Where do I even begin?

Zoltan, Aria, and the 3 women in cloaks appeared in a room. They had just left Aria's mansion as they used a teleportation circle.

In the room, Zoltan scanned his surroundings. The room was filled with breathtaking décor. Everything screamed "filthy rich" and Zoltan felt a little out of place just standing in this room.

As he scanned around, he noticed 2 different women. 1 was sitting on a sofa, while the other was standing behind.

These women looked like sisters, as they both resembled closer in age. Zoltan said and did nothing until Aria screamed happily. "Flora!"

Aria ran and hugged the woman sitting on the sofa, who was Flora.

Flora, the Vampire Empress, had long, straight blonde hair and bright blue ocean eyes. She was very, very beautiful and had a mature vibe to her that she even overshadowed Aria in some senses.

Flora looked at Zoltan and smiled widely, making him instinctively smile back. She then said as she pointed to the sofa opposite of her. "Have a seat, Disciple. We have a few things I would like to discuss."

Zoltan went towards the sofa and sat down next to the woman who seemed familiar. He thought he's seen her somewhere, but he couldn't put his finger on it.

The 4 got comfortable, and Flora began to speak. "Thank you for coming, Aria. Zoltan. You must be wondering why I called you here before the banquet. Let's start off with the first topic.

Zoltan, since yesterday, you and I entered a Master-Disciple relationship, so as a master I am supposed to teach you things. However, I've noticed you for quite a while now, and I have to say if I do so, that would hinder your natural growth.

That being said, I will teach you about 4 of your affinities. Blood, Ice, Water, Dark. I also know within 3 years, you would be leaving the Vampire Dimension to become an adventurer, isn't that right?"

Zoltan nodded and explained. "That's right. My mother said that I would meet members of a D-Class party who would help me start out."

Flora then suggested something that shocked Zoltan, Aria, and the other woman. "Yes, with that said. That leaves me with my second topic.

When you leave the Vampire Dimension to start your journey..." she paused for a moment before pointing at the other woman. "...I would like for you to bring my daughter, Sofia. She is still inexperienced when it comes to the outside world, so this will be good for her."

Zoltan and the other woman, Sofia, jaws dropped for different reasons.

'Daughter...? Sofia...?' he thought as he turned to Sofia as he eyed her up and down.

Yesterday, Sofia was a 10-year-old, but the Sofia in front of him now is completely different.

Zoltan and Sofia shook their head and responded at the same time. "No, I have no complaints."

Flora huffed in satisfaction, then said. "Good, I have a few other things to talk about until it's time for us to head for the banquet."

They all talked about a lot of things. Flora finished telling Zoltan her plans. Flora asked Aria a bit about Zoltan growing up and other things they missed while they weren't communicating. Sofia was quietly listening on the conversation, learning more about Zoltan.

Then it was time for the Royal Banquet to begin. It wasn't anything interesting or noteworthy.

Flora who was covered by translucent curtains gave a few speeches. She introduced her daughter, who was in her loli form, and Zoltan, her new disciple.

She also spoke about the lowered prices and taxes in the vampire kingdom, for those who didn't attend the awakening ceremony.

The whole banquet ended smoothly and everyone went home with their new founded respect for their Empress, Sofia, and Zoltan. Some were still envious and shocked but they didn't say anything.

The next day, Zoltan then trained his magic affinities with Flora, and like that 3 years passed by.
