"You could come to my palace and rest, I can have a royal physician look at you if want," Malek offered hoping to get Tanya to come to his quarters.
"I appreciate your kindness Your Highness, however that won't be necessary. I feel well and I was only in the dungeons for less than a day. There is no need to be concerned," Tanya declined his offer feeling nervous at the thought of being in Malek's palace. It had been months since she was there, she didn't want to relieve past memories.
"I see," Malek replied disappointed his offer had been rejected.
Malek still wanted to get her to come to his quarters and wanted to find something else he could say but fought against it. A part of him was surprised since he thought Tanya would jump at the offer. He could obviously order her to come to his quarters, as a prince she would have no choice but to listen to him. However, that's not what he wanted, he wanted her to come to him on her own. His ego had been bruised.
