as she put down her paintbrush, wiped her hands, and sat down on the sofa next to me.

"Mama. I haven't got a call or reply from Wu Qiang since that day. As if he has shut me down from him."

She put her arm around me.

"Oh. So you have contacted him since you got your phone right?" She asked.

"Yes, Mama.  I've called him and I've text messaged him since but he won't respond to me. Why that happens, Mama." I said as I looked down and put my head on her shoulder.

My mother sighed as she tightened her arm around me.
