Chapter 19: Stress is Killing Me

After the reveal of the new hero of America as the Vigilante Gunslinger now a hero everything began to change immediately. In Japan there were skepticism about Gunslinger since they are pacifist as they don't want guns or blood in their hands. As many were inspired to become like Gunslinger's way of being a hero Police and Military were motivated be like him. Students wanted to follow his path of being a hero to the point thatany began to do vigilante work to be recognized as heroes but many were sent into juvenile detention centers. As many thing happening in this world as Rey was now under the limelight. Many appreciate to buy a gun or wanted to have a collection of guns that could be an equal to Gunslinger or some just to be like Gunslinger.

With Gunslinger he established a hero agency as they realize that he was 19 years old but he is almost 20 years old as he is the youngest Hero almost similar to Hawks from Japan. As Rey is thankful about his Hero Agency establishment as Sims the simulacrum bot is in the reception desk as Rey is solving cases and investigating tracks from Drug trades, Kidnapping ransom locations, Assassins, Hitmen, and even potential clients to Assassins and hitmen. Also may have taken a toll on his patients from Stress, Burn-outs, More Cases, and annoying Patrols even though he enjoys other Locals seeing him around . As many feel safe around Gunslinger some to greet him, take photos of him, also keep a watch on villains or Criminals doing illegal stuff and actions. Thankfully his office is filled with speakers as it plays early 20th century music in the Prequirk era as its currently playing Rex Orange County next is Jeremy Zucker, Lola Amour, Mrld, Ben and Ben, Vault Boy and others.

News anchors and interviewers as they enter the office they were impressed about the taste of music that Gunslinger has. The music tey are listening is not different from the current music genres as his taste of music was pure and clean. Rather than Hero related themes or a hero doing music as this type of music hits well to his character being chill but has a moment that he can be a bit chaotic at times and times he trolls his fellow heroes. Many think that he is usually a calm and upright man also funny and chaotic at some times he always work on things that help more for his community and his country. As they see the many awards given by the President and the Mayor of Texas from the Texas Medal of honor, many certificates to his contributions ribbons from Gun conventions and photos with military officials and Law enforcers with his guns that he have modified and improved as well as donating some of his good guns.

Present Day

Rey was now burnt out as he is currently in his desk his head lied down and his arms crossed.

"What the hell what's with all of these jobs for fuck sakes, this reminded me from my past life working an all nighter but thankfully I don't want that happening" he said rose his head up from the desk as he make a cup of coffee and began sipping it.

"Alright then this may need a lot of improvement also the paperwork for hiring Sidekicks" he said as he looks at the potential Sidekicks "Let's see a Psychokinesis quirk, A Tracker quirk, and a quirk that can shoot homing missile that are made of keratin. Wouldn't that mean she is shooting her fingernails" He them thinks about it but for now he has a team up with Clair Voyance.

Rey got his interest peaked since then the first person who have given a gun from him directly. As Rey check about this team up as it's about the mysterious kidnappings at Ortheon and of he remembers this correctly it's in the Europe and he realized that the chief of police on Ortheon is a Humarise member. Without him Crime rate decreased but kidnappings were getting worst as soon as she returned as the police department was in shambles due to a corrupt Captain. As Rey rub the bridge of his nose from the irony after his actions wiping them all out literaly oh man karma is a bitch. But first he has to fix some thing in his country first as he began to move out as he calls in Specter to go with him as he can now afford a Vehicle as it is a Military Jeep but modified with a Machine gun on top and his Gunslinger emblem in his hood with his Vigilante colors Red and black Rose Engravings.

Meanwhile in Ortheon

There were many things that has happen to this small country as the city has a lot of problems after the war against Humarise. The chief of police was a Humarise member with his power he donated most of the weapons and equipment, which made the police were ill-equipped. As Crime was a big issue ever since the incident with Humarise cause a literal problem for many heroes and the number of police due to a lack of leadership.

"Damn...this is getting hectic after that battle and Gunslinger just wiped out Humarise" one of the police officer as he arrested one of the villains

"Yeah, it caused a literal chain reaction that criminals in America are thinking twice since there is a hero that can kill. And for the other countries since they are honor bound they can't kill, Man...I wish we had a hero that can kill to decrease the crime rate rapidly but not sadistic." As one of the police officers said as he lead the villains to a prison bus.

As Ortheon was dealing with the dramatic increase of crime rate. Clair Voyance was sending an email to Texas calling in Rey McMillan aka Gunslinger. He maybe in the lower rankings of the top 10 but a part of the top 20 heroes since he is the only guy that can kill villains without any hesitation. As the government of Oertheon is preparing paperwork and compensation to America and Gunslinger just to control the crime rate. Also needing a clean up crew to clean up the bloody mess that Gunslinger will leave.

Meanwhile with Rey he is in the airport waiting for his flight with him is his personal robot Specter accompanying with him as they are boarding a flight to Ortheon to clean up with the giant mess. Rey was now a bit pissed that there are some people who actually survived the purging of Humarise as he can tell that there are some people left as Rey readies himself for another bloodbath.
