Meeting Rob 1

Hello, I am Jayden just your everyday normal guy.

I am an 18 years old orphan, never got adopted but thanks to my superior intellect I was able to get a scholarship in school.

I just finished watching the power rangers samurai on my phone, and I must say that the super sentai version was way better in my opinion. (A/N: Check the previous chapter of you don't know about Power rangers.)

*Yawn*"I should probably sleep, what time is it... 4 am fuck me." He thought aloud."This whole lockdown thing totally destroyed my sleep schedule." He continued before falling asleep.

The next day the orphanage found Jayden's dead body, he died due to a lack of sleep.

In a white void Jayden,

"So you are telling me that you accidentally killed me." He said calming himself down.

"Yes I would like to apologise for that, buy i can give you another chance... like one of those novels you read."

Standing in front of Jayden was a man who looked like he was in his early 40's, claiming to be God. He looked like one of those gym freaks with alot of muscles.

"Is this a scam will I have to sell my soul to you." Jayden raised an eyebrow.

"Umm... no just consider this an apology from me and my wife for what we did to you." Said the man... the Rob.

Jayden was still sceptical of this offer but he decided to go along with it. Hey what's the worst that can happen.

"Ok, do I get any wishes." Jayden asks.

"Yes, you get 3 wishes, 2 of these wishes can be used inorder to change some minor settings in the world you will go to, the 3rd wish can be used to get a minor boon."

"Can I know which world I will be going to before I choose my powers." Despite not liking the fact that he can only get minor wishes he knows the saying beggars can't be choosers.

As Jayden finished his sentence a roulette appeared in the void in front of him.

"It will be chosen at random, I have added all the stories you like into the roulette so you don't have to worry about going to a world that you don't like." Rob said

"Oh thank..." Jayden was about to thank Rob before he saw the name written on the roulette.

There were some of his favourite stories like Harry Potter, Marvel, DC, Power Rangers etc. Making him feel excited, there were even crossovers, every single one of these stories Jayden had read and was a big fan of. Until he say the name of Warhammer 40k.

"Uhh... Mr. Rob could you please remove that one." Jayden said trembling.

Rob looked at Jayden's behaviour and frowned. "Why are you trembling just because you have a face a slightly harder challenge you will start begging me. What kind of a man are you, have you no self respect." Rob shouted at Jayden. He looked genuinely mad, or was it disappointed?

"But But.. Bu..." Jayden tried to argue but the pressure from Rob was too heavy. Jayden has never been scolded in his life.

Rob took a deep breath calming himself down and said," How can you call yourself a man if you back down in the face of challenges, just because a few chaos gods you will be afraid to the point of trembling."

"But... I am just a normal guy how can I fight against literal gods?" Jayden not feeling the pressure mustered up his courage.

"What did you not listen to me, you need to be more like a man..." Rob was about to repeate himself but.

"I... I... I" Jayden kept trying to talk.

"Don't interrupt me!" Rob said looking angry," You know what." Rob snapped his fingers.

The roulette wheel changed insted of names of different stories it now only shows Warhammer 40k on all of the panels.

Jayden's eyes went wide and he almost fainted. He was on the verge of crying.

Just as Rob was about to turn the wheel however a voice interrupted them.

"That is enough, don't you think hon." A beautiful melody sounded in the void.

Then a beautiful woman appeared infront of Jayden. Jayden could swear that not even those heroines could hold a candle to her. Dispute this however Jayden didn't have any thoughts against her for some reason.

This lady then stepped infront of Jayden and patted his head almost going into a hug but looked like she decided against it.

She smiled and said," Hello, Jay.. Jay... I... I mean..." She kept tring to find the words. the Rob sighed out loud in the background.

"Fine I will let him go this time." Rob said.

The roulette wheel turned back to normal. This time without warhammer 40k in it.

Jayden didn't understand what happened, is this lady the wife of Rob. The does she look so guilty and why does my heart hurt looking at her.

The lady smiled at Rob and then disappeared. the wheel started to spin on its own.

Jayden didnt quite understand what just happened, but decided to go along with it. Who knows what is going on in the head of a omnipotent being.

The wheel kept turning one universe at a time. And stopped at Power Rangers Samurai/Samurai Sentai Shinkenger.

