Determination (1)
A large light erupted from the mirror painting the entire hall in a blinding light. The previous auction replayed within a large white fog. In the image Zhi Yue approached Mo Yu upon hearing his declaration about gaining the item for his mother no matter what. Zhi Yue glanced at Mo Yu then carefully with a skillful hand slipped the small jar into his sleeves.
The image froze on Zhi Yue slipping the jar into Mo Yu's sleeve then faded away returning the hall back to normal. The small handheld mirror glowed fainting then dulled returning back to its original state.
Master Zhi turned from white to green then from green to white upon seeing the image replay.
Shi Rong smiled sweetly then returned the mirror to Quijie as she stared Zhi Yue in the eye. "I can see a few of you are confused about what has just transpired. This mirror can record any event up to an hour and store it within its body until Qi energy is poured into it releasing it to be viewed. This Heavenly Divine tool is a gift from my disciple who I have asked to record Lady Zhi's actions upon her watching my child."
Master Zhi turned towards Zhi Yue shaking in anger. "HOW DARE YOU SCHEME SOMETHING OF THIS CALIBER DURING MY BANQUET YOU THOUGHTLESS CHILD!"
Zhi Yue stepped forward and bowed deeply with all eyes on her. She revealed her face with tears pouring down her eyes. "I humbly apology for any ill intent I have revealed tonight I just simply wish to regain my stolen husband to be for this woman has had a child from a previous marriage and has married this man who was promised to me. Shall I be judged for simply trying to regain what was stolen from me?"
The crowd immediately glared at Shi Rong with a viscous stare.
"Such a malicious woman stealing another's fiance!"
"That child looks nothing like that gentleman how unfortunate that such a lovely and beautiful woman has such a dark and vile heart!'
"Such a shame for Lady Zhi no wonder she has done such a thing."
Master Zhi listened to the crowd and immediately smiled upon the turn of events. "Such a quick thinking daughter to save the face of the Zhi family in such a short span of time, however I must quickly rid is this wife and child to keep this lie."
Master Zhi glared at Shi Rong. "That is right this woman has stolen this gentleman from my precious and prized second daughter!"
Zhi Xin stepped forward swirling her wine. She stepped into the middle causing the entire crowd to grow silent. She fluttered her black lashes then took a large gulp of her wine completing her glass.
Her gentle voice carried softly across the hall like a gentle breeze. "Dear sister I believe I was engaged before you and you have claimed my fiance as your own therefore this gentleman was originally never yours to begin with yet you claim his as your possession now that he is on the arm of another woman. Clearly is anybody should have an endeavor towards this woman it is me but I have a gentle heart and forgiven her for taking my item but your heart is dark and can't let go of the past when you have Wu Lun as your promised fiance."
