New Task

Jason was completely alright from the aftermath and its been 7 months since the raid and Hoenn league tournament was going to start in less then 1 year, World tournament will be held 3 Months after Hoenn League and only top 5 Candidates from each league will participate in that world tournament. As after Jason's request his name was not given in list of top trainers and Alex was shown as most powerful trainer of their era. Jason's pokemons also evolved in this 7 months hard training, now he had,
Gyarados (Mid Elite), Venasaur (Pseudo King), Swampert (Pseudo King), Pupitar (Mid Elite), Electrabuzz (mid elite), Crawdaunt (Initial Elite), Combusken (Initial Elite) and for his surprise his ponyta evolved into a beautiful Rapidash and reached Initial Elite just after evolution.
At current Jason has Pseudo King- Charizard, Venasaur, Swampert, Sceptile, Gardevoir, Gengar, Lapras, Magmar, Gallade, Aggron, Tauros, Rhydon and Nidoqueen.
Lucario and Noivern were also showing signs of reaching near Pseudo King, where as his Scyther was close to evolution as well with his Magmar and Rhydon (As he was quite older in age). He knew in next 1 year or 1.5 years he will have Scizor, Rhyperior, Magmortar, Tyranitar and if possible then Garchomp and Metagross.
One fine morning Jason was chilling with his pokemons when he got a call from league, this time it was Leon. Jason went near the phone and spoke with the Champion for the first time.
"Hello Jason, how are you ?" Asked Leon.
"I am fine, I didn't recognize you." Said jason who was confused as very few people have seen champion.
"Yes I can understand, I am Leon champion of Hoenn League." Said Leon very Calmly.
"I..I.. I am sorry sir." Said jason.
"Its ok Jason, I called you for some important task if you are ready for it." Said Leon.
"Yes, I am fine with it, tell me." Said Jason.
"You know Kanto league arranged name of top trainers around your age." Said Leon and jason Nodded as he also read about that. "You asked to not mention you in that and by help of Professor Oak we kept you as a secret, but top three trainers, Alex Bart, Cynthia Shirona and Steven Stone has some dangers lurking over their head." Leon Continued.
"What danger ?" Asked Jason who was also shocked as these three have big support from league.
"After announcement of their names, few people made some association to eliminate these top trainers and named together these as Anti-League Association, most powerful of those association are Angel's Wing and Devil's Horn, these two are targeting top three trainers and they have few trainers at Master Level as per our report, this can put those three in danger." Said Leon.
"So league can eliminate them, why bother me ?" Asked Jason.
"League is seeing this as opportunity to test their powers and league want you to be included there as well. As per our reports, Alex, Cynthia and few other top trainers are going to Fire Paradise on a cruise. You will also be going to Fire Paradise where you will meet them all, you have 1.5 months, in meantime you can do whatever you want but remember after 1.5 Months your journey to Fire Paradise will start, this will also help in evolving your Magmar, Combusken and Monferno so that will be additional help and we also heard about certain pokemon which is not identified but if you get a chance to befriend it then your chances of winning tournament will increase alot." Said Leon.
Jason thought about what all he heard and he really wanted to meet Alex Bart, though Jason once saw photo of Cynthia on internet and he started liking her but his main aim was to meet Alex Bart once and see his exact potential.
"Ok Leon I am ready for this task." Said Jason.
"Ok so we have arranged a gift for you, which we think you can conquer as this pokemon is already at Mid Elite." Said Leon and a pokeball appeared on teleporter. After that Leon hung up the phone.
Jason took the pokeball to check the pokemon inside and he went outside, he called his Nidoking to be prepared if this pokemon attacks,
A quadruped, mammalian Pokémon with a dark blue to black body covered in white fur appeared from that ball. It had a ruff around its neck and chest and a tuft on the top of its head adorned with a single blue-black oval. It had a feline face with almond-shaped, red eyes, a scythe-like tail, and a crescent-shaped horn on the side of its head. Its broad feet were equipped with three claws each, and dewclaw-like spikes protruded from the heels of its hind legs and the elbows of its front legs.
As soon as pokemon appeared it looked at the person with pokeball and then looked at pokemon who was standing behind him. Jason knew this pokemon so he walked towards it and said, "Hello Absol, from now I am your new trainer. Hope you will be loyal with me as my other pokemon."
Absol looked at him, Absol was at mid elite so it was powerful enough to feel aura around Jason, he can feel the power of the person standing infront him, so instead of becoming reluctant he sat on ground and sniffed Jason's leg.
Jason patted his head and said, "Good Bod, now meet your friends." Jason told Nidoking to take him to the group and introduce him. Now Jason had 7 Badges and in next 1.5 months he can get two badges for sure, one from Slateport City and one from Mauvile Town. So Jason planned to visit first to Slateport city and get his badge from that town and then going to Mauvile Town from there he can go to Fire paradise to train and wait for the arrival of others.
