"ALINA" that man shouted my name as I fell down. How did he knew my name? I was looking at him as I fell down and suddenly

I fell down the water. I was not able to swim up due to the wound on my arm and as I drowned down deeper I was getting weak and my struggles were going weak to go up. My visions were getting blury. At that moment only one thing was on my mind that Is this how I die? I wasn't even able to talk with my mom dad and Celia properly.....and I didn't even got my mate.....
Then suddenly I heard the splashing sound of water and a hand pulled me. "Alina? Alina? hey?" A muscular voice calling me with a concern. It was a man but I wasn't able to see him clearly. My head was spinning and I was getting out of breath. As I closed my eyes I heard that man calling my name and felt a warm touch on my lips. He was giving me a CPR. I immediately cough out the water from my mouth.
