After I left Yun Jia house, I went back straight to the penthouse. My mother was in the living room, working on one of her paintings, and my father was sitting on the couch with his laptop when I walked in.

"Welcome back, Son. Do you and Yun Jia have fun?" my mother asked.

I walked over to her and gave her a kiss on the cheek. 

"Yup, we are," I said.

"How's he doing?" my father asked.

"He wasn't all that great tonight. But Aunt Liu has said the doctor changed his medication."

"Oh, I wish there was something more we could do for him," my father said.

"Same goes with me, Papa. Oh, another note, I called Sheng Lia and we're having dinner tomorrow night."

"That's great, why don't you bring her to our family dinner," My mother smiled.

"Um. I forgot that was tomorrow night. Mama, can I… "
