Training End

After Luffy's birthday they went to train like usual. As soon as they reached the training place Both Luffy's And Ann's head was met with a fist. They looked up to see Garp was looking at them with a knowing smile.

"Did you think I won't find out about you all." He said to them.

After hearing that both Ann and Makino looked mortified. Luffy just put his pinky in his nose and started to pick it, Acting like an idiot Luffy which probably fooled Garp. But both Ann and Makino knew he was just acting.

Garp didn't really have much of a problem with their relationship, just said not to give great grand kids too soon. Hearing that both Ann and Makino's face became red with embarrassment. After that they started two long years of training.

Two years later.

Luffy was standing on shore with both Ann and Makino by his side.

He was thinking about all the things that happened in these two years.

After their training started Garp had left them a few days later. After that Bogart had trained them in Rokushiki, Haki and swordsmanship for one year after that he had left them on their own to practice.

They had come back a few days earlier when they had done the evaluation and given all the related papers of joining to Luffy.

These two years went very well on all accounts.

His relationship with Both Ann and Makino was very good. After spending all that time together they were practically inseparable. They all were living in Makino's house now. And everyone in the village knew of their relationship.

As for their training went well. All three of them have become very very strong.

They trained in both Rokushiki and Haki together. And Luffy and Ann had also learned sword fighting from Bogart.

Luffy was the first one to master all forms of Rokushiki. He had mastered all of them in just Eight months with taking four extra months for learning Seventh form Rokugan which Bogart taught them after learning their potential. While it may seem absurd to master it in such a short time when thinking about how a wimp and coward like Coby and Helmeppo learned Soru in a very short amount of time like two three months with no prior training of any kind. It may even seem slow in comparison.

Apart from that in the next six month Luffy had also mastered how to use advanced variation of Kami-e himself, It was easier to do something when you know what you are working towards. It was known as Life return in which they could change their body shape like bulkier , lean or slime like according to their will and need. He could even transform consumed food in energy very rapidly. While he kinda didn't need it because of his devil fruit it's good to have backup.

Ann took some more time than him but she also has mastered all forms of Rokushiki. She mastered the six forms in Nine months than Rokugan in five more months. After that Luffy also taught her Life return which she just mastered two months ago.

While Makino mastered all six abilities in one year then Rokugan in Next eight month. And she is still working on her Life return technique.

As for the Haki, Luffy was the first one to awaken armament Haki. But it was Ann who first awakened both Observation Haki and Conqueror's Haki. Well she actually just reawakened Conqueror's Haki as she had already awakened it when they were kids.

Both Bogart and Garp were very surprised to learn that there were two conqueror's Haki users in the same place in the weakest blue. But Garp got over the surprise as he knew who Ann's Father was.

But even though Luffy awakened his conqueror's Haki later than her it was still not weaker than her. He might even be more powerful. This just proved that this body was always meant to be more powerful than Roger's Child.

They could also use Conqueror's Haki to intimidate someone.

While obviously Makino hasn't awakened it.

As for Observation Haki both Luffy and Ann had awakened the advanced version of it. There were many different kinds of advanced versions of it. Like seeing ahead into the future in a few seconds Like Katakuri. Having great ability to sense from great distance with clear voices Like Asia from Skypiea had And Coby Awakened at marine-ford war. Then there was the ability to see great distance with great accuracy like Ussop and probably other snipers.

Luffy had awakened the ability to see into the future. It was because he was always working towards this goal and directed his will for him to be able to see into the future. He can see up to Three seconds into the future. Which will only increase as more he trains. This doesn't mean he can't awaken other variations. He will probably do it as his ability evolves further.

Ann had awakened the advanced ability to see great distance and hear clear voices but it was unlike Asia's and she can easily control it.

Makino Haven't awakened any advance version of Observation Haki. But she was still quite proficient in using normal Observation Haki.

For Armament Haki they have all learned to channel it throughout their whole body And with their weapons. None of them have been able to use the advanced version of it but Luffy could feel that he was very close.

For the swordsmanship, it took For Both Luffy and Ann to learn basics, how to feel breath of all things and send compressed air blades one and a half year. As for Makino she practiced staff and was very good with it.

When they had come for their evaluation Luffy had told them to hide some of their fighting power but not too much.

After which Makino was evaluated to be somewhere between captain and commodore power level. While in actuality she can probably defeat all rear admirals.

Ann was evaluated at the level of a rear admiral while her real power being at the mid level Vice admirals, if we consider high level Vice admiral people like Fujitora Issho, Tokikake, Momousagi Gion, Ryokugyu who were already at the level of admirals but we're only vice admirals because there being three admiral seats.

As for Luffy considering his fighting ability and devil fruit he was evaluated at the level of a mid level vice admiral. After that He was given Captain rank. As any rank above that he will have to get after good work in the field. He can also give any rank below captain to his crew members.

But the truth was they didn't know about the different gears of the Luffy' s fruit.

Gear Second can increase his speed by at least four times with a huge power boost.

Gear third which increases his power level massively.

Both of which he can sustain for days now. He can even turn into a giant body of 15 meters and sustain it for half an hour.

He has also recreated all their moves with Haki and also created some of his own.

He can even use his fruit to change the structural shape of his body and can take any form he wishes. This idea he has taken from Reed Richards of Marvel who had similar rubber power. He can sustain it for like two hour.

He has also Recreated all forms of Gear fourth. And more importantly he was working on his own Gear fifth version.

He has also trained his resistance to sea stone. While he can still not swim and do anything in water he won't just slump down the second a little bit of water or sea stone touches him. Leaving him some time to do sometime before that happens. He still has sea stone on a bracelet and will train daily with it for sometime.

If He used all his power he could probably match an Admiral.

Apart from that he has also found some more information about the world which was different from the show.

More like the world has corrected itself. As more people know Haki. Not like all people know it but like all Shichibukai knows and all of the Commanders of Yonko knows how to use it with some other members also knowing it. As It didn't make sense in the show how even all the commanders didn't know how to use haki, like if one commander knew how to use Haki wouldn't he teach others and likewise for Doflamingo and his family.

Now at least the fight between Doflamingo and Crocodile at marineford made some sense as according to the power level shown in the show Doflamingo would have killed Crocodile in one second.

He came to his senses after a good blow to his head.

"Luffy, did you come out of your daydream or need more knocks on head?" He turns around to see Ann looking at him with an irritated face and Makino looking at him with concern.

He just looked at them with a smile and said "Yeah I am here, Now it's time for our adventure to begin."

"Luffy did you have someone to recruit in mind?" asked Makino

He just looked at the ocean and smiled, "I have some people in mind, First one being Pirate hunter Kuina."
