Alain came out of the tent with a torch, walked over to a tree, then looked up to see Lynn sitting on one of the big branches with her eyes closed.
"I'm sorry, okay." Alain shrugged. "Honestly, I'm just not used to your appearance like that. After this, I won't complain or comment about how you dress."
Or the lack of it.
The woman opened her eyes. "It's okay. I'm used to things like that. It's just… I don't know."
Lynn still remembers Rupert, her colleague who died during the cursed dress incident. At this time, she still wanted to be alone.
The archer sighed and then sat on the ground, leaning against the tree. Lynn wanted to move right away, but she didn't like the situation to become more uncomfortable because of her selfishness.
"I feel so hot in the tent," Alain spoke while yawning. "I prefer to sleep outside, which is a bit chilly."
There was silence for a while until the archer continued his words. "So, what do you do every day?"
