(2) A forbidden romance maybe?

Blaze's POV:

I quickly fill my bags with everything I own. I had no idea how long I would be staying with my other aunt so why not take everything?

When I finished packing I had a total of five bags. And let me tell you, these were no ordinary bags. These bags had an extension charm on them that allowed me to put 3x the amount of stuff I put in a regular bag, into it. So yea...I pretty much actually had like 15 bags right here.

Hmph, I'm surprised it wasn't more. I was startled when Pyro barked at me. "What is it, boy?" I questioned. He looked at me and then over to his 'room' (it was actually just another walk-in closet that had his bed and other stuff in it). I giggled and pulled out another charming bag.

"How could I ever forget my spoiled doggies stuff?" I questioned him with a smirk on my face. He growled and began to walk up to me slowly. I squealed and tried to run, but he was too fast.

"Pyro!" I exclaimed as he tackled me. I was a giggling mess, lying on my back with my wolf on top of me, probably looking like an idiot. I looked up at him and was immediately captured by his eyes, which were an electric blue.

My breathing hitched, and I began to blush. I began to feel butterflies in my stomach. Why I was feeling this way? I didn't have any idea, and it was starting to freak me out. Pyro was staring at me with this weird look in his eyes. "Pyro, off" I whispered.

He jumped off of me and I stood up, still in shock. I grabbed the extra bag and made my way to his room.

"That was weird. I couldn't have feelings for a wolf, that's just weird and unnatural...right?" I mumbled to myself as I packed up all of Pyros's stuff.

Right now I am seriously freaked out, I'm going to have to talk to Aunt Adie about this. I sighed and continued to pack.

Pyro's POV(weren't expecting that, were you?):

Crap! I knew I should have reined in my instincts, but when she looked at me like that I just couldn't help but stare.

I kept watching as she packed my 'stuff', acting all flustered. I smirked to myself knowing I'm the one that did that to her.

I just hope she finds out soon!

Blaze's POV:

After I finished packing I lugged all the suitcases downstairs. Okay, I may or may not have pushed all of my bags down the stairs...

I just didn't want to carry them all! Don't judge me... Anyway, I only pushed down the bags that carried none of my breakables, I'm not that stupid.

I walked down the stairs with Pyro following me. I'm just glad the awkwardness has gone away after whatever happened upstairs.

"Blaze, can you explain why all of your luggage is piled on top of each other, at the bottom of the stairs" Adaline questioned me with a raised eyebrow. This made me pause halfway down the stairs.

I blushed and shrugged. She kept staring so I gave her a simple answer "I'm lazy". "Hmph, like I haven't figured that out yet" she mumbled walking away. I pouted but made my way down the stairs again.

"Hey, Adaline can you call the pack witch to come and shrink my luggage?" I yelled across the house. I heard her hum in response, and I soon heard her talking on the phone.

I headed to the kitchen and went straight to the fridge. I was digging through the fridge when a doorbell rang, which caused me to jump and hit my head on the shelf in the fridge.

"Get the door Blaze!" Adaline called from her office. I sighed but backed away from my lovely friend to go and open the door.

When I opened the door I saw Delila, the pack witch. "Nice to see you again Blaze" she greeted, I nodded and smiled back at her.

She walked in and looked around for my luggage, she usually got straight to the point and never stopped to chat. Once she found all of my bags she looked at me and asked "Charms on a bracelet, or keys on a key chain".

I thought for a second before I replied, "Charms on a bracelet please". She nodded and began to chant in Latin, a language that I have yet to learn.

In about 3 minutes the place where my luggage was sitting, now held a beautiful silver charm bracelet with small black luggage charms on it.

I walked over and grabbed it, immediately latching it onto my wrist. "Just touch the charm you want and say terra to return that bag to its normal size, and to make the bag return to being a charm just say aqua and tap the handle three times" I nodded.

If you didn't notice, she usually uses words I can understand since she knows I would mess up her charm if I tried to say something in Latin.

I led Dellila back to the door and waved at her as she began her walk back to the packhouse. I groaned knowing I was going to have to deal with my overly hyper aunt Adie now.

As soon as I got back inside Adaline came bouncing up to me. "So darling, you all packed up?" She questioned me while bouncing up and down. Although she was acting like her normal self, I could tell that something wasn't right.

"Your hiding something again," I said bluntly while raising my eyebrow and placing my hands on my hips. She just turned around and began walking to the kitchen.

"Soo.....Peppermint cookies, or chocolate fudge cake?" She said while turning to face me. "You aren't going to change the subject," I said, I had not moved an inch.

She sighed and looked up at me sadly. "Your aunt can't make it to get you, so you're going to have to make the journey alone" I just stared blankly. They expect a 15 y/o girl to make a trip by herself!

"Um your also going to have to fly by plane to Seattle, stay there a couple of days, and then catch a flight to Alaska. There your aunt Sapphiria will pick you up" she blurted out quickly.

I sighed, this is going to be a long trip. "What about Pyro?" If he cant go, i cant go. "I got him registered as a service dog for anxiety, so that way he can fly with you." I nodded and thought of any other questions i should ask.

"Oh! How many days does 'a couple days' mean?" She just looked at me innocently and mumbled. She mumbled so low I couldnt make out what she said. "Repeat that please". She looked to the floor, "6 days". Im sure my mouth hit the floor.

"6 days! You just want me to get found by another pack, dont you! This is outrageous!" I exclaimed loudly.

In those 6 days my life would be changed. And right now i cant say if it was for the better, or for the worst.
