"Just try it you lowly dem-"
"Can't you two shut the hell up already?"
Suddenly, Feng's cold voice rang out in the room. For some reason, despite there not being any particularly powerful aura coming from the human, both of the two Tier 4 powerhouses seemed to freeze in place as a strange premonition surfaced in their hearts.
Moreover, Lancelot, who had a clear view of Feng's face, felt his entire being tense up at the sight. Right now, Feng's emotionless face no longer seemed like something that would appear on a human. And even more horrifyingly, his eyes had turned completely black, the same as Lancelot's.
"You-" Lancelot felt himself unable to speak while looking at Feng's eyes that were like an abyss, with only a red dot inside each of them. How could a mere human possibly have something like this inside of him?
Moreover, how could a Tier 1 individual like Feng even know of it, let alone possess it?
Celestina had a much more drastic reaction upon sensing the particular feeling coming from Feng, who was standing right next to her, which would normally only originate from creatures like Mutants and Awakeneds.
Since Feng was a heaven-blessed individual, it shouldn't be possible for him to be in such a state. Yet, for a moment, she sensed that ominous feeling oozing off him.
Right now, the Demon Empress was quickly brooding over the matter and trying to decide what she should do if it really turned out to be the case that her contractor was one of them.
This was much worse than Feng simply being a sex predator who constantly sexually harassed her.
Her revival and the plans for getting back to ruling over the demon race can all go to hell right now as Celestina would rather self-destruct her soul and take these two abominations down with her than serve under something like that.
It was literally a worst-case scenario that Celestina had never even considered due to Feng's low tier and him not showing any signs of this beforehand.
As she was thinking about these things and turned to face Feng with wide eyes, Celestina noticed that the feeling had completely disappeared, and Feng seemed normal in both aura and appearance at the moment.
Even after carefully inspecting him from top to bottom, her contractor didn't possess any indication of being like one of those things.
However, that didn't reassure Celestina, and only stopped her from immediately committing any drastic actions that could kill all of them. She continued quietly assessing Feng, trying to get a read on what he truly was; but came up with nothing.
Feng didn't pay the Demon Goddess any mind, nor did he address the Awakened's half-question, simply faintly smiling at Lancelot and asking "Are you willing to have a chat with me now?"
A serious expression appeared on Lancelot's face when Feng restated his intentions. He previously didn't bother listening to the human, not caring for what an insignificant creature like him had to say.
Aside from the fact that Feng had previously ambushed him upon his unsealing, causing the NPC to be enraged and wanting to murder the bastards who had jumped him at his moment of freedom, Awakeneds like Lancelot considered all creatures beneath them.
Even those who were of a higher tier than an Awakened would get looked down on by the heaven-defying NPCs, merely considering powerful opponents as tougher food to obtain for their growth.
Their intelligence allowed them to converse, but they never bothered speaking with creatures they considered as prey. Feng had previously been too weak for Lancelot to even acknowledge.
Now, though, although the human's strength had not increased, and he seemed the same as before, Lancelot had seen it.
It wasn't like him, but it was still something otherworldly. The thing the Awakened saw within Feng was not something he could just dismiss.
Feng had effectively became a being Lancelot couldn't look down on, and the Awakened now had to consider the human's words carefully.
"What do you want from me?" Lancelot finally decided to hear Feng out after brooding over the matter for a moment and questioned the Tier 1 Swordman on what he had been bringing up all this time.
"It's not about what I want. It's about what YOU not only want, but need." Seeing Lancelot engage in the conversation, a grin appeared on Feng's face as the Awakened finally took the bait, and he immediately brought out a sales pitch to manipulate Lancelot.
"What I need? Human, do you have any clue who you are speaking to? How could you possibly know anything about my needs?" Lancelot's expression turned disdainful when he finally heard what Feng had said. Initially, the Awakened thought this human was special and could say something of note, but it would appear he had given Feng too much credit.
"Don't you want revenge on the Elf Kingdom? I can help you with that." Feng wasn't bothered by the Awakened's rude response, simply bringing out a card he knew Lancelot would not be able to ignore or resist getting hooked on.
Feng had been extremely curious about the extraordinary secret that had been hidden in one of his main Cities, so he had made an effort to thoroughly investigate everything related to Stone Forest Town, including the Obelisk and Lancelot, finding out a decent amount about the Awakened's history during his rampage, and even from before Lancelot became an Awakened.
Now he planned on leveraging Lancelot's past to convince the High Elf into working with him.
"How do you know of that matter?" He indeed could not resist inquiring further and biting on Feng's bait, Lancelot's expression darkening as he now wondered about Feng's identity even more.
"Is that really even important? Are you interested in working with me or not? I can help you obtain a suitable vessel, recover your strength, and get the vengeance you're so desperately seeking on the Elves and the Kingdom's royals. With a bit of time, I promise you that the Elf Kingdom will be no more." Feng simply smiled and refused to elaborate on Lancelot's question, instead giving out attractive and generous promises to the Awakened.
For the most part, his tactic was fairly effective as Lancelot seemed pretty interested in Feng's proposal, but he still remained cautious.
"And what is it that you want in return from me?" Nothing came for free, and since this human was offering him such a deal while they were in their current state of affairs, Feng most definitely wanted something of equal value from him as well.
"It's simple really. All I want is for you to become my Personal Guard[1]. You just have to temporarily listen to my orders and do what I ask of you. In return, I'll find a suitable vessel for you and grant you your revenge while also giving you chances to recover your strength. Once you've helped me with my thing and we've destroyed the Elf Kingdom, our contract will become null and you'll be free to do whatever you want," Feng slowly explained the conditions of their deal before chuckling "If you still wish to kill me afterward, then you're more than welcome to try."
Making this agreement with Lancelot was the entire purpose of Feng putting so much effort into Stone Forest Town's matters and convincing the Awakened to hear him out, even going as far as exposing a very important secret in front of Celestina.
If Feng could obtain a Personal Guard like Lancelot, then many of his problems would be solved. The Awakened was already at Tier 4 with all of his strength unsealed, meaning that he had Tier 5 combat power, only a bit less than the current Demon Empress. Even in his current condition, Lancelot would be extremely useful for many things.
Moreover, since he was an Awakened, Lancelot could quickly grow much stronger, both his Level, which was already at 100, and his Tier increasing at a fast pace. As long as the NPC consumed enough souls, Lancelot would soon be promoted back to Tier 5.
