There Goes Your Dignity

Arion and Elaia sat in the first class area of the plane.

Arion sat beside her and focused his attention into the newspaper the flight attendant gave him as they walked inside the plane.

Elaia was still thinking about what Arion said about not seeing D in the coffee shop but was interrupted when someone sat right in front of them.

They were both tall and handsome but in a totally different way.

The one who sat in front of Arion wears a white business tuxedo, white pants, and white shoes. His hair were neatly arranged, and he has a pair of violet eyes. He looks like someone you'd want your groom to look like during your wedding.

The other one who sat in front of her were wearing dark gray denim tuxedo with white shirt inside, blue jeans that were ripped on the part of the knees, and black combat boots. He has blue green eyes, and his hair were styled like low fade and thick quiff. He's someone you would want a celebrity idol to look like.

Their aura were screaming heaven and hell just by looking at their appearances. Obviously, the man in white represents heaven, while the other one was hell.

Elaia was so stunned by the two men who sat in front of them that she forgot that she was staring at them openly. She was caught off guard when the man in front of her spoke.

"Like what you see, Miss?"

She clears her throat and she mumbled an apology.

"No need to apologize. It makes me think that you're saying sorry for appreciating our good qualities." the man in white said, and then he winked at Elaia.

Elaia blushed. It's as if this week she met a lot of good looking guys that makes her forget her manners, and just ogled at them as if there's no tomorrow.

"Would you look at that blush? No shade of pink can ever compete with that blush on your face. It's as if that shade is only meant for you and no one else." the man in denim tuxedo said.

Elaia giggled and said, "Are you guys hitting on me? Coz it's kinda working."

The man in white answered, "I'm just being modest here. But this guy..." he points the man sitting beside him, "He's probably hitting on you because he's part of the No Girlfriend Since Birth community. And believe me, you wouldn't want to know his birth date." Then the man laughed.

The guy in front of Elaia frowned but it quickly faded as if trying to save his manly ego and said, "I maybe look like someone who came from hell with this rugged look, but I still do believe in The One. I'll only love one person. And that's it. End game. No side chicks. My main and only. First and last."

Ughh that's so cheesy, Elaia thinks to herself.

The man in white shook his head and stared at me and said, "By the way, I'm Vainos." Then he extended his hand, and I gladly took it.

The moment I let go of his, the man beside Vainos also introduced himself, "I'm Akila."

I returned their polite gestures while introducing myself, "I'm Elaia. It's nice to meet you Vainos and Akila. And this is a friend of mine", she pointed Arion, "and also my personal doctor, Arion."

Arion who was quietly observing the men in front of them broke his stoic facade and gave them a small smile and extended his hand to the both of them.

Arion asked the two of them out of curiousity, "So what business do you have in Arizona?"

Akila answered, "Our boss gave us a vacation trip in Arizona. Because believe me. My work is hell!"

Only Vainos could understand the pun intended in Akila's words. While Arion and Elaia just nod their heads.

"So, you two were on vacation. And your boss will be left behind in your company?" Elaia asked.

Vainos answered, "Nope. He wouldn't want to miss all the fun and."

Then Akila interjects as he's looking behind me, "Speaking of the devil."

And then Elaia heard a voice she's so familiar with spoke behind her and said,

"Oh, I'm no devil. The one you serve down there is."

Elaia doesn't have to turn to guess who it is and to know that this guy were smirking. She doesn't even want to acknowledge his presence but the next thing he said left her no choice.

"Did you miss me, Elaia?"

She turned to him and returned the question, "Why'd you ask? Did you miss me, D?"

He smiled showing his dimples. Yes with "s". One for each cheek. Shit.

If the dimples do the trick on making her blush. His answer to her question made it worse.

"Very much." and he was looking at her directly and seriously.

She squealed. Yes. Squealed.

Fuck.

And there Elaia. There goes your dignity.

Dimples. It all goes down with dimples. Sorry for the late release of this chapter. Feel free to leave comments!
