Vampire Hunt 6

"[Embodiment of the Dark Lord]!"

While positioned between the toothy maw his body began to change violently. 

BREAK SNAP CRUNCH

His bones began to break in half. His muscles snapped and reformed one after another. Darkness began to swirl around and inside his body. He grew to the height of 20ft, his head scratching the ceiling. He had 6 arms, 3 tails, a hood covering his face made of darkness and a small set of wings on his back. 4 of his arms were made of shadows with long sharp claws. At the end of each tail was a set of claw like appendages.

Alduin was startled seeing this monstrosity! Even the undead seem to flee, or running towards a new target. The Wolven Quickly chased after them leaving Alduin to face this monster.

"You should know beast" the Vampires tone was cold and sounded like hundreds of voices speaking at once. "One should always have a trump card." He reached out with 3 limbs on his right side punching Alduin against the wall. Just as he was about to slide down the wall the 3 tails quickly pined him against it. The Vampire in his dark lord form repeatedly punched Alduin over and over again!

[New Skill acquired] [Gravity Blade]

[Description: A condensed blade of gravity. Even if it's called a blade it doesn't cut objects. Instead it uses gravity in to directions to separate objects cleanly. A powerful skill that can threaten even Peak Nascent Realm cultivators]

The [Gravity Blade] sliced every undead beast that was on top of Yimi. She quickly caught her breath from nearly being ripped in half. Kur didn't stop there. He launched another series of [Gravity Blade]'s freeing his Juggernaut minions. Unfortunately his Bigsky's were completely ripped apart and nonoperational. Even his Juggernauts weren't in much better shape. They all were missing one of their rotary guns and all of their mortar/cannons. 

Kur and Yimi didn't have much time to breath. They still had hundreds of undead beasts to deal with. "Yimi can you restrict the undead's movement? Let's group up back to back."

"Can do" she said before deactivating her active spells. She clasped her hands together, ignoring the pain of her body, and casted [Iron Vine Field] spell. Kur had ordered his Juggernauts to make a square formation around him and Yimi as she cast her spell.

Shortly after a large field of iron vines surrounded the group. Kur also used his [Gravity Blade] skill to kill some of the undead before as the Juggernauts got into position. 

The iron thrones were over 2ft long and extremely sharp. Yimi controlled the [Iron Vine Field] to attack and move to intercept the undead. The vines whipped around grappling undead or piercing them with their long iron thrones. She was a master at controlling the field. She was controlling dozens of tentacle like throne vines at once. 

As she controlled a radius around them the Juggernauts opened fired! With what little weaponry they had left. 

BBBBBRRRRRRTTTTTTTTT

Hundreds of undead beasts were mowed down in a matter of seconds. Every undead that managed to get past the iron thrones were turned into swiss cheese. The only one having the most trouble was Kur. He didn't understand what he did to have the energy he was using, but ignored it. It would be a problem for later. He reserved his [Gravity Blade] skill and instead used [Gravity Condense] to help Yimi in manipulating the field. 

Yimi and Kur were slowing getting into the groove of combat. The both manipulated the battlefield allowing the Juggernauts to get the actual kills. Once they killed an undead they were rendered to ash. As they fought and circled around each other Yimi noticed something. Kur was in bad shape and there was blood!

His armor was torn and blood was covering the holes. She began to speculate if Kur was a human in a suit or a cyborg! It would explain why she couldn't sense any life from him. Maybe it was a suit that kept him alive. She shook her head when she noticed another rumbling sound. Kur felt it too as the two directed their gaze to where Alduin and the Wolven were. 

This was the first time they noticed that the barrier was missing. Weirdly enough none of the undead went that direction once it went down. They remained to try and kill Kur and Yimi! With the barrier missing they saw an additional horde of undead rushing towards them! They had their hands full already. This was just icing on the cake. 

"Get ready" Kur spoke quickly. "I don't believe Alduin is killed, but to have a second horde come this way means things aren't looking good down there."

"I'll extend my [Iron Thorn Field] then. I'll reshape it to the hallway in that direction." Yimi began to do what she said and channeled more mana into reshaping the spell. This left her at 5% mana while Kur was at 10%. The two were in a real bind if the Vampire was still alive. 