At that point, Feng would practically have a Tier 6 level combatant, and unlike in Celestina's case, there wouldn't be any problems with Lancelot using the Bible of Darkness to summon Demon Kings, or even Great Demon Kings once the Awakened reached Tier 5, to fight for them.
Since Lancelot's Level could increase independently of Feng unlike the Demon Empress whose Level was tied with the Pandemonium Lashblade, and by extension, to Feng, the NPC could even carry Feng to kill more powerful monsters and obtain valuable resources that would normally be unavailable to Feng due to his low level later on.
Additionally, if Lancelot became his Personal Guard, he could also carry Anna and Kite on high-ranking Quests, even some above Epic rank, which would undoubtedly be easy for the Awakened with his Tier and strength.
There were so many unimaginable benefits to him recruiting Lancelot, which would set Feng up for a much greater chance at beating his Tier 2 God Mode Promotion Quest.
In return, Feng simply needed to help Lancelot out with his full revival and vengeance.
From what he knew about Lancelot's past, Feng was aware that before he had become an Awakened that terrorized the entire God's Domain, Lancelot had been a High Elf in the Elven Kingdom, and among the royalty at that.
During his time there, however, he was betrayed by the other members of royalty among the elves, stripped of his title and authority, and exiled, never allowed to enter any territory belonging to elves again.
At the time, Lancelot had only been at Tier 3 while competing with other royal High Elves for a higher position, when the people who knew of his goals and potential betrayed Lancelot and had him lose everything.
Upon falling into such a state, Lancelot went mad, which wouldn't matter under normal circumstances since he had only been a Tier 3 High Elf Great Mage and hadn't posed a great threat, but unexpectedly, he suddenly became an Awakened following his madness.
Quickly growing thanks to his new status before anyone realized the gravity of the situation and tried to stop him, Lancelot became a Tier 5 Grand Wizard. Now a true powerhouse in God's Domain who regular Tier 5 existences couldn't even measure up to, Lancelot became a menace to all living creatures who only sought to destroy everything around him.
With his new strength, Lancelot even attempted to get revenge on the Elf Kingdom, but was stopped by a Tier 6 God, his body obliterated and his soul sealed inside the Obelisk; leaving him cursing at everything while trapped in his prison, especially at the elves who had betrayed him and because of whom a royal High Elf like him had ended up in such a state.
Though, the reason for why Lancelot was exiled in the first place wasn't because he was a threat to other royal elves who wanted to be among the higher echelons or because he could win over the throne of the Elf Kingdom, or anything like that.
Instead, it was due to Lancelot's cruel ideologies and the under-handed methods and plans that he intended on using in order to claim the throne over the Elf Kingdom for himself.
Elves were normally a very kind race of creatures who seldom did anything immoral. They avoided discriminating and starting wars unless there was a good reason, content on simply keeping to themselves and prospering. Those are the type of creatures most NPC elves were, and although there were naturally exceptions, it was very rare for an elf to do bad things.
Even players who belonged to the elf race in the Universal God's Domain and elves in the Greater World were much better than most other races when considering the atrocities they commit, simply being the necessary amount of competitive to survive against creatures not nearly as kind as them, in majority only doing what was needed.
Lancelot was an exception among elves, being extraordinarily dark-minded and intending to utilize the power of the Elf Kingdom for his own benefit, disregarding the consequences of what his actions would entail.
The elves who had gone against Lancelot and exiled him out of their Kingdom were completely justified in doing so whereas other races would have directly executed such a member of their royalty. Lancelot was definitely the bad guy in the story, so the High Elf trying to get revenge on the elves, and having the potential power to do so as an Awakened, was not something that should be allowed.
But Feng didn't give a shit about any of that.
He wouldn't hesitate for even a moment to make the entire race of good-natured and kind-hearted elves go extinct if it would pave the way for him to reach his goals.
Lancelot's power was very important for Feng's plans, so he didn't mind offering him a chance to get revenge on the Elf Kingdom, even though most of the elves and members of the elven royalty who had been around at the point of Lancelot's exile were no longer alive, if it meant the Awakened would agree to his deal.
And Lancelot couldn't help but admit that it was a very tempting offer. Although the thought of serving under a lowly human like Feng of his Tier disgusted Lancelot, it was his best bet, as well as the only option since Feng had his soul trapped in that orb, at obtaining his vengeance.
Despite this human being merely a Tier 1 Swordsman, Lancelot was fairly certain that Feng could achieve what he was claiming due to the things Lancelot had seen from him.
"Become a Personal Guard of one of you "players"? The offer is disgraceful, and I feel offended by the mere fact that you proposed it to a being of my caliber, but fine, I'll humor you. How exactly would this arrangement be put in place? I certainly won't simply believe that you will hold up your end of the deal once I've agreed and became your Personal Guard." A condescending smile curled up on Lancelot's face as he presented himself as simply indulging in Feng's offer, but Feng wasn't fooled by his supposed indifference.
He could tell that Lancelot was sorely tempted by his proposal, and simply didn't want to seem eager about it, while also confirming how it would be enforced that Feng would indeed go through with his promises.
As for Lancelot calling Feng out as a player and being aware of what he was, Feng wasn't surprised by it.
There was a reason NPCs like Lancelot were called "Awakened".
"We'll both sign this contract." Feng stated as he took out a sheet of paper with a weird ritual circle on one of the pages that he had already prepared beforehand.
This was the same type of contract as what Feng had signed with Celestina; a contract even Primordial Gods could not renege on.
Lancelot accepted the contract when Feng handed it to him and read through the things written on it, this human having already assumed their discussion would reach this point and prepared the contract with all of the conditions on it.
Everything Feng had promised was written as conditions on what he had to do, or his Immortal Soul would be banished from God's Domain, while the requirements for Lancelot of becoming his Personal Guard and following his orders were written simply enough.
However, when Lancelot read the final line concerning his part of the agreement, his expression changed.
"If I disobey any of your orders, my soul will be shattered?" His face having darkened, Lancelot questioned Feng in an unfriendly tone, no longer as thrilled about the deal.
"Yep."
"Unacceptable. I won't agree to this."
"You either agree to the conditions and sign the contract, or I shatter your soul myself right here and now." Feng remained determined to keep that part of the contract as it was, unwilling to change the condition.
If Feng removed that requirement, there would be no point to any of this.
Mutants and Awakeneds were creatures that existed outside of the Main God's System's control, and they were existences that don't have to follow its rules.