Frankly it was disappointing as well as relief worthy. While he could have gone to some of his favourite worlds most of them are also very dangerous.

Seeing Jayden taking a sigh of relief Rob's brows knitted again. But instead of shouting at Jayden he asked," Why are you looking so relieved?"

"I can just let the power rangers handle the enemies and live a normal life, and even with the 3 wishes I can live the life of a rich man." Jayden replied.

"Have you no ambition, what about creating an great Empire, leading humanity to new heights." Rob once again looking mad.

" Somone else can...." Jayden was about to reply but.

"Nevermind you will be reincarnating as the red power ranger." Rob said disappointedly

"What you can't thrust such responsibility on me." Jayden tried to argue.

"I can and I will, make your wishes." Rob said no longer caring for his opinion.

Jayden was silent for a few seconds all his hopes of living a normal life shattered in a few seconds. I mean he could just become the red ranger and then not do his job but then he will feel guilty.

"Wait will it be the like the Shinkenger version where I am a shadow or like the western version where I will have a elder sister?" Jayden's eyes brightened, maybe not all hope is lost. Unfortunately Rob saw through his plans.

"Neither, you will be the head of the Shiba family and no siblings." Rob answered

Seeing that Rob is so stubborn on this issue Jayden steeled his heart.

"Now make your wishes, I don't have all day." Rob said.

After thinking about it for what felt like a few hours Jayden finally made a decision.

"For my first wish i want Nighloks to not exist." In Jayden head a meme is playing saying sometimes my genius is truly frig...

"Nice try kid, but that is not a minor change but a major one." Rob smiled looking almost proud. He continued saying," Don't make another stupid wish or i will not grant any more wishes to you."

After Rob's warning Jayden steeled his heart it seems i will have to fight the Nighloks.

"Then for my actual first wish i want the Shiba clan to be a super influential and prestigious clan in the world." Jayden made a decision.

"Granted!"

"Can I ask a question before making another wish." Jayden asked to which Rob nodded.

"Will there be other Power Ranger teams in this universe. Or only samurai rangers." Jayden asked

"This would will only have samurai Power rangers." Rob replied.

"The for my second wish I want the ability to travel to different world with others." Jayden said. 'Just in case I lose i will have a way out.' He thought in his head.

"No, I can't just give you the ability to travel to different universes." Rob said rolling his eyes.

"But there are Power Rangers who can travel between universes." Jayden tried to convince.

"Let me think of a way i can make this work."Rob said.

"Do you know the crossover episode where the samurai rangers meet the RPM red ranger." Rob said

"Yeah the episode that has a subway that can travel between universes and was never mentioned again." Jayden replied.

"I will let that subway exist in your new universe you can try and research how to Multiverse Travel yourself." Rob said.

Jayden nodded in reply and asked," Then is this a world setting change or..."

"Yes it's a world setting change now choose your power." Rob looking quite bored.

"Then for my third wish i choose super high level of intelligent without losing my emotions." Jayden said. Thinking that his explanation was not good enough he went on to say," Like I want to be able to use 100% of my brain but not lose my emotions."

"Humans do use 100% of their brain, but yeah I got what you are trying to say you want to be a living breathing super computer." Rob said.

"And not lose my emotions." Jayden said.

"Yeah yeah... Now remember don't be a sissy be a man go fight a good fight so what if you lose." Rob continued to say some more inspiration words after that. Frankly, Jayden almost fell asleep between the lectures.

Rob sighed and said" whatever good luck kid, you will get your memories back and powers when you are 18 or else your brain won't be able to handle the load."

After that Jayden disappeared from the void. And Rob's wife reappeared, she had tears in her eyes.

"Why did you not just tell him?" She shouted at Rob.

"What was i supposed to say 'Sorry son your mother went to sleep for 18 years and forgot check if you are still in your cradle." Rob shouted back.

In the lady's defence having been alive for a few trillion years she usually sleeps for a billion years at a time. 18 years is barely even a blink of an eye.

The lady started to cry and hugged Rob.

"*Sigh* Look he will not be getting his memories back untill he is 18, and the original red power ranger's father died when he was 8 years old. We can be with him till then." Rob tried to make his wife feel better.
