••• Arabella’s POV •••
The coffin was made of glass with no lid, and a man was lying in it with his eyes closed.
That must be Dagon!
“We found him!” Iris growled.
We wanted to attack immediately, but a dark force around the coffin prevented us from moving forward.
“How are we going to get to him?” I asked Rosa and Jaxon.
“I’ll use magic to break the force, then I need you and Jaxon to kill him together,” Rosa said.
Jaxon and I nodded, and I was going to shift, but Jaxon stopped me.
“Luna, you can’t shift,” he said. “If you shift, it’ll hurt the babies, and if anything happens to your babies, I won’t dare to face Max.”
Then I realized what he said was right.
When shifting and turning into our wolf forms, our bones would break and lengthen, and it would hurt the babies.
So, I could only nod in agreement.
“You shift and do the frontal attack,” I told him. “I’ll be your support.”
He nodded and quickly shifted into his wolf form.