If Feng simply put that Lancelot had to follow his orders on the contract, it wouldn't be effective as the Main God's System was unable to force the Awakened into compliance.
It was also why Lancelot could previously still attack Feng in spite of having been summoned and manifested into existence by the Spectral Animacell; which should have prevented the High Elf from going against his summoner.
The Fragmented Legendary Item's rules do not apply to Mutants and Awakeneds, which was why Feng hadn't bothered with summoning the Mechanical Slayer despite the High Lord having a lot of potential that could increase Feng's chances of accomplishing his goals. The Mutant would have simply attacked him without anything holding it back.
Since Lancelot was still an NPC with high intelligence, it was possible to negotiate with the Awakened, and it was the only reason Feng had used the Spectral Animacell to bring him back into the physical world. Otherwise, if Lancelot wasn't an NPC smart enough to converse, or if he still refuses to cooperate with him, Feng would treat his soul the same as the Mechanical Slayer's.
But this wasn't a very acceptable arrangement either.
Keeping him in the Spectral Animacell in order to control Lancelot was not possible, and he also had to have room for Celestina, so Feng decided to let the Awakened possess a physical body. The only way Feng could make sure that he could call Lancelot to him at all times as well as have the ability to order the High Elf around was by Lancelot becoming his Personal Guard and signing a contract with him.
Of course, the contract's power would be ineffective on an Awakened when it came to controlling, meaning it was completely impossible to force Lancelot to follow Feng's commands like how Feng was doing with the Demon Empress through their contract.
If there was a condition like the one Feng had put in where Lancelot's soul would be broken if he disobeyed, however, the situation would be different.
Although the contract can't affect an Awakened in the way of controlling one, it still has the power to kill one if Lancelot agrees to such a term.
The moment Lancelot signs the contract, he will still technically be capable of disobeying Feng and attacking him, but the Awakened would die instantly upon attempting such a thing. This was the only way for Feng to make sure Lancelot did as he was told even after being given a vessel.
Celestina didn't require this roundabout method since Feng never planned on giving her a proper physical body to possess and she could be controlled through the contract.
Logically speaking, it made a lot more sense to give Celestina, on who a contract is effective, a vessel for operations while keeping Lancelot in the Spectral Animacell so that Feng could keep an eye on him at all times.
However, Feng wasn't completely sure that the Demon Empress wouldn't be able to find some kind of loophole that would ruin his future plans if he allowed her to roam free, and he simply couldn't afford that.
In the case that Lancelot rejects his deal or ends up trying to betray him, regardless of whether he somehow manages to survive the backlash for breaking their contract, which Feng was fairly certain would not be possible, Feng could still adapt to the situation and prepare something else in order to complete his goals.
Lancelot was simply his best option, and although him agreeing to this contract, or even continued servitude after Feng no longer needs the Awakened as much following his Tier 2 Promotion, would be very welcome considering Lancelot's strength, they weren't necessary.
Feng could still manage without the High Elf NPC.
When it came to the Demon Empress, though, that was not the case.
The value and benefits that Feng will gain from keeping Celestina around are hundreds of times more important to Feng than Lancelot, especially in the long term. Setting aside his seduction operation and becoming the ruler of the demon race, the rewards for completing the Mythical Main Storyline Quest, Demon Empress's Revival, were more than enough to be so cautious around Celestina.
With the frisky nature of Awakeneds, Feng also wasn't willing to risk anything about Lancelot, so he would not budge on the final condition no matter what.
Furthermore, from Lancelot's reaction, Feng could tell that aside from not wanting his soul to be in such a highly compromisable position, the Awakened never fully planned on following Feng's orders, and simply wished to use Feng so he could obtain a physical vessel and escape his clutches.
Afterwards, Lancelot could just go against their contract and the role of being a Personal Guard without any consequences, or even simply kill Feng to get rid of the baggage, and do as he pleased with the new body and no master.
Feng's last condition threw a direct wrench in his plans, and he could no longer go on with his initial schemes. Lancelot was adamant about removing the condition, giving multiple excuses and arguing with Feng over it, but Feng refused to compromise; threatening to get rid of him right then and there if he didn't sign the contract.
Seeing that the human wasn't willing to remove the condition, the Great Wizard grew irritated, and Lancelot wished for nothing more than to immediately grind Feng into dust. But between the unnaturally powerful human and the Great Demon, Lancelot knew that would be very difficult to accomplish. Not to mention, there was still that inside the human, making the Awakened not sure how to proceed.
Stuck between a rock and a hard place, Lancelot had no choice but to think deeply on what decision to make.
Feng didn't rush the NPC or pressure him, simply allowing Lancelot to think it over. Though, he did use the chance to activate the Eyes of Truth and Eros Vision, checking out the Awakened with the two Identification Skills.
Lancelot's information hasn't changed from the time when Feng and Black Flame previously killed him, being a Level 100 Tier 4 Awakened High Elf Great Wizard, which was to be expected since the Spectral Animacell could perfectly replicate a creature's strength according to their soul upon death, only losing some memories.
To begin with, Lancelot had only been a soul who possessed a physical body, so even after he died and his soul got trapped in the Fragmented Legendary Tool, the Awakened's memories remained unaffected.
The information provided by Eros Vision wasn't that important either.
[Lancelot]
Tier: 4
Level: 100

Race: Elf (High Elf)
Title: Elves' Disgrace
Age: ???
Mental State: Irritated, Uncertain
Physical State: Normal
Stamina Remaining: 100%
Affiliation: ⋏⟟☊⟒ ⏁⍀⊬
Relationship Status: None
Favorability: Unfriendly
Sexually Attracted: 0%
Fetish: ???
Creatures like Mutants and Awakeneds, even if they were male or female before turning into the abominations that they are, have no gender and lose all reproductive capabilities after their conversion.
It was the Main God's System's way of preventing them from having any offsprings in order to balance the world and make sure no more of such beings were born.
Hence, although Lancelot had been a male High Elf before he became an Awakened, he now had no gender. Though, Feng wasn't sure whether Lancelot still had libido or the thought process of a man since he had neither conversed with Lancelot in his previous life, nor did he interact much with other Awakends except in combat.
But considering how mechanical and emotionless creatures like them usually were, Awakeneds most likely completely lose any sense of gender or self in that manner, having no sex drive or inclinations towards mating.
Which was a shame since Feng won't be able to seduce any Mutants or Awakeneds with the Seducer Subclass. After all, he couldn't seduce something that had no gender or wasn't sexually attracted to anything.
