A Mothers Fury (2)

Master Zhi's heart shook slightly from her calm voice. He stroked his crying daughters back while he watched Shi Rongs disappearing figure. The crowd shouted insults at Shi Rong until she exited the Zhi residence gate.

"Shameless b*th!"

"Go die you husband stealer!"

A few women pulled their men to their side and sneered.

"You harolt stay away from my husband!"

"There's no way such a handsome man would fall for a beast!"

"WITCH!!!!"

"How else could you expect for a woman of such low status to gain favor with such a handsome man, she must have used magic or tricked him."

Shi Rong ignored the hurl of insults as she walked out the door holding the growling and grumbling Mo Yu.

Zhi Yue lifted her head and grinned slightly when she saw the flash of blood red robes exit the gate smiling brightly from the amount of hatred she has gathered in such a short amount of time.

Shi Rong walked down the street passing a few civilians. they looked back pointing at Si Rong and scowling as they clicked their tongues and stared at her in disgust. Women walked past pulling their fiances, husbands, brothers and sons close to their sides glaring heavily at Shi Rong.

Ling Yiyao glanced around the bustling streets full of people from the banquet avoiding Shi Rong like a dangerous disease. He pulled her into a nearby hotel.

The fat hotel owner sat behind a large counter with her hands in her robes. Her grey hair sat pinned on top of her head in a messy bun. She glanced at Shi Rong and immediately yelled. "Harlot get out of my hotel now!"

Shi Rong became slightly taken aback then looked outside the window at the group of women giggling. She instantly recognized them as the group of women who were chatting with Zhi Yue and Zhi Xin.

She spoke lightly and cruely. "It would appear this woman has hindered me from gaining lodging in order to rest, I'm afraid elsewhere will end with the same result so we shall rest within the Heavenly Pavilion with Quijie." She glanced at Hui Mian. "Hui Mian upon entry I wish to speak to you about the matters concerning the Zhi family and those sisters."

Hui Mian raised her chin and nodded her head.

Shi Rong guided the group into a nearby alley and pulled everybody inside the Heavenly Pavilion where Quijie was waiting within the room of Xiandi.
