Chapter 23: Happenings 2

Firstly I apologize for the short chapter. It's short because I don't wanna bore you all with my

ramblings as I said that it was MC's. Plz, understand that.

The calm life of me continued…

When I was the disciple of the most powerful god and myself a god too, it was anything but

calm. There were constant fights. The fights may not be with me or my master, but gods will

fight with other gods like that.

When they fight, it was hard to make them give up. The fight would continue for days and I

would try my best to control them. At last, I would succeed too.

Since they were gods, it wasn't wise to join in fights between others until asked to do so. They

might think of teaming up now to kill the negotiator and later continue their fight. So, I never did that foolishness.

When the fight gets out of hand or it is of a high level like between Zeus and Nyx, my master

used to make compromises between them. And being masters, they would easily

agree to not put wrath on them.

(AN: Again I remember you all that this is pure fiction. What I write here may not be true to

the myth. As I said in the previous paragraph. I said about the fight between Zeus and Nyx. I

am not sure if that happened or what's Chaos role is in it. I just made a story of my own with

some masala. I am not well aware of any Greek god/goddess's name and their myths. So,

plz ignore any mistakes that I make.

But one thing was sure. The peaceful life I am living now may become boring in the

future. As peace will make you at ease and when danger comes, you'll be late to react

then *boom!* All dead….

While life as God was hard, it has its beauty and reality. It was always nice to have

such power. When power is in one's hand, it was very fulfilling. But it's also dangerous as if

in the wrong hands, it can destroy the universe.

I still think of my master. Even though strict, was very loving. I am sad that I can't see him

now. I don't even know what happened to him when I died protecting him.

Master was looking very bad during the war and worn out. So many tricked him. Yeah, the

only fault was his trust. He used to trust anyone and it even made dire consequences.

It was always a pain in the ass to deal with the consequences of my master's actions.

But the consequence caused my end and the state of the master was very hard.

'Master I love you. I hope you are well and fine. If I can come back to my former glory, I

would take my revenge on all those who opposed us. My eyes were wet as I said this. I

never had cried in this life but this topic made me cry.

I quickly wiped my tears and made a quick promise to myself that I would try to return back

to my former glory if not more and make them suffer.

'Zee...' When I think about this name, it raises my anger to uncontrollable levels. That

stupid was the cause of all the destruction. I made a note that the first revenge of mine

would be for his 'sake'.

(AN: I have somewhat given clues of what happened to Chaos. The real reason and fight is

a thing that I wanna write about. But for that, I need your support. Just put a paragraph comment to

this para saying 'I want such a chapter. Just that and I will put a chapter about that as soon

as I can.

Now it's not time for my memories I thought. I came back to reality.

Our level hadn't risen from a month ago. As rising higher was tough. If I wanted I could have

but I didn't. I was waiting for my friends to catch up.

At last, the exam for promotion came and we all passed with flying colors.

We were regarded as top geniuses and were in the best class. As genius students, we

weren't needed to attend all classes. We just want to continue in the same rank at the end of

every month's exams.

I would always spend my time comprehending new elements. While others would spar.

Now that we were in the second year, we were allowed to go to dungeons and that's where the fun

began.

I, Rey, Klaus, and Madi decided to go to our first dungeon and clear it in one try.
