A young girl around seventeen to eighteen years old walked out through the door of an orphanage managed by the annex church of the Lumen Goddess located in Central Earthenshire, where the great, fortified border between the Dwarves and Elves was erected.
With her azure eyes gazing on the road, as her bun-styled sapphire-like hair cascaded with cold fresh wind, a young boy around the same age as she spoke, "When do you plan on telling Sir Grey?"
"Wh-!" Hearing Khan's voice, Winter flinched. "Y-you! Why are you appearing out of nowhere, and why are you here?!"
"Well, if I'm going to be honest, you could say I'm following you. But that doesn't answer the question, Winter." With his hands in his pocket, as he donned brown trousers, Khan casually replied.
"Sigh." Letting out a sigh, Winter's eyes seemed to become dull; it was full of uncertainties. "I am not sure if Grey already knew, but I plan to tell him someday… that I lied to him."