The [Iron Thorn Field] began to extend towards the incoming horde. Although the other side of the field began to shrink in the process. Trying to help out Kur ordered 3 Juggernauts to cover their rear as he, Yimi and 1 Juggernaut would handle the incoming horde. 

Kur sent out another 2 [Gravity Blade]'s quickly eliminating nearly 100 undead in just his first two strikes! he was a little surprised by how easily the undead fell to his simple attack. Maybe they were just weaker than the first horde? 

He was somewhat right. The undead coming now hard already been fighting and were slightly damaged by his Wolven, but his attack was truly strong! The undead they were facing were below the Core Formation realm and his attack could hurt those in the Peak Nascent realm. An entire 2 realms higher. 

With the killing of the first 100 undead Yimi took over the crowd control position. She controlled more thorn vines to grab the undead and squeezed down on them. Other vines used their thorns to halt their movements or outright kill them. Kur used his [Gravity Condense] just like he did previously. He cast his spell in an area where the vines were not. A false hope for the undead to try and break through. 

With only one Juggernaut on their side it was constantly moving its single rotary gun left from right. Trying to kill all the undead that were more slippery than others. As they fought they noticed some undead limbs being thrown in the air. He was unable to see over the undead and decided to test something.

He jumped into the air and used his [Gravity Pull] skill on the ceiling.

He didn't pull the ceiling towards him, but the other way around. He had pulled himself towards the ceiling getting a better view of the undead horde. At the very back he could see his tow Wolven minions! Although they were badly damaged. Even in their damaged state they were taring through the horde in great speed. What was the most odd was the horde ignored the Wolven and allowed themselves to be torn to shreds.

This send red flags in Kur's mind. It was like the horde was ordered to attack him and Yimi ignoring everything else! He quickly realized Alduin must be fighting the Vampire still and the Vampire had ordered the rest of the horde to attack and kill them. Going under this assumption Kur acted. 

"Listen to me' Kur spoke quickly. "The Vampire sent the rest of his horde to fight us. Alduin is fighting the Vampire and something tells me it's not going well. I am going to kill that Vampire. You stay here and deal with the horde. I will leave the minions to assist you." Before she could voice her own concerns Kur gave another command. 

"You will all listen to Yimi till I return with Alduin! Now Wolven, stack up and hold tight!"

The Wolven listened and did as he commanded without more words. The Wolven in the best shape took it talon feet and gripped the ground tightly. The other climbed onto his shoulders and spread his arms. With the undead ignoring them they had no need to fight. Kur once again used his [Gravity Pull] skill twice in quick succession. 

He first pulled himself up to the ceiling and then towards the Wolven. The Wolven held on tightly resisting the gravitational pull, but Kur had pulled himself towards them! Many undead tried to reach Kur as he did so, but both Yimi and the Juggernaut would attack any undead that tried.

Once he reached the Wolven he mentally ordered them to cover him. The immediately attacked the closest undead swiftly killing it. Even Yimi got in on the action focusing more on the undead further away from her making sure that Kur got away. Once he dropped down and began to sprint he created another [Gravity Wall] behind him. He was going to deal with the Vampire unimpeded!

After a handful of seconds running full speed he reached his destination. The room was in shambles. The gates were still in pristine condition, but the wall's and floor had large indents in them. Alduin was fighting a multilimbed shadow monster. Most of his ribs and bones of his wings were broken. Even his tail was missing the stinger! 

Alduin was barely holding his own against the monster. Kur watched as the monster picked Alduin up slamming him into the ceiling before pulling him back down and into the ground. With a mighty kick he sent Alduin flying towards his master!

Kur jumped out of the way as Alduin passed. He was in terrible shape. "That's the Vampire Master. He used a technique to make him stronger. I'd say he's peak level Nascent realm or slightly into the Paramount realm." His voice was shaky and harsh.

"Can you still fight?" He spoke ignoring the injuries' of Alduin. He was beyond furious and wanted this Vampire dead. 

"I can fight for a little longer, but my body is almost broken. I can only take a few more attacks of his before my boy truly fails me." 

"Hold him still. I will kill him!"