While Feng was lamenting over this loss, Lancelot seemed to have came to a decision.
"I can agree to this condition so long as the contract is eventually dissolved after both of us complete our ends of the deal. But I want you to provide me with a highly compatible high-ranking vessel soon." After pondering over it for a while, Lancelot could only gnash his teeth and agree to Feng's proposal with the life-damning condition.
His soul was in Feng's hands at the moment. Since he would have his soul shattered and lost to the winds anyway, Lancelot could only choose to sign the human's contract if he wanted to exact his revenge on the Elf Kingdom and its royalty.
Though Lancelot at least wanted Feng to obtain a good body for him as soon as possible, and he required it to be very compatible with his own soul. Although he could possess any creature's body in order to acquire a physical form, the more suitable it was for him, the greater combat power Lancelot could display.
If he were to possess the body of a monster, it would be very incompatible with Lancelot and greatly hamper him. If it was from a low-ranking human, the Awakened would still be capable of bringing it up to Tier 4 and eventually recover his original strength, and even surpass it, but it would require a lot more time and energy, along with limiting his capabilities.
However, if Feng could obtain the body of an Elf or, even better, of a High Elf, at a decent tier, then Lancelot could recover much more quickly and need little energy to adjust the body for himself. The combat power he'd have would also greatly surpass that of his current one, so Lancelot's capabilities would increase exponentially.
So long as he obtained a good body, he could quickly recover his strength while serving under Feng, becoming strong enough to annihilate the Elf Kingdom and do whatever the human needed from him. Afterward, he'd be free of the contract and could simply kill Feng, getting his revenge on the human as well for forcing a being like him into such a humiliating position, and finally being truly free after thousands of years.
"Sure. I still have a few other matters to deal with, but I'll go get a vessel for you afterward." Feng, not caring about the Awakened's scheming, felt relieved when Lancelot finally agreed, fearing that the other party would insist on removing the condition and complicating things; possibly even forcing Feng into getting rid of Lancelot's soul and revising his plans.
Thankfully, as a high-ranking NPC, Lancelot was intelligent enough to analyze the situation and come to the most optimal decision.
The two of them then hashed out the remaining details and completed the final stages of the contract, putting it in place. If either party went back on their agreement, their soul would be shattered and banished from God's Domain.
A malicious glint appeared in Lancelot's eyes upon seeing the contract and sensing its power grab a hold of his soul, internally already planning on killing Feng when all this was done.
Although Feng could guess what was going on in Lancelot's mind, he didn't bother himself with the NPC's scheming. What he needed from Lancelot was the Awakened's help in the God Mode Tier 2 Promotion Quest.
With that out of the way, there would be nothing holding Feng down from further increasing his strength, and he could immediately proceed with his Tier 3 Promotion. Upon obtaining the Tier 3 rank, allowing Feng to equip much more powerful equipment not available to Tier 2 and below creatures, and a powerful Mana Body, there won't be much that could stand in his way within this God's Domain.
A powerful Awakened like Lancelot, even at Tier 5, would only be slightly troublesome to deal with, but Feng would still be able to eliminate the High Elf if Lancelot chooses to turn on him once their contract isn't in effect anymore.
In actuality, Lancelot wasn't the only one planning to lay waste to his contractor once their partnership was done.
After their contract is dissolved, Feng won't have as much need for Lancelot as he does right now, and could afford to lose the Awakened as a Personal Guard. Once Feng was strong enough and they were no longer required to be peaceful, Feng will offer Lancelot another contract, but at that time, it would be a permanent one to serve under him.
If the High Elf refuses, then Feng will kill him right then and there. After all, he couldn't allow a rogue Awakened to go running around freely. Letting a Mutant or Awakened grow to their full extent is how beings like the Taboos are born.
Naturally, Feng won't let another one of those things be created on his watch. Especially not due to his own actions.
Following which, Feng asked Lancelot to become his Personal Guard, and the Awakened agreed.
Normally, a human player like Feng could only recruit human NPCs to be his guards, not creatures from other races, and certainly not beings who were only a soul like Lancelot.
But being an Awakened, such rules don't apply to Lancelot, and he could become the Personal Guard of whoever he wants. And since it was him who agreed to the position of Ye Feng's Personal Guard as a soul, then Lancelot would continue being his Personal Guard no matter which body he possessed.
The moment Lancelot agreed and became his Personal Guard, the system's voice reached Feng's ears.
System: Warning! Warning!
System: You've entered a collaboration with an Awakened! So long as it's discovered, your Favorability with all creatures in God's Domain will instantly turn Hostile.
Such an unexpected penalty for having an Awakened Personal Guard definitely surprised Feng and made the situation feel extremely dangerous, but considering that he could keep Lancelot's real identity disguised and the possible benefits of having the Awakened working for him, Feng didn't regret his choices all too much.
Eager to see what kind of stats an Awakened Personal Guard would have, Feng pulled up Lancelot's Attribute Panel.
[Lancelot] (Ye Feng's Personal Guard)
Class: Tier 4 Great Wizard
Level 100
Loyalty: 1
Growth Potential: 150
Feng's eyeballs nearly popped out of their sockets when he saw his new Personal Guard's Growth Potential, doubting his vision for a moment and having to triple-check in order to make sure he wasn't seeing wrong.
Each NPC has their own individual stats and could be categorized into ranks based on their Growth Potential. Each point in Growth Potential allows a Personal Guard to gain more Attribute Points with each level up
Common ranked Personal Guards had 0 to 30 Growth Potential. Basically, no one wanted such Personal Guards.
Bronze ranked Personal Guards had 31 to 50 Growth Potential. These were the lowest ranked Personal Guard players would usually possess.
Mysterious-Iron ranked Personal Guards had 51 to 70 Growth Potential. Meeting Personal Guards of such rank was rare. Normally, one required honed foresight and had to carry out long-term observation to find such Guards.
Secret-Silver ranked Personal Guards had 71 to 80 Growth Potential. Such Personal Guards were extremely rare. Normally, players who managed to obtain these NPCs would treat them like their own babies.
Fine-Gold ranked Personal Guards had 81 to 90 Growth Potential. These individuals were decently rare and they had a 50% chance of clearing their Tier 3 Promotion Quest.
Dark-Gold ranked Personal Guards had 91 to 100 Growth Potential. If a player managed to recruit such a Personal Guard, as long as developed properly, the player's strength no longer mattered while in a regular God's Domain.
