"WHAT THE F#CK? System what's going on?"

[Notice. A Vampire is on FP-108 and is after a relic. The System can transfer information directly into Users brain if they are unable to read]

"That's not at all what I meant and you know it! How do you even know there's a Vampire there and why is it so urgent?"

[Notice. A Vampire is a high Dark elemental being. The Scheme you preformed was just one of a multistep quest line]

Lucas just rolled his eyes. "I guess that makes sense" he said in a defeated voice. Getting any information from the System was always like pulling teeth! "Well if that's the case. What do you recommend for me to do to complete this mission?"

[Notice. Would the User like to spend 5 VPs for the information] [Yes/No]

Lucas threw his hands up. "Fine take it. I can't do anything with it anyway!"

[Notice. User should increase their realm and actually cultivate to become stronger. Alternatively they can create a Henchmen since User is too weak to actually fight. Additionally User has yet open notifications of previously built Minions]

"I swear this System is a sassy partner you always see in cartoons!" Lucas didn't know what else to say or even how to react. But that did give him an idea. He had roughly 8 hours while Yimi slept to do a few things. He climbed back into his Kur suit and left for his workshop. While he walked he took the Systems advice and opened his notifications.

"ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! I could have been out of debt earlier?" Lucas was p#ssed off that he never checked on these notifications or even how the System didn't remind him till now! He made up his mind. He will no longer get mad if the System never mentioned anything to him. He cooled himself down and focused. He was happy to have 170 VPs again.

He just wasn't sure what to do with them. Should he save them or spend them on the [Store] to get new runes or even level up or get new skills?

"Wait a second. System why hasn't [Task 4] been completed yet? I've made my battle suit; Kur."

[Notice. User has yet to make a weapon. The second half of the task has yet to be completed]

"Ah" Lucas smiled embarrassingly. He had forgotten all about that, but he had other things on hid mind and a hole burning in his pocket! He quickly went to the [Store] tab and into the [Rune] category. His goal was to make an extremely powerful Henchmen! He didn't have time to cultivate and raise himself to a higher realm, but he could make one!

As he looked over the [Rune] category he was disappointed with what he saw.

[Runes are randomized and price varies based on Rune rank]

[Rune price will increase based off of Users cultivation realm]

[Basic Rune] [Costs 50 VPs]

[Greater Rune[ [Costs 100 VPs]

[Advance Rune] [Costs 500 VPs]

[Master Rune] [Costs 1,000 VPs]

[Perfect Rune] [Costs 5,000 VPs]

[Flawless Rune] [Costs 10,000 VPs]

[Absolute Rune] [Costs 100,000 VPs]

"Those are some crazy prices!" Lucas shocked to see so many types of runes. He wanted to ask the System to explain them, but it would have costed him 5 VPs and he wasn't willing to spend even that little amount for a question, just yet. He was curious as to what rank the runes he knew were. Although, he was now in a conundrum. Should he get 3 [Basic Rune]s or 1 [Greater Rune] and 1 [Basic Rune]? Bigger is better!

He spent 100 VPs to get a random [Greater Rune]! He watched a wheel spin for a minute before it slowed down.

[Greater Rune acquired: Minor Supportive Rune: Paralysis] [Description: A rune that allows the wielder to paralyze their target for 5 seconds. Chance to paralyze changes based off of what realm wielder is fighting. 30% chance when fighting someone below wielders realm. 20% chance when fighting someone of the same realm. 10% chance when fighting someone above wielders realm]

Lucas was impressed. This was a pretty good rune! It didn't paralyze the target for a long time, but 5 seconds is a long time in a heated battle. Now it was time for the basic rune. He spent another 50 VPs, leaving him with 20 left, and watched the same wheel spin for a minute before stopping.

[Basic Rune acquired: Minor Supportive Rune: Herbalism] [Description: A rune that enhances one skill for growing, cultivation and harvesting Herbs]

'That's kinda lame' he thought. He didn't even have a [Greenhouse] or anywhere to grow crops. Although he did have that Cosmic grass. Yimi might be able to teach him how to grow it he could it, maybe even some alchemy tips. He ignored that rune for the time being. He now had 14 runes! But he could only use 10 of them and he barely had an idea for his Henchmen. He didn't have anything besides the Cosmic Grass and Wyvern Skull he got. WAIT he had a Wyvern Skull!

"System how much would it cost me to have enough material to make a Wyvern henchmen?!"

[Notice. For a full size Wyvern of 18ft tall, 50ft long and a wingspan of 100ft would cost 200,000 credits and an additional 200 VP's to raise Cultivation realm restraints to craft such a being. Normally it would require the user to be at least at the Core Formation realm to create a Henchmen of this size]

"Great" he said sarcastically. "Looks like I'm going back into debt to the System. System I accept the deal. I need this Henchmen!"

[Deal confirmed. The next creation the User makes will have restrictions up to Core Formation Realm lifted]

He didn't waste a second and got to work. He only had little less than 8 hours to make his henchman.

"System can I still create or have my henchman active in 7 hours from now?"

[If User has a mechanical frame of the Henchman built than yes. Henchman will be active, but will be much weaker, have only half the active runes and the task will not be considered complete]

"I assume no grade or reward right?"

[The User is very smart to figure that out]

Lucas clicked his tongue. He could tell when the System was sarcastic. He was fine with it. He wasn't confident in his ability to fully make his Henchmen in 8 hours. He could make it's skeletal structure, but it's full body it would take him 20 hours at least! So he narrowed down what he wanted to do verses what he could do. He first listed all 10 Runes he planned to use.

[Supportive Rune: Paralysis, Regeneration, Enhanced Vision and Awareness]

[Protection Rune: Mana Deflection, Kinetic Energy Absorption, Elemental Absorption]

[Destruction Rune: Force Multiplier, Energy Corrosion, Elemental Energy: Poison]

Now that he had his full list he had to narrow that down to only 5!

[Supportive Rune: Paralysis and Regeneration]

[Protection Rune: Kinetic Energy Absorption and Elemental Absorption]

[Destruction Rune: Energy Corrosion]

He wanted to added [Force Multiplier] originally, but he decided against it. His Henchmen would not have a macular structure in the first place to even utilize it! It would be able to move however.

Now it was crunch time! He spent all 200,000 credits he had left for the materials. It was an enormous pile of metal, wires and even some mana stones! They were golf ball sized crystal looking stones that all glowed a bright shamrock green color. There were at least a dozen of them. As soon as he saw them he instantly knew what he had to use to utilize them. Although they wouldn't be incorporated into the Wyvern until the later stages of building. So he set them aside for now.

He was disappoint to realize he would literally only have time to build the skeletal structure and the 5 runes. He wouldn't have time to add weapons or anything else. It would just be a mechanical brawler. That's not how he planned to build his first Henchmen. He wanted his first to be a powerful all-rounder instead of something specialized.

He first started with the metal structure of the materials he had purchased from the System. He had to flex his [Metallurgy Lv 1] skill when examining each type of metal. Many of which he had no idea what their names were, but could sense the purity and durability inside each piece. When he began to examine them he found a few pieces that had micro fractures that would lead to breaking of the metal.

When he confronted the System about it the System just switched out the metal. It also stated that it's his job to check each metal for structural integrity. If the System gave him the perfect material right off the bat what need would he be if the System did everything for him!

He then realized that maybe that's why his minions had lower grades. He didn't even try using his skills, at least not all of them, and just slapped things together. He really had to change his mindset when building minions!
