On the day of the Lin clan party, the whole town was buzzing with happiness. The party was scheduled for the afternoon which made Teras have a nice sleep. She woke up that morning with a new fighting spirit and a gaze full of determination because she knew what she was going to do on that day." Oh ... .hope you have prepared my bath" Teras asked her while getting out of the bed." Yes young Miss". After hearing the reply of the maid, Teras went to the bathroom to freshen up.After Teras was done, she went straight to her grandfather's court since he had asked her to visit him." " How are you doing this morning dear granddaughter" her grandfather asked her with a smile" I'm fine grandfather, sorry for coming late to you" She said apologetically" No problem, I just wanted to give you the dress you are to wear to the Lin clan party" . After saying that , he brought out a nude stylish gown with fish cutting and a white shawl to match. Seeing the dress, Teras felt amazed since she had never seen a dress as beautiful as that before in her life" Well I'm used to wearing a male dress" she thought, thinking about how she never behave ladylike in her past life" I know that you don't like the type of dress I gave you in the past, but I hope you would like this one" Her grandfather's words brought her out of her thoughts." I like it a lot , thanks grandfather" her words made her grandfather release a sigh of relief" Okay you can go get ready now since your brother will soon be back," Patriciah Kia said." Yes the young Miss is ready to go second young master" the maid said while leaving the siblings alone" Since you are done then let's go , the Lins clan carriage is already waiting for us outside '' he said while looking at his sister who was more dazzling than she normally is. Both of the siblings went to see their grandfather before going outside to enter the Lin clan's carriage." Brother I have a feeling that nothing good is going to happen today" Teras said to her brother without much emotion on her face" I also had that feeling this morning so I have already prepared for the worst" He replied to his sister while looking out the window of the carriage.On getting to the Lin Clan palace-like house, Teras and her brother got down from the carriage and were led by a guard to the hall where the party was. The hall was decorated lavishly and a magnetic chair was placed on the stage. A Lot of people dressed gorgeously were seen talking to each other and smiling. Most powerful men in the city were seen talking among themselves while the youths were also discussing among themselves in groups."