Epic ranked Personal Guards had 101 to 110 Growth Potential. They can closely match Four-Winged Valkyries of the same tier, and it would not be unusual if such a Guard transcended the realm of normal men, achieving godhood.
Inferior Legendary[2] Personal Guards had 111 to 120 Growth Potential. They were many times more rarer than Epic Personal Guards, but they were destined to reach Tier 6. Their strength and intelligence was even greater, with some being capable of rivaling Gods, and they had a chance to master Laws.
Legendary Personal Guards had 121 to 130 Growth Potential. They had a much greater chance of having Mastery over a Basic Law, and a small chance to master higher-ranking Laws. If a Legendary Guard does manage to master a Law, there is a minuscule chance of creating a Superior Divine Body.
Any Legendary Personal Guard would be able to rival a God of the same tier, and with powerful enough equipment, could even fight regular Ancient Gods. However, they were as rare as a phoenix feather, and not many of them existed even in the Universal God's Domain.
Inferior Mythical Personal Guards had 131 to 140 Growth Potential. They had an extremely high chance of mastering Basic Laws and a slightly smaller chance at mastering Intermediate Laws, along with a decent chance to gain Mastery over an Advanced Law.
Inferior Mythical Guards, with enough resources and knowledge, could create Superior Divine Bodies, becoming on par with Ancient Gods. Once fully equipped with Divine Artifact Weapons and Equipment, their combat prowess would be on par with Primordial Gods.
These were thought of as some of the strongest combat forces in the entire Universal God's Domain, and there were only a few dozen in existence. Though, depending on their Growth Potential, there was a very large difference between Inferior Mythical Personal Guards.
The difference between an Inferior Mythical Personal Guard with 131 Growth Potential and one with a Growth Potential of 135 was like the difference between an Epic Personal Guard and a Legendary Personal Guard.
Once an Inferior Mythical Personal Guard's Growth Potential went above 135, each point would give an improvement to their being astronomically larger than the last, making Personal Guards with 135 and 136 Growth Potential seem like they were classified as completely different ranks.
As for Mythical Personal Guards, Personal Guards above Inferior Mythical ones, whose Growth Potential exceeded 140, it was unknown if they existed.
Even to this day, since players first entered God's Domain, there has never been a single Mythical Personal Guard in the entire Universal God's Domain. Although plenty of powers have tried throughout history, even after a Royal Power[3] from one of the strongest races attempted to create a Mythical Personal Guard, it hadn't been successful.
Their attempt started with finding a Personal Guard that started off at Inferior Legendary rank with a Growth Potential of 118, then providing it with numerous opportunities and Divine Artifact ranked resources, and even a few resources that could be considered above Divine Artifact rank.
However, in the end, the Royal Power could only bring the Personal Guard's Growth potential to 140; unable to push it any further.
Nonetheless, that Personal Guard still had the highest Growth Potential and had become the strongest Guard in the entire Universal God's Domain. When the Personal Guard reached his peak, thanks to his high Growth Potential, he became capable of fighting against some Primordial Gods on equal footing even without incredible equipment.
When other powers who had made fun of that Royal Power for investing so many resources into a Personal Guard that didn't reach Mythical rank saw that result, they were no longer in as much of a jovial mood, and they all attempted to replicate the feat by pouring many resources into their high-ranking Personal Guards.
Sadly, none of them succeeded in creating a Mythical Personal Guard, or even managed to push any of their Personal Guards' Growth Potential to 140.
Even Feng had tried his hand at nurturing a Mythical Personal Guard, focusing on Anna's growth since she was one of his strongest Personal Guards and the one he had been giving many resources to since she first became his Personal Guard; believing that with his heaven-defying luck, there was a minuscule chance of turning Anna into a Mythical Personal Guard.
He never accomplished his goal of pushing her Growth Potential into Mythical rank even after spending a stupendous amount of Zero Wing's resources for Anna's growth due to her starting off as a Dark-Gold Guard, but he somehow did manage to nurture her into an Inferior Mythical Personal Guard thanks to Anna's high talent and already fairly high Growth Potential of 113 that Feng had pushed her to while still only giving her some resources from their Elementary God's Domain.
Despite that, Feng became envied by pretty much all human powers, with even the Apex Powers and some other race's Apex Powers and Royal Powers wishing death on him for his game-breaking luck.
After all, the human race only had five Inferior Mythical Personal Guards before Feng came along, and all of them had a low Growth Potential that barely got them to Inferior Mythical rank, with even the Personal Guard with the highest Growth Potential only having 133 points. This was the result they managed to obtain only after spending countless precious resources over the span of several decades, sometimes even centuries, on their high-ranking Personal Guards.
It was a similar case for other races.
Yet, Feng came along, and within less than a decade, nurtured a powerful Inferior Mythical Guard comparable to what they have all worked towards for so long.
Naturally, none of the hostile powers were happy about Feng's success and it only bolstered their hate towards Zero Wing.
However, all of that paled in comparison to Lancelot.
As an Awakened, the High Elf's potential for growth was infinite. Lancelot had no limit on how strong he could get.
He was thus a natural Mythical Guard and had what Feng assumed was the maximum Growth Potential[4] for Personal Guards, or just the cap placed on Lancelot by the Main God's System, of 150.
The heights Lancelot could reach were unimaginable and the benefits Feng could get from the High Elf being his Personal Guard were astronomical. Feng only thought it was a shame that the very reason for Lancelot's extraordinary Growth Potential was why he most likely won't be able to keep the NPC as a Personal Guard.
Having an Awakened around was extremely risky, and unless Lancelot agrees to completely serve him later on, Feng will be losing his first and only Mythical Guard.
With the contract settled, Feng recalled Lancelot into the Specteal Animacell, before moving his soul from the Fragmented Legendary Item into the Demon Sword.
Feng then turned to the demon maid standing next to him, who has been scrutinizing him this entire time with an uncertain gaze.
"You can leave that body and go back into Spectral Animacell now." Pretending like Celestina wasn't trying to dissect him with her eyes, Feng casually ordered her to move into the crystal ball.
The Demon Empress didn't follow along immediately, instead continuing to stare at Feng for a while, before eventually sighing "I really can't figure you out."
Without saying anything else, Celestina left the Evil Spirit's body, the vessel returning to its original form, while Feng directed her soul into the Fragmented Legendary orb, feeling slightly surprised.
