"Are we there yet?" I ask, feeling a bit nervous as we fly closer and closer to Belos's castle. "We're almost there, look you can see it in the distance," Lilith said as she pointed to a large structure up ahead. "Great, so about that thing that's supposed to help me?" I question as Lilith looked back at me. "Help you... o-oh right the artifact to help with your magic, haha ha... yes it's an object from the age of wild magic." She explained awkwardly as I remembered one of the scenes in the owl house where Luz went after a healing hat.

''Didn't Lilith say it was useless in that episode or is there something else?' I pondered thinking back to how she told Luz it wouldn't heal the curse on Eda. "So Aunt Lilith which artifact are we using?" I gazed at her curious as we landed. "Well, Azureee?" Lilith said weirdly with an awkward look.

"You can just call me Az," I said feeling just as awkward. "Ok Az, well we'll be using an orb left behind by the leader of the healing coven," Lilith said before grabbing her staff and leading me into the castle. 'Wait there's something like that!?' I said surprised not sure why something like that wasn't seen in the show.

'Wow that's huge, this is definitely larger than I remember from the show!' I thought feeling a bit nervous as we inched closer and closer to the doors. "Open the gates!" I heard from somewhere off to the side as I saw the doors smoothly open without any mechanisms. "Huh, that's interesting." I thought out loud watching as the gates closed behind us when we walked inside.

"Um, so where's the orb?" I looked up at Lilith as her demeanor changed, seeming more excited than before. "It's in the meeting chambers of the coven heads, one of the most historical places in Belos'scastle, second only to the throne room!" Lilith said as her tone became more and more excited.

"Uh, cool so can you show me?" I ask off-put by Lilith's sudden excitement. "Ah, yes follow me!" she said excitedly as she grabbed my hand and pulled me towards the meeting room. "Whoa whoa, can- can you slow down?" I said as she sped up even more to the point that she was practically dragging me now. "Oh uh, yes sorry about that," Lilith said with a nervous smile. "Well um, we've arrived Az," Lilith said as she pointed to a giant pair of doors that held the Emperor's crest.

'So the orbs in there huh?' I thought to myself as I looked at the door and felt a bit hesitant to enter. 'Should I really- no I need it to recover my magic, I won't be able to protect them if I don't.' I steeled myself as I quickly opened the doors and- "Wait no Az don't-" "*screech*!!!!!!!!!!!" I heard an ear-piercing noise as I covered my hands. "What was that?!" I looked around frantically as I noticed an orangish-red orb sitting on the table. 'That must be it!' I thought hurriedly as I grabbed it and ran out to see Lilith standing there with a slightly panicked look before she turned to me.

"Az yo- ok Az, I need you to stay here," she said in a shaky tone as I walked toward her confused. "What happened, why did that door have an alarm!?" I asked freaking out about what's happening. "You just… triggered an alarm and sent the castle into lockdown," Lilith said with the same shaky voice.

"But I need to-" I started to say only to be cut off. "Not right now, for the time being, I'm going to have to detain you," Lilith said with a slightly guilty voice as I backed away. "W-what are you…" I said with a bit of surprise and fear. "I'm sorry." She said guilt still lining her voice as she suddenly pulled out her staff and aimed it at me.

"Aunt Lilith, please d-don't do this," I said only to be ignored as a burst of magic shot out of her staff towards me, causing me to dive to the side as I felt myself hit the floor I felt something else too… 'Oh shit.' I thought as I felt the orb in my hand crack open before I felt a flame burst out and engulf my hand.

"Ahhh!" I screamed out in panic only to notice one thing, the flames didn't hurt. "What?" I said confused as I watched the flames spread up my arms and instead of feeling pain, I felt good, better than good actually. 'Is this?' I questioned mentally before turning back to Lilith who seemed to be frozen there, focused on my arm.

"No, the Phoenix tear." She said as I got up and ran, breaking Lilith out of her daze as she chased after me. "Shit, shit, shit!" I repeated as I ran toward the entrance of the castle. "Az come back here!" I heard Lilith yell from behind me as I sped up.

"Nope, nuh uh, nyet, nein!" I said before turning a corner to see the exit in the distance which was closing rapidly. 'Fuck, can I make it?' I thought to myself before looking down at the flames that had now started to spread to my chest.

'Should I use my titan form?… screw it!' I thought as I started to transform, becoming larger and larger as my eyes turned a deep shade of red, my nails became claw-like, my teeth became sharper, and a weird tiny piece of bone appeared on my forehead.

"Ok, now this is faster!" I said as I grew my speed increased a bit, giving me hope to reach the gate. "almost there!" I said as I was a few feet away from the gate before I reached out to grab the closing doors and… 'I managed to squeeze through!.' I thought ecstatically as I kept running.

"Yes, Suck on that Belos! Your castle isn't so intimidating after all!" I yelled out before I realized what I said and covered my mouth. "I really hope he wasn't close enough to hear that," I said before running the rest of the way home feeling a bit paranoid.

Time skip 1 hour later…

"*pant*, why *pant* decide to *pant* run all the way here." I said feeling out of breath as I stopped near the entrance of the house. "I don't know, but what I do know is bugs are delicious." I heard from my left side, turning to see who it was I saw Hootie.

"Oh hey Hootie, can we talk later I need to rest for a bit," I said as I back down at myself and the flames that had almost entirely engulfed it.

"That looks pretty bad, do you need help? Because your pal Hootie is ready and waiting!" I heard Hootie ask as I shook my head.

"*inhale* *exhale*, thanks Hootie but I'm good, I'm just going to go rest and let these healing flames do their thing," I said turning down Hootie as I walk inside and pass out in my bed feeling exhausted yet somehow comfortable like a blanket was wrapped around me as I closed my eyes and let sleep take me.
