Kang Xing nodded his head when he heard Heaven's explanation.

"In that case, okay!" Kang Xing said while looking intently at the ancient castle in the middle of the lake.

"Well then? What do you mean, young Master?" Gong Zan asked, confused when Kang Xing suddenly said those words.

Kang Xing looked at Gong Zan, annoyed, "Hmmm, don't worry too much about it, okay? If I suddenly talk to myself or do something you don't understand, you'd better shut up!" Kang Xing explained to Gong Zan not to be too noisy later.

"Ah, Alright, I understand, Young Master!" Gong Zan replied while nodding his head.

The night was so bright that even the moonlight participated in their mission. The mission was carried out by Kang Xing and must be completed promptly.

The White Crane Pearl is a rare heirloom that belongs to the White Crane Martial Arts Organization, where it is said that the pearl has an extraordinary power for anyone who manages to have it.

And now the pearl is in a sacred place that no one can visit. Even the place was protected by magic power used as a protective veil.

"Gong Zan, you can use lightening moves, right?" Kang Xing asked as he looked at Gong Zan.

"Ah, I can, Young Master! Are we going to that ancient castle?" Gong Zan asked while looking in the same direction that Kang Xing was looking.

Kang Xing nodded his head, slowly confirming what Gong Zan asked. "Yes! We have to go to that place!" Kang Xing replied confidently.

"But that place has a protective veil!" Gong Zan said worriedly.

"Don't worry; I've prepared a potion to break the veil!" Kang Xing replied, then quickly stomped his feet and soared toward the ancient castle.

Gong Zan was surprised to see Kang Xing suddenly floating in the air recklessly. Unbeknownst to Kang Xing, it turns out that the ancient castle has several veils that protect it.

"Watch out, Young Master! In front of Young Master, that fitting is the first protective veil!" Gong Zan shouted as he threw a medium-sized stone in the same direction as Kang Xing.

There was an explosion, and the stone shattered instantly exactly two inches before Kang Xing was about to pass through the protective barrier.

Kang Xing widened his eyes a gasp when he saw this; Kang Xing looked in the direction where Gong Zan was and nodded his head.

'Almost! Why doesn't Heaven know about this first veil?' Kang Xing thought as he dripped the Potion that was in the small jug.

Three drops of the Potion suddenly melt the first veil protecting the ancient castle.

Gong Zan immediately used a lightening stance to approach Kang Xing, who was placing his left foot on the lotus leaf in the lake.

"Sorry, Young Master, I was late telling you about the first veil!" Gong Zan said while panting.

"Hmmm, fine; what do you know about the protector of this place?" Kang Xing asked for sure.

"Three protective veils protect this ancient castle; this one is the first!" Gong Zan replied, pointing out the light blue lotus flower before him.

"That pink lotus one is where the second protective veil is!" Gong Zan said while pointing at the lotus flower.

"And the last one is right on the edge of this little island in the middle of the lake!" Gong Zan added.

Kang Xing nodded his head understanding what Gong Zan said.

'This is what it means! This is why Heaven asked me to take Gong Zan! It turns out that Gong Zan is the key to getting the pearl!' Kang Xing thought as he glanced at Gong Zan.

"Young Master, show me how to break that protective veil, so I do it for Young Master!" Gong Zan said as he spread his hands in front of Kang Xing.

'What is this boy's plan to do that? Is he planning to betray me?' Kang Xing thought doubtfully.

"Relax, Young Master; I will do my best to prove to Young Master that I want to help Young Master to obtain the Pearl!" Gong Zan added.

"Drip this Potion on the protective veil; only three drops!" Kang Xing said as he handed the potions, he had brought to Gong Zan.

"Okay, I understand, Young Master!" Gong Zan replied while nodding his head slowly after receiving the potions that Kang Xing gave him.

Gong Zan jumped lightly towards the second protective barrier; Kang Xing silently watched Gong Zan's movements.

'Hopefully, Gong Zan doesn't betray me! Because if that happens, then I have to kill him! Kang Xing thought as he crossed his arms in front of his chest.

The noise was like boiling water from the second protective barrier that Gong Zan managed to break down. Gong Zan quickly continued his action to break down the last protective barrier.

Kang Xing leaped toward where He had broken down the second protective barrier. Kang Xing kept an eye on Gong Zan's movements.

'It feels like there's something Gong Zan is hiding! Something that contains a power that resides within him!' Kang Xing thought, squinting at Gong Zan.

And finally, the third protective barrier was successfully removed by Gong Zan; Kang Xing leaped towards the slap of the island in the middle of the lake.

"This is Young Master," said Gong Zan, handing back the potions he had brought to Kang Xing.

"Good job Gong Zan!" Kang Xing replied.

"What else do you know about this ancient castle?" Kang Xing asked.

"My teacher once explained that when someone breaks down the three protective veils, the figure of a dead warrior will rise from the grave! I still don't know what that means," said Gong Zan while holding his chin and thinking about what his teacher meant.

"Death warrior! Seriously! Behind you!" Kang Xing said as he looked behind Gong Zan.

Where there was a monstrous figure rising from the ground, an undead-like figure suddenly appeared.

Gong Zan widened his eyes when he saw a terrifying figure emerge from the ground.

"Ahhh, is that what the Death Warrior meant?" Gong Zan said frantically, his voice trembling at the sight of that monstrous figure.

"I think so!" Kang Xing replied faintly, preparing to fight the death warrior figure.
