A Loyal Servant

Su Yuxin calmly looks at sky as the sun slowly sets and smiles. Then she went to take a bath. There was a hot tube already ready for her.

"Young Miss, the water is ready . You can go in any time. I also have prepared the clothes for you." Lu Xiu said as she looked at the floor. Su Yuxin looked at her as she tries to avoid eye contact like a scared kitten.

"You! Always look at me while speaking" She then slowly grabbed her chin and looked directly at Lu Xiu eyes.

"Understood?"

"Y-Yes M-Miss" Lu Xiu stammered.

" I didn't heard it. Say it louder confidently. If you are following me, you don't have to fear anyone. So be strong, bold and courageous. If you can't, Don't follow me. I don't need useless people" Lu Xiu darted a side glance at her young miss and got her knees.

"Thud!!"

"My life was given by you miss. So it belongs to you. I will follow your every command and be useful and strong protector for you. I will protect you with my life." She said it aloud as tears started running down her face. She remembered all the time her miss has suffered injustice yet couldn't do anything. She vowed to be strong enough so her miss can proudly held her head high and be happy and safe.

Su Yuxin looked at that young girl and sighed. She was really loyal and good girl. She reached out her hand,

"Get up! The floor is cold."

Lu Xiu held her miss hand and stood up. Her knees were red cuz of the sudden banging on the cold floor. Her legs were trembling yet she stood straight being brave and strong as her miss. This lifetime and every lifetime she would like to follow her miss and never make her disappoint on her.

Su Yuxin smiled and gave her medicine.

"Apply it on your knees."

"This! Young miss I don't need it. I'm already fine"

"You should obey what I say. If I said it once, don't make me repeat it." Su Yuxin looked at her coldly, placed the medicine in hand then went inside the warm water.

Lu Xiu looked at the medicine in her hand and teared up as she bit her lips softly. She felt like her miss cherished her. Although she has changed, she was cold but her heart was warm. She applied the medicine in her knees and waited for her miss at the door.
