47 Otto is Too Overpowered

"So when are you going to work on my body?" Brynhildr asked as Otto had been watching Ikki's figure training alone in the field.

"Once I've returned back to Izumo Dorm, that would be 2 weeks from now maybe..."

"Why are you constantly watching the kid?" She didn't see any remarkable things from Ikki Kurogane.

"I want to try and recreate his noble art, Ittou Shura. It goes well with my innate physical abilities."

Ittou Shura is a noble art that multiplies the user's physical capabilities at the cost of an immense strain on both body and mind, from exhausting an hour worth of their strength into a minute.

Otto had taken this into account, as he had the Code: Unknown constantly working inside his body, which gives him almost infinite stamina and his eyes of wisdom to lessen the strain of his brain. That meant he could spam this noble art with almost no drawbacks, unlike Ikki who could use this overpowered ability only once per day.

"That's his ability?" She still didn't see how that was overpowered, since there are a lot of body strengthening magic out there, which can be learned by anyone.

She could teach Otto, some of the primordial runes she used back in her Valkyrie days. But would only teach him if he asked, which he hasn't nor does he need those in the meantime.

"I know what you're thinking already... And yeah it's just a simple strengthening skill, but it's an effective one that can be used immediately."

At this point, Otto wondered, if he should just steal all powers or cheats from the protagonists in this world since he found some of them strong to add to his stand, which he now calls "Otto's Diary" in reference to "DIO's Diary", as it holds his secrets(stolen abilities) and would soon allow someone to have permission to reach godhood in the future.

"No matter what you say, it's just body strengthening technique you know... If you want, I can teach you some basic Nordic rune craft." Brynhildr was proud of her primordial runes that were unique to valkyries.

"I thought you need some Divinity or something to make those." Otto knew runes needed some kind of unique energy to engrave something to an object. An energy that was capable of conjuring magic by itself, similar to enchantment magic.

"Only primordial runes require that..." Brynhildr rolled her eyes as she could clearly sense a faint Divinity within him.

"Okay."

"With you having affinity to all 6 basic elements, you should learn it in no time. Unlike the reverse curse technique you wanted to learn." She emphasized the mysterious technique that Otto really wanted to achieve so much, that even after almost 7 years he still hasn't learned it for some reason.

To her it was like the power that Otto made wasn't compatible with himself, that or the world simply prevented him from ever reaching that technique and would require Otto to break his limits bounded by fate itself.

She knew Otto's existence in this world was strange already, just from his ability to create concepts in his mind into a reality which was already confusing for her to understand since from her proper understanding, only "The God" (From the Bible) had the ability to create concepts out of nothing.

'Now that I think about this matter. Wouldn't that make Otto... god or something alike?' Brynhildr realized this as far as she had observed Otto, he had everything that even the talented people in this world would want. The only thing that held him back was the way he thought.

"So is this how you do it?" Otto acted humble as he first thought that Rune Crafting was hard, unknown to him it was a primordial rune he had just made.

'... What kind of entity is my husband? Even I wasn't that quick to learn basic primordial rune craft. No one in Valhalla is even capable of learning the rune this fast... If he were to be there, he would be constantly praised for being unrivaled.' She dumbly observed his nearly perfect primordial rune.

"More or less yeah. But you still have a long way to go." Brynhildr lied as she wanted to act as his teacher some more.

"Hmmm... Is there a rune that can increase regeneration or recovery?" Otto thought if he could make a rune that could heal like the reverse curse technique since he wanted a healing factor so badly.

"There is. Mannaz, Algiz, Eihwaz, Berkana. Those are the inscriptions that are related to healing—!?" Brynhildr looked at Otto who stripped revealing his bare upper body as he started to engrave runes into his body.

'Hey hey hey... That's dangerous, you're progressing way too quickly...' She felt worried as she knew what he was about to do.

"You're crazy you know..." She remarked as Otto began inscribing the rune into his body as the object.

"Absolutely, I'll consider it a compliment," he responded confidently, assured in his abilities and optimistic about the outcome.

'I'm basically the original character in this crossover fanfiction.' Otto joked to himself as he was probably one of the, at least in the top 50 strongest human beings in this world...

Maybe already surpassing Edelweiss who became one of the humans that had reached the pinnacle of human limits.

"Don't you know, that geniuses are crazy in their own unique ways? They try ways things that not even normal people would even think of thinking."

Otto's body was visibly covered in primordial runes, which looked like he had a ridiculous tan all around.

"It feels, hot and cold at the same time..." Feeling that his body temperature raised as his bones became cold as ice after inscribing the runes.

"That's a normal reaction..." Brynhildr replied as she could already guess that his body was able to adapt to that change quickly.

