Ling Feng happily took the storage ring dusk had set it was time for them to part Xiao Li hugged his brothers tiny body passionately before separating.

"I will always be practicing on this mountain , So you can find me here"Ling Feng said.

Xiao Li nodded and Ling Feng immediately made his way back to the Ling Manor, back in his room he had not seen his father and mother for some time due to his intense amount of training he had set himself on.

Ling Feng looked at his storage ring, he needed to refine pills that will aid him to open the Spiritual Seal on the storage ring, as of now if he opened it forcefully he could die.

Imagine a spirit Condenser opening the Spiritual Seal of a Spirit Venerable. That was close to impossible.

Ling Feng's head ached he wished he could venture out and currently he was broke and had no battle experience.

The Next day had come Ling Feng was summoned into the courtyard by Ling Shi, Ling Shi was looking downcast, His face was sullen s he was about to speak.

Ling Shi looked at Ling Feng and said " Feng'er what is your cultivation base now?"

Ling Feng looked at his father and said " I am close to the eight star of the Spirit Condensing Realm"

Ling Shi looked like he would cry, he was not happy at all, and Ling Feng noticed his father's mood and frowned slightly before speaking " Father what happened?, why the sudden interrogation?"

Ling Shi heaved slightly and said " You have been chosen by the Council of the Lower Realms to hunt down a Tier 7 Green Polar Spirit Bear in the Asura Demonic Sect, it is a condition to keep the position of the Imperial Emperor of the Eastern Continent. "

Ling Shi continued " The Shi clan, Zhao and some other minor clans are covering this position"

Ling Feng stood up in anger, that was cruel and inhuman because a Tier 7 Green Polar Spirit Bear was located in the Aura Demonic Sect, which was like a no go area in the whole of the Lower Realms even Spirit Kings had to be careful in the mountain range of the Aura Demonic Sect.

Another reason why this tier 7 beast was difficult to kill was that it had its own intelligence even though it was a tier 7 beast, and it used only soul techniques to kill.

Ling Feng was in rage,Ling Shi who saw the way Ling Feng stood up knew that he didn't need to tell Ling Feng of the dangers of hunting this Tier 7 beast.

Ling Shi said "The Council of the Lower Realms are just following that "man" because he has the backing of some "Heaven's Will", if you don't want to do it I will just relinquish this position."

Ling Feng widened his eyes in shock "Heavens will" His father had no idea what "Heaven's Will" no wonder they were hell bent on killing him.

Had they known that he was the inheritor of the Heavens Dao?

Did Xiao Feng's Aura escape from the mountain?

Did Xiao Li expose that I was still alive?

All these questions were running through Ling Feng's Head, he was puzzled, how could they know he was the Inheritor of Heaven's Dao. Ling Feng suddenly came to an understanding when he was trying to make the mountain recognise him as his master. The break of the spiritual seal spread his aura Which would have lead to him being a potential suspect.

Ling Feng laughed hysterically, his laugh startled Ling Shi who was studying his son's expression seriously he wondered suddenly why his son was laughing all of a sudden.

Ling Feng faced his father and said " I will take up the challenge so when do I leave?"

Ling Shi said " Because of the challenge the Spirit Awakening ceremony has been postponed till two years later." Ling Feng thought " they feel I won't make it"

" Father I will set out in two months time I need to prepare for the journey" Ling Feng said " Does mother know about it?" Ling Shi said " She is crying seriously inside the room , I suggest you go and see her immediately."

Ling Feng ran across the courtyard towards his mother's room, on entering he saw Ling Yu seated on the bed crying profusely she wasnt wearing any royal dress. She just wore a casual robe and was crying.

Emotions welled up in Ling Feng's heart, it ached him to see that his mother which he couldn't protect in his past life was now crying because she thought he was going to die.

Ling Feng crept up to Ling Yu and said " Mother stop crying it is bad for your health"

Ling Yu who hadn't noticed when Ling Feng came in Looked at his face and said " You might probably die if you embark on this journey, I don't have any other children". Ling Yu continued to cry profusely when she mentioned this particular point.

Ling Feng comforted her and was able to out her to sleep. Ling Feng went back to his own room he could not sleep he needed to prepare to face the dangers that laid ahead.

Luckily for him he had travelled everywhere in the lower Realms and the Middle Realms so he knew the Asura Demonic Sect like the back of his palm.

Ling Feng went to his father and told him that he was going to practice he needed to start preparing for the journey in two months time. Ling Shi allowed him to go out at night because he believed his son now had a deeper sense of Maruti to handle whatever he might face, it was one of the crucial steps in becoming a Top Cultivator.

Ling Feng appeared in the Azure Fortitude mountain, He looked at the mountain, he was confused should he practice Swordmanship, or Refine pills or raise his strength or fight Spirit beasts.
