Puff!

There was a burst of smoke when Yui used reverse summons and reappeared in the same place he disappeared earlier holding a small wolf under his arm, the lake was still calm and it didn't look like there was any change in the location.

"Hey let go of me you human inferior, I'm the great king of wolves Yami!" Yami yelled under Yui's arm as he swayed his body trying to get free anyway but Yui held him tight and gave him a disapproving look.

"Shut up mutt, you have two options become my puppy or I'll send you to the afterlife kennel!" Yui stated with an annoyed face and emitting an aura of tense hate that made Yami retreat into her arm and go quiet.

"Now what do you do?" Yui wondered as she hurriedly touched her newly sewn robe so she wouldn't be naked, "I think I'd better just tell myself and accept my inevitable fate." She muttered and started walking back.

The sun was about to set at that moment lighting up the part of the forest where she was in a beautiful way giving a feeling of peace, but what a pity it couldn't keep up.

Woosh!

A noise of wind was heard from one of the trees and several shuriken advanced towards Yui's back, along with several masked and unidentified ninjas jumped from the trees and tried to attack her from all sides.

Time seemed to slow down at this point and Yui's lips moved slightly and spat out a few words, "How annoying." She said and touched her sword, there was a noise of steel for a moment and the shurikens were bounced off to the ground.

She didn't even look at the midair ninjas that were descending towards her before taking a few steps forward, the ninjas fell helplessly to where she was standing before and blood started coming out of her clothes.

"Reveal yourself now." She said looking at the trees and several dark spots came out of the trees and began to surround her, they numbered from 15 to 42 ninjas counting with the hidden ones who tried to escape their senses.

One of the ninjas revealed himself among the group and drew his sword as he looked at Yui with some respect and fear but determined, "It seems the rumors weren't wrong, Miss Shi, it's an honor to face you." The ninja said and gave a slight bow before getting into position.

"Can I know who you are?" Yui didn't even get on guard, just put his hand on the scabbard of his sword and looked through the mask at his enemies, "We are the steel claw mercenary group, and we find the reward for your head very tempting." One of the ninjas said and everyone is getting ready to start the battle.

"No, I highly doubt you are a simple group. Crossing the border with your numbers and no identification especially at a time of war and tension. I think someone hired you personally to eliminate me but you made a mistake." Yui started to speak and she noticed the ninja's muscles twitching as she nailed her deduction, "And what would that mistake be?" The leader asked her as he felt a shiver down his spine.

"I'm much stronger than you guys." She said and drew her sword.

The next thing the leader saw was roses and blood trails emerging from the bodies of his teammates and a red-eyed figure staring at him as if he could see into his soul.