"Fuh..." Otto stabbed his foot with Blade of Tathagata, causing it to bleed for a moment before the wound closed on itself.

"Not the kind of result that I have initially expected. But an excellent outcome nonetheless."

He was skeptical if the regeneration could ever rival the speed and effectiveness of the reverse curse technique if he improved it nor was he going to test and stab his vital organs to prove it. But it was a great substitute for the meantime.

'It's not enough!?' Brynhildr felt that kind of regeneration from a rune was already high in her regards, there were only a few objects or items that could rival that kind of healing she had witnessed.

"How strong are the reverse curse technique's healing capabilities?" She asked curiously as to why he wasn't satisfied with the result of the rune.

"Enough to reproduce blood, bone, flesh, and organs, hell even recover entire lost limbs." He didn't take into account that it was dependent on the user's curse energy output. Which in his case, was low since he was dependent on binding vows in terms of output.

Hearing his unrealistic reply, she wasn't sure if that kind of regeneration was even possible as even the Phoenix Tears isn't even capable of doing that.

"For real?"

"For real, real."

"If you know the concept, how haven't you figured it out just yet?"

"Don't know, maybe I don't have any inspiration or reference for it..." The only lead he got was that he needed to multiply negative energy, but didn't know how...

...

The sharp trill of Otto's phone cut through the quiet of his room, another unknown number daring to intrude upon his solitude.

"Hello?" he answered, curiosity lacing his voice as he wondered who dared to disturb him this time.

"Is this Otto-kun?" a melodic voice, unmistakably feminine, greeted him from the other end of the line, instantly identifying the caller.

"Nene? How did you even get my number?" Otto's tone held a hint of suspicion, contemplating the security of his contact information.

"Silly you, I got it from the school director," Nene replied with a playful giggle, her amusement evident even through the phone.

"..."

"Anyway, I just wanted to ask if you'd consider transferring to Hagun Academy," she continued, cutting straight to the point.

As Nene mentioned Hagun Academy, Otto's mind quickly made the connection with Kurono's offer for her to join as a teacher. It dawned on him that this call was likely related to that development.

"Do I need a reason to?" Otto replied, a touch of intrigue coloring his words. The prospect of transferring to Hagun Academy intrigued him, especially considering his existing ties to the school through his alter ego, Aizen.

However, a nagging thought surfaced in his mind. How would he reconcile being both Otto and Aizen? Enrolled under one identity but known by many as another, navigating these dual roles would prove to be a complex challenge. Furthermore, given that both personas were A-Rank individuals, curiosity and scrutiny from others were inevitable.

"Not really, Ku-chan just invited me to be a teacher at Hagun Academy," Nene clarified, providing the context behind her call and shedding light on Kurono's involvement in the matter.

"Alright, I'll definitely consider it," Otto responded, his mind already buzzing with the possibilities of navigating dual identities and the thrill of hiding in plain sight.

"Really?" Nene's voice held a hint of surprise, evidently taken aback by Otto's swift acceptance of her offer. It was a departure from his usual cautious approach to such proposals.

"Yeah," Otto confirmed, a note of excitement creeping into his tone. The idea of attending Hagun Academy under his own guise, separate from his Aizen persona, appealed to his sense of adventure.

"Then I look forward to your decision, Otto-kun. I'll ensure I become your teacher," Nene declared with enthusiasm, her anticipation evident as she envisioned the dynamic relationship that would unfold between them. With Otto on board, she planned to let him pass the tests to earn his favor.

As the call ended, silence settled in Otto's room once more...

"You're finally accepting her feelings?" Brynhildr's question cut through the air, tinged with a hint of judgment as she assessed the situation based on their brief conversation.

"Who knows..." Otto replied with a sigh, his expression reflecting a mix of uncertainty and contemplation. The complexity of Nene's feelings left him at a loss for a definitive answer, unsure of how to respond to her heartfelt sentiments.

Aside from Brynhildr. Never before had someone showered him with such a profound level of affection without any initial effort on his part. He found himself with an unknown reason as to how Nene had come to love him so deeply, unable to recall the exact moment or reason that sparked her feelings.

As he reflected on Nene's feelings and Brynhildr's occasional bouts of possessiveness, a thought struck Otto like a bolt of realization.

'Now that I think about it... Don't I have a knack for attracting the 'crazy' type of women?' he mused inwardly.

Brynhildr, with her Valkyrie background, occasionally exhibited yandere-esque tendencies, especially when she perceived a threat to her connection with Otto. Similarly, Nene seemed to veer into possessive territory whenever she caught him engaging in a conversation with other female students. The echoes of these dynamics reminded him of his past life and the tumultuous relationship with a woman named Keiko, who was borderline down right crazy in his opinion, as he hoped that the two of them won't go down similiar to her stage.
