Leveling, Mu'Zarad the Impaler and Rainbow Cherries

"Well, I hope you use this second chance to the fullest and won't regret your choices this time." Pain smiles kindly at Blood Moon.

"I will... Also, I plan to take the number 1 spot from you this time." Akane smiles cheekily at the old man. She feels more at home with the old couple not just because they are wise but because they understand her as fellows.

"GAHAHAHA Well guess I will have to work extra hard. After all I don't have that fancy future knowledge as you do. May the best one take the 1st spot on the leaderboards." Pain fist bumps with Blood Moon back to being a peaceful kindly old man.

"Here I'm sharing the quest with you. As humans say the more the merrier!" Pain shares the +10 quest. Ordinary players wouldn't be able to defeat the Small-World-Boss wandering around without 10 people but all three of them are in the top 5 they are far from normal.

"Got it. So Mu'Zarad the Impaler huh..." Akane remembers this guy was a complete pain in the ass quite literally as he is an NPC that mimics Vlad the Impaler.

"Got any information from that future knowledge you got going on in your head?" Blood Shadow asks.

"He is an NPC that mimics Vlad the Impaler so all I can say is guard your asshole as he will try to impale it and *********" Akane tried to tell them the boss mechanics but it came out as silence making her glare up at the sky.

"It seems the dev I talked to prevented me from telling anyone the whole strategy and all the boss mechanics... It seems I can only reveal one thing about the boss before the contract silences me for the rest of the information..." Akane says with twitching lips.

"Well, at least you can give some info. It's better than nothing" Pain smiles but internally is sweating because he doesn't want to be impaled in that area.

'Kinky...' Blood Shadow grins and sends a shining gaze at her husband.

"No... Not happening!" Pain huffs already knowing what his wife wants to do.

"Killjoy... Anyway Blood Moon go ahead and attack first since you know what to expect." Blood Shadow motions for Blood Moon to go ahead and Akane nods.

Akane uses [Reapers Blink] and blinks 15 meters ahead now face to face with Mu'Zarad and uses [Blood Corrosion] and then [Blood Strike]

[Blood Corrosion] adds a DOT after [Blood Strike] and ticks increasing the DOT

Akane dodges to the left then right and goes forward and then jumps back with some acrobatics.

"Just do that move set and you got this!" Blood Moon uses [Reapers Rush] and Shoulder bashes Mu'Zarad interrupting the spell cast and uses [Blood Eruption] Making Mu'zarad's DOT effect explode for all the damage it was dealt from the DOT and stunning him for 5 seconds. Akane backs off already low on HP that she sacrificed.

"Hot damn! You basically crippled the guy for us!" Pain sends a Wyvern Slash at Mu'Zarad's Head cutting the jugular and Blood Shadow stabs Mu'Zarad's lower spine and cuts up to his neck causing a whole slew of status effects from effectively cutting the entire spine in half vertically.

"Might want to turn off the World Chat if I were you..." Blood Moon already turned it off so that she doesn't get a dizzy spell from all the lines that will pop in front of her face.

Pain was slightly slower and saw tons of lines before turning World Chat off making him shake his head a little to shake off the dizziness.

"I don't like this new chat... Back in VC, there was no world chat... The only way you could talk was in person or on the forums." Pain grimaces from the burst of information that was hammered into his head from world chat.

"Yeah, it's the downside for those who are using a 100% synchronization rate..." Blood Moon pats Pains back with an understanding look.

100% synchronization rate means you feel all your senses including pain. For example, if you got a limb cut off in-game it would feel as if you actually lost a limb causing immense pain. There are both pros and cons to using 100% synchronization.

Akane uses [Reapers Recovery] almost instantly topping her health and is now back to 100% HP. Pain cuts off the head of Mu'zarad painting a ghastly sight due to how realistic the game is.

"Alrighty, let us go turn in the quest!" Pain Stuffs the vampire head inside his knapsack not caring one bit the blood is going all over his stuff including food.

"The blood is on your food..." Blood Shadow points out.

"Meh, it makes the food taste better... Starting area food tastes bland so the blood adds some flavor so no need to worry Pain." Blood Moon continues walking toward Dusk Town.

Pain sniffs his bland bread and gingerly takes a bite.

'She's right the vampire blood makes it taste better than the flavorless bread it's kinda like adding pepper to the bread.' Pain eats the whole slice of bread with relish and starts to envy little Moon's future knowledge.

Now he knows if he has bland food all he needs to do is add blood or other monster parts to flavor it. Pain has never been a picky eater but even he wants to eat food that isn't bland. Who cares if it's morbid? it's better than tasteless bread.

"So you've killed the bloodsucker eh?" The NPC Xel says this line with a tone of voice as if we didn't do anything remotely good.

"Yeah, we did you little prick... Now give us our reward!" Blood Moon knows that if you insult the guy and show a strong front he gives players a rainbow cherry that increases Vitality by 50 points.

"HAHAHA! It looks like you got some backbone huh? Well, this prick has a gift for the three of you since you made me laugh! I haven't laughed in ages!" Xel gives three rainbow cherries to each of us greatly confusing Blood Moon since he's only supposed to give 1 rainbow cherry...

'Those players back then lied to everyone...' Blood Moon's gaze darkens.

"What don't like the gift? Then give it back you little shit!" Xel assumes that Blood Moon's look is one of disappointment.

"Not at all... I was just remembering something unpleasant..." Blood Moon pops all three cherries into her mouth and swallows them whole since chewing them reduces the stats the Rainbow Cherries give.