After revealing what he did, Feng had thought that Celestina would at least question him, or something. Had the same thing happened when the two of them had just signed their contract, Feng was sure that there was no way the Demon Empress would have let the matter slide just like that. She might have directly self-destructed in order to take Feng out with her.
But now she seemed to simply have resigned to having no clue about Feng's secrets and that she couldn't understand the things he knows and does.
"It would seem like my operation is finally bearing some fruits." A faint smile appeared on Feng's face when he recalled Celestina's recent behavior, especially the way she reacted just now to such a preposterous revelation.
Following which, Feng sent a Chop at the Evil Spirit whose body Celestina was previously occupying, instantly killing the Tier 2 demon as he didn't want to have any risk of the Demon Empress's revival getting revealed just yet, and left the Candlelight Trading Firm, unhurriedly heading to the White River City Library.
Along the way, Feng overheard players talking about what had happened at Stone Forest Town. Specifically, everyone was gossiping about how Black Flame had killed one million elites and experts by himself.
There were many players speaking in excited and fearful tones while recalling what they had heard from various sources.
Some didn't believe it, but the proof was clear as none of the players from the various guilds had returned from their expedition to the Stoneclaw Mountains, information about the guilds' state being talked about by the guild members, along with many of the Star-Moon Kingdom's guilds who participated, which was most of them, disbanding ever since yesterday from that point in time.
Only the Star Alliance and some of the powerful Second-rate Guilds have managed to hold themselves together, but with the Magic Crystal shortage, as well as their recent gargantuan failure with tens of thousands of elites dying and all their items being lost, it was unlikely any of them will manage to continue developing in God's Domain for much longer.
Except for the guilds from other countries who had only sent a few thousand of their elites in order to try their luck, most of the guilds who went against Zero Wing will soon be no more, and the matter being spread throughout not only the Star-Moon Kingdom, but all of its surrounding countries as well, facilitated that fact.
Most of the details on what had happened between Black Flame and the various guilds came from Ouroboros's members, but the things they described sounded completely ridiculous, with none of the other players believing in their stories.
That was until some of the Ouroboros members shared pictures.
Although none of them had their wits together to record Black Flame's massacre, after they came back to their senses when it was all done, they had all made sure to photograph and commemorate the scene of millions of items forming a literal mountain range.
Many of the Ouroboros players, especially the female ones, made sure to snap plenty of selfies for the occasion with the mountain of items in the background when the genocide was done and while the Ouroboros members were collecting the loot for Zero Wing, describing the entire endeavor.
Zhao Yueru, in particular, had taken plenty of selfies while striking poses on the mountains of items, posting them on the forms for all the nonbelievers to see. Even Gentle Snow hadn't been able to resist the urge to take a selfie with the mountain range of loot in the background.
In spite of the story Ouroboros's members would swear with their lives was true about Black Flame turning into a gigantic sphere of death and massacring the army of nearly one million elites and experts sounding unbelievable, the scene of a mountain range having formed from items was still incredible; making the players who hadn't witnessed it for themselves stare in awe at the pictures.
Along the way to the Library, aside from listening to the players' discussions and checking the forms, Feng paid attention to White River City itself.
As Feng rode comfortably in one such carriage, he could feel the tremendous changes that had swept through the City.
More horse carriages moved along the streets than before. Moreover, there were more varieties of carriages now.
God's Domain evolved over time. Similarly, NPC Cities also changed as time passed. Nothing would stay the same forever.
Ordinary players might not think much of the number or variety of horse carriages, but to Feng, who had played God's Domain for over two decades, these changes symbolized the City's prosperity.
How could one determine how prosperous a City was?
The most basic criterion was the City's horse carriages. It was similar to the cars in a City in reality.
In small Cities, not only were there fewer cars, but high-class cars were also very rare. In big cities, however, traffic jams were common. One would also see high-class luxury cars all over the City.
God's Domain's Cities were similar in this aspect.
When an NPC City's player population increased, to satisfy the players' needs, the Main God System automatically increased the number of horse carriages within the City, allowing more convenient travel.
Meanwhile, as players consumed more in a City, the system would also release advanced horse carriages. These advanced horse carriages charged more but were much faster. This would allow players to save time when traveling. After all, an NPC City was very large. It was very normal to spend several hours walking from one place to another.
Currently, advanced horse carriages had only appeared in five Cities in Star-Moon Kingdom. The City with the most carriages was none other than White-River City. One could say that White River City had become Star-Moon Kingdom's most prosperous City.
Unlocking the advanced horse carriage feature was only one of a thriving City's basic settings. As time passed, various new facilities would open, such as flying tools and the flying transportation feature, which could allow players to reach destinations where teleportation arrays could not. As a result, these features would subtly improve a player's leveling speed.
This was also one of the main reasons that empire players were much higher leveled than kingdom players.
Now that White River City has unlocked the advanced horse carriages, with the number of carriages present, the city should not be that far from unlocking the luxury horse carriages. When the City unlocks the luxury horse carriages, players will be able to take the Flying Ship to the Eclipse Gate to level up.
In the past, by the time White River City had activated the Flying Ship feature, the average player in God's Domain had closed in on Level 50. Many had even been promoted to their Tier 2 classes.
From that moment onwards, players' Levels in White River City had exploded.
This was because White River City's Flying Ships could access the Eclipse Gate. Of course, White River City wasn't the only City whose Flying Ships passed through the Eclipse Gate. Every City in Star-Moon Kingdom's eastern region had Flying Ships that could reach the Eclipse Gate.
Four countries would gather at the Eclipse Gate: the Star-Moon Kingdom, the Rhine Kingdom, the Ice Field Kingdom, and the East Spring Empire. It was considered a neutral zone, and the various countries had garrisoned their armies there to prevent the creatures within the Eclipse Gate from invading God's Domain. Hence, there were plenty of high-level and Army Quests there. A player's leveling speed at the Eclipse Gate would be roughly double than in other leveling maps of the same Level. Moreover, the Eclipse Gate was a colossal Level 40 to Level 70 map. One could also find plenty of rare herbs and ores in the area, which were all necessary resources to produce high-level potions and equipment.
More importantly, the Eclipse Gate was a source for Energy Essence, a resource required to tame Mounts.
Taming a Guild Mount required resources. The higher the quality and quantity of resources one had, the quicker one could tame a Mount. At the same time, one could use these resources to hasten a Guild Mount's growth.
Energy Essence was one of the advanced materials required to tame a Mount.
