Inside the carriage, Eris initiates a conversation.

"Normally, the subjugation of a Goblin Lord involves organizing a task force centered around the knights. In some cases, we might request support from the kingdom. Achieving this solo is impressive," Eris said as he looked at youngest Asher.

"Thank you."

"The issue is that we need to report the emergence and subjugation of the Goblin Lord to the kingdom."

"Is there a problem?"

"When you defeat a boss-level monster, the kingdom generally buys the magic stones. It's to use them as valuable alchemical materials and magical tools."

"That makes sense."

"Your understanding is correct. The problem lies in how the subjugation occurred. The fact that you did it alone is the real issue."

"Does it become such a big problem?"

"Trying to cover it up with a lie that can easily be exposed isn't a smart move. Depending on Father's judgment, we might need to honestly report it to the kingdom."

"I wouldn't want to become the head of the family, especially considering Father's workload."

"Being a Marquis is an upper-class nobility, and Father has reduced the middlemen quite a bit, wanting to hear the voices of the people. Personally, I hope you walks a free path, but as a lord, I also wanted to keep a powerful asset on hand."

"Even if I'm granted a title, I'll still be a member of the Yarlow family. I don't think there is problem if I'll lend my strength to family."

Without any incidents on the way, the carriage safely arrived at the mansion.

Asher, who had been sleeping, along with Leo, Silvia, and Ava, woke up. They decided to head to Father's study to greet him upon their return.

Eris knocked on the door, and as representatives, they all entered the study.

"Father, we have returned safely from the dungeon," Eris said as others stood there.

"I was worried when I heard Ash was going too, but I'm delighted that everyone returned safely," Drake looked at his children, and seeing that everyone was fine, he smiled.

"I have a report. We encountered the Goblin Lord in the dungeon," Eris said.

"That's a serious matter. We need to organize a subjugation force immediately," Drake stood up as he spoke.

"Father, please calm down. Ash subjugated it alone."

"Alone? Indeed, Ash's stats are formidable, but is it true?" Drake frowned as he calmed down and sat.

"Ash, give Father the magic stone."

Prompted by Eris, Asher took out the Goblin Lord's magic stone from the item box and placed it on the desk.

"This is indeed the same as the magic stone from a Goblin Lord subjugated in the past. I would like to say I can't believe it, but with tangible evidence, it must be true," Drake's eyes widened for a moment as he spoke.

"The issue is reporting it to the kingdom," Eris asked the most important question that was nagging him.

"How do you think Eris should handle it?" Drake looked at Eris and asked.

"In the carriage, I spoke with Ash about being honest in the report."

"That's true. Considering Ash's age, I wouldn't want to involve him in politics. But if we try to manipulate things, and someone investigates, the truth will be exposed. There's a risk of the upper echelons of the kingdom feeling distrust, so it's better to honestly report," Drake rubbed his head and said.

"The kingdom likely sees Ash as a top-tier asset and would want to incorporate him."

"That's probable. However, if the kingdom makes unreasonable demands, I will firmly oppose it," Drake firmly said.

"Father, are you okay with skillfully handling this to avoid causing any trouble?"

"Ash is exceptional. He should be able to manage almost anything. But as a parent, my concern for my child is stronger."

"Father, Brother, thank you for your concern," Ash said as he felt good about getting a family again.

"We will support you, so if there's ever a problem, don't hesitate to tell us," Leo said, patting his shoulder.

Silvia and Ava nodded in agreement.

Asher smiled and nodded. In the past life, he was so absorbed in the game that he never cared about his parents, but in this life Asher decided to protect his family values and relationship.

"Let's end the discussion here. You've been through a lot while tired. Take a good rest," Drake said.

Leaving Father's study, Asher headed to his room. Carla wanted to ask about how Dungeon Explorer was, but seeing Asher was tired, she helped him get into comfortable clothes and let him sleep.

The battle with the Goblin Lord crossed Asher's mind as he fell asleep. He had conquered it many times in the game. He gained confidence in his ability to handle other boss monsters properly if he didn't make any strategy mistakes.

While thinking about this, he unintentionally fell asleep.