Precisely because of this, players coveted the Eclipse Gate.
After reaching Level 40, everybody dreamed of having a good Mount. However, they were not that easy to obtain. One had to nurture their Guild Mounts slowly, promoting it as quickly as possible before it could become a part of one's combat power.
However, although one could level up quickly and obtain plenty of resources at the Eclipse Gate, there was a downside.
The Eclipse Gate's environment was relatively severe. If one did not possess a certain amount of Fire and Ice Resistance, even expert players would lose their lives. Hence, after the Eclipse Gate opened, whether it was in Star-Moon Kingdom or the three surrounding countries, the demand for equipment with Ice Resistance and Fire Resistance Attributes grew.
Aside from Ice and Fire Resistance equipment, tools that increased one's Ice and Fire Resistance were also extraordinarily popular.
Although there was still a bit of time before the Flying Ship feature would unlock, Feng felt that he could already begin the necessary preparations.
Although Ice Resistance and Fire Resistance equipment sold for a relatively high price right now, once everyone reached the Eclipse Gate, such equipment would double in price. Tools would also sell for far more.
Whether it was for improving the leveling speed of Zero Wing's unrestored guild members, who couldn't always be carried by the Burning Wing Legion members, or making money by reselling items, now was the perfect time to stockpile these items.
Feng soon arrived at White River City's Library.
Going to the second floor, he entered the Star-Moon Hall and used the Teleportation Array to teleport into Sharlyn's private room in the Stargazing Tower.
This time, the Creation Goddess didn't throw any spells at him, only giving a displeased look to Feng when he once again came into her room unannounced.
"Can't you use the door like a normal person?" Disgruntled about his intrusion, Sharlyn attempted to berate Feng while putting down the book she was reading.
"It's too much of a pain to have to use a Blackwing City pass in order to enter Blackwing City, then get through the guards at the Weeping Moon Pavilion, and then climb over here every time I want to see you. Simply teleporting here from White River City's Library is much faster and more efficient." Feng showed not a bit of shame for brazenly teleporting into a woman's room unannounced.
"Tsk. What are you here for anyway?" Unwilling to argue with Feng, Sharlyn asked for the purpose of his visit.
"I've collected the Immortal Souls you requested." Feng displayed the Spirit Seal imprinted on the back of his right hand. Immortal Souls filled the Seal to the brim, ten thousand of them in total.
Although he had downloaded the information about the Advanced Tyrant Title from Black Flame after his Perfect Clone had massacred all those guild players, Feng didn't take the around a million Immortal Souls out of the clone's Spirit Seal.
In fact, Feng had only kept ten thousand for himself in order to complete the Immortal Crown Quest while leaving the remaining Immortal Souls with Black Flame, planning to feed them all to either Celestina or Lancelot in order to boost their strength.
Though, Feng still hadn't decided on who was the better and simultaneously safer option to give the souls to, or whether to split them between the Demon Goddess and Awakened, and since there's a chance he'll be getting another large batch of Immortal Souls soon, Feng left the distribution of souls for later.
Moreover, by letting Black Flame keep the Spirit Seal while he hands in the Quest, Feng could later use Information Uptake to download the Spirit Seal back, which would allow him to keep collecting Immortal Souls, before updating the Perfect Clone.
"Oh? Good job. With this many Immortal Souls, I'll be able to repair the Immortal Crown quickly." Sharlyn nodded and tapped her finger in the air. Suddenly, golden divine runes began circling Feng's right hand. Countless golden threads flowed out of the Spirit Seal, gathering into a ball before flying into Sharlyn's hand. "Since you have completed your quest, I will fulfill my promise as well. Here, this is for you."
Sharlyn waved her hand. In the next moment, a leaf of lambskin parchment appeared in her hand. The parchment then flew towards Feng.
The lambskin parchment looked quite ordinary. However, the words on the parchment could tempt any Guild in God's Domain.
Star-Moon Kingdom City Building Order!
As long as it was within Star-Moon Kingdom's jurisdiction, one could construct their own City with this City Building Order.
To a Guild, even a Legendary item was not worth as much as this single piece of parchment.
Cities were different from Towns. In God's Domain, Cities could be built, whereas Towns could not. Meanwhile, captured Towns' locations were fixed, but built Cities could be chosen casually. One could even build a City in the middle of monsters' territory.
A Town's maximum population usually ranged between 30,000 to 50,000. On the other hand, even the smallest City could hold 200,000 players.
This was why, after obtaining their own Towns, Guilds would focus all of their efforts on developing the Town in the hopes of promoting it into a City as soon as possible.
Moreover, as a City demanded a sufficiently large plot of land, one could construct a Mana Tower in the City. With the Mana Tower, any player residing in the City would enjoy increased Stamina and Concentration recovery rates. They could even accumulate the Double EXP buff. Although the accumulation rate was not as generous as a Guild Residence's, one could still accumulate 10%'s worth of Double EXP buff after 48 hours of rest.
Once players reached higher levels, the needed EXP to level up increased tremendously. Currently, Level 30 ordinary players required roughly three or four days to reach the next level. Hence, even a 10% Double EXP buff would significantly reduce the time players needed to grind.
Aside from improving one's Stamina and Concentration recovery rates, hotels would also offer the Guild Residence effect, allowing players to accumulate 20%'s worth of Double EXP buff after 48 hours of rest.
Meanwhile, the Guild that controlled the City would also see some benefits. When Guild members rested in the Guild Residence, they would accumulate 30%'s worth of Double EXP buff after 48 hours.
In addition to receiving this Double EXP perk, a player-established City would also receive a Specialty Product.
Aside from being able to construct a Mana Tower, one could also construct a Black Market Auction House in the City. This Auction House would function like the Auction House in Blackwing City. It would offer a large stock of products once every three days. Sometimes, even Epic items were available for bidding.
Because of these benefits, many Guilds in God's Domain desperately wanted to establish their own Cities, regardless of the price.
A player-owned Town could only make travel more convenient for players. A City, on the other hand, made it easier for players to level up.
The size of a Guild Residence and the number of members it could house were limited. Not every Guild member could enjoy the Double EXP buff. However, it was a different story if a Guild owned a City. With a City, every Guild member could enjoy the Double EXP buff.
A City was also a great source of income for a Guild.
As a player City had various benefits that an NPC City did not, many players wanted access to a player City. Unless a Guild offered Private Housing within the City, all players were required to pay an entry fee.
The entry fee was an important source of income for a player City. In comparison, a Guild would only earn pennies from the opening of a Shop. A Shop could never compete with a City regarding profits.
With this City Building Order in his hands, another part of Feng's following preparations after the Candlelight Trading Firm to quickly take over this God's Domain and leave the other guilds in the dust even more was in the beginning stages.
Having a City was a major step in God's Domain, even for Feng.
While every other Guild competed over the Golden Lands in NPC Cities, nobody had any clue that Feng would no longer compete on the same stage when it came to ownership over God's Domain. Because, from now on, Feng would begin the competition for the Kingdom's Territories.
In God's Domain, like NPC Cities' Golden Lands and ordinary Lands, there were poor Territories and Territories with excellent resources in every Kingdom and Empire. The sooner one constructed their own City, the sooner they could occupy these resource-rich Territories.
What counted as a resource-rich Territory?
First, it was in an easily accessible location. As players reached higher levels, they would have to venture further from NPC Cities. If a City were close to these high-level maps, it would save players a lot of travel time. It was a similar concept to capturing certain Towns.
However, most Towns were still quite far away from the truly excellent leveling areas.
Meanwhile, a City that was close to multiple high-level maps would attract large amounts of players.
Second, it was an area that was near consumable resources. This would provide convenience for players who needed to farm materials. After all, rare herbs and ores were necessary for players, regardless of Level.
Third, the Territory needed to be close to high-level Regional dungeons. Most Regional Dungeons were particularly far from NPC Towns and Cities. Furthermore, Regional Dungeons had their own specialty products such as the Stoneclaw Mountains' Magic Crystals. Even after reaching Level 200, Magic Crystals were still must-have items.
Normally, deciding on where to build a City was an extremely important step for any Guild which required a lot of research and preparation. But Feng already knew where he was going to be building his first City in the Star-Moon Kingdom.
However, players could not reach this location yet.
If he constructed a City in a very high-level location, the City would not be nearly as attractive to players.
Although building a City in a Level 100 map might be attractive to players in the future, to current players, this City would be useless.
Without a large player population, the City's development would be slow.
The City's construction was not a small issue, either. The demand for manpower and resources could not compare to a Town's. It would be a severe waste if he invested a large amount of resources in something that would not yield any immediate profits.
Moreover, the goal of constructing a City was to earn money. It wouldn't be very practical to waste large sums of money on a useless City.
With that in mind, Feng planned on constructing the City in the same place that he constructed his first City during the previous timeline, the Witch's Hill.
The Witch's Hill was a Level 50 to Level 70 map. Rumors had it that a great witch lived there, hence, the hill had been called the Witch's Hill. The hill's name had remained unchanged even after hundreds of years and the Star-Moon Kingdom's ownership.
The Witch's Hill could be considered an ordinary leveling map. It was not particularly rich in resources.
Yet, various Guilds in Feng's previous lives had frantically sought after the Witch's Hill.
They had done so for two reasons.
The first was the location's accessibility. The Witch's Hill bumped up against two resource-rich maps; Shadow Forest, a Level 80-100 map, and Ruins of Agon, a Level 60-75 map.
Of these two locations, one produced rare herbs, while the other housed a Hell Mode Regional Dungeon.
The Witch's Hill's secret was the second reason.
During the first timeline, this secret of the Witch's Hill had only been discovered after the mainstream players had reached Level 100. At that time, the various Guilds had suddenly rushed to construct their Cities in this map. Dozens of Guilds had fought over the Witch's Hill.
In the end, the powerful Star Alliance and Ouroboros had captured the Witch's Hill. The other Guilds had stood no chance against them.
Rumors had it that the Witch's Hill was home to a great witch, and they had been around for hundreds of years.
In fact, this rumor was absolutely true, as even now, that witch still lived in the Witch's Hill.
That witch was also one of God's Domain's legendary characters, the Jealous Witch.
The Jealous Witch was not just any ordinary Tier 5 powerhouse, but a Demigod.
Meanwhile, the Jealous Witch was none other than the guardian of an Otherworld Gate. The Otherworld Gate led to another continent outside of God's Domain.
There, not only could players level up much faster, but they could also obtain equipment far more easily.
There was only one condition to cross the Otherworld Gate–players must have reached Tier 2.
In God's Domain, it was very difficult for players to find equipment of good quality above Level 50. However, it was much easier to grind for such equipment in the Otherworld. Hence, back when the Otherworld Gate had been discovered, the various large Guilds had fought frantically to occupy the Witch's Hill. After all, in order to obtain good equipment, countless players would grind and level up in the Otherworld. Hence, Witch's Hill bustled with player activity.
Even after a decade had passed, a storm of players still gathered in the Witch's Hill.
Though, in the previous timeline, Feng had built a City at Witch' Hill early on and activated the Otherworld Gate, triggering many things to happen and even getting a Quest from the Jealous Witch. He later on monopolized the entire map and the Otherworld Gate.
Feng intended to do the same thing this time around, as side from the strategic location of Witch's Hill and its Otherworld Gate, which would be more than enough to tempt any Guild into making a City there if given the chance, there were other extremely valuable things that Feng could get from both the Otherworld itself, and from the results that came due to its existence.
However, not just yet.
Although the City Building Order that Sharlyn had given him was a bit scuffed in the way that if he didn't use it within a month, it would be voided, Feng wasn't in too big of a hurry. Current players haven't even reached Level 40 yet, so constructing his City at Witch's Hill won't yield any benefits for some time.
There were also no TIer 2 players yet, so there was no point in triggering the Otherworld Gate to open.
Additionally, Feng would have to pay the Kingdom to have his City in it. Creating his City in advance before any of the players could enjoy it would thus simply be a waste of money.
Leaving the Stargazing Tower, Feng took out the Tier 4 Position Teleportation Scroll that he had obtained during the Darkness Descends Quest, and activated it, teleporting to the Top of The World; where Solomon's Treasure is.

1. Idea for making Lancelot a Personal Gaurd came from reader VtFuxa.
2. I know LOC decided that Personal Guard follow the Epic, Advanced Epic, Legendary, Advanced Legendary ranking system, but I reject it.
3. Adopting a similar system to the SS where there are Royal Powers above Apex Powers, though they would be in other races, while the Seven Luminaries Alliance, strongest in the human race, would be a Pseudo-Royal Power.
4. Wasn't sure if I should literally put ∞ as his Growth Potential, but then decided on 150 since the Personal Guard ranks have been in increments of ten.
