Goodbyes

" Sigh. This world looks rather peaceful ". Damien smiled as he relaxed on a long bench and gazed at the horizon.

" Isn't that right Ah Diao." He turned to look at a red haired handsome man who had a smile on his face as he cupped his lover's face.

" You're right Young master. It's very peaceful." He smiled as he stole a kiss from his lovers face causing her to blush.

" That's enough both of you. You two lovebirds are stuck to one another like glue." Damien sighed as enviously watched Ah Diao and Long Feng exchanging kisses.

...

" Master you have a visitor." Ah Diaos voice rang out from outside the cave. " Sigh. Just when I was about to get some sleep." Damien sighed and walked out.

" How have you been?" He came out to see Xia Qingyue with a slight smile on her face.

" With just her smile, I feel like it was worth it to bring this world back." Damien thought as he smiled and walked to her side.

" To what do I owe this pleasant surprise." He laughed. " I came to say goodbye." She walked closer to him and uttered with an apologetic smile. " I've found evidence that my mum is alive. I need to go bring her back." She turned around and uttered.

" Safe journey.. I guess." Damien uttered awkwardly. He himself was going to leave this universe in a bit. He wanted to leave unnoticed since he hated saying goodbyes.

" You aren't going to stop me." She looked at Damien with a questioning look which made him flinch. " Well what can I say. Just follow your heart." He cringed at his words, yet he forced himself to maintain a stoic expression.

" I should do what my heart tells me?" She muttered to herself, before taking a step forward. Their faces were almost touching now , Damien could feel her hot breath on him.

" Well that's not what I meant- mmm" He was ultimately about to say something else until his lips were forcefully sealed with hers. Unable to resist, he pulled her even closer and kissed her with vigor.

A few moments later, they separated with flushed expressions. Damien was trying hard to not look flustered, however, how could he hide. He was just 16 years after all.

" Goodbye" Without much talk, she vanished in a swirl of ice lotuses, leaving a confused as hell Damien.

He stood there for a while, trying to understand what had just happened.

" I guess that's my cue." He walked back inside with a small smile.

Few days later, Ah Diao and Long Feng stood behind a cross legged Damien with sorrowful expressions. Yes, he was leaving. After what Azathoth has revealed to him, he was determined to solve this case.

From what he had gathered so far, there were only two universes he knew of where he could actually meet a Primogenitor, even if it was an avatar. It wasn't going to be easy, as there were beings in that world on the multiversal scale of strength, yet he wasn't scared. In fact, he was excited.

After a few weeks of figuring out universal travel, he finally managed to pull it off and was about leave immediately.

" Come on guys, don't cry. I hate goodbyes the most." Damien sighed as he stood up and stretched his lazy back.

" Young master, are you sure you don't want me to come with you?" Ah Diao declared with an exasperated sigh. He had argued day and night with Damien and yet he didn't want to leave with him. " Come on man, you're basically married now. And I'm going to return when I have the time. Plus I want to see my nephews and nieces when I come back." Damien spoke with a teasing smile which caused Long Feng to blush.

" I'll be fine ." He patted his shoulder and took a few steps forward. " Okay, let's see."

With a stretch of his palm, Damien adjusted his glasses and closed his eyes.

" Boom!" With a loud shockwave, a silver portal appeared right in front of him.

Taking one last look at his friends, he took a step forward and entered the portal, before it vanished.

" Sigh. How could he be so stubborn. I could've gone with him you know." Ah Diao sighed as he walked back with his woman.

" Don't be sad. I'm sure where the young master is going is very dangerous and he doesn't want you to get hurt." She consoled him as she rubbed his back gently.

Moving at light speed through the omniversal void, Damien sighed as he immediately saw a multiverse with a huge wall around it .

" This multiverse probably stands out from all the others." He got closer to it and touched the wall. Damien being Damien was expecting a rebound from the energy of the source wall, however, he was swallowed and he immediately lost consciousness.

Golden light burst across the horizon and if one looked on closely, there was a massive city that stood proudly in all its glory. It was covered in Gold and Silver. If there was any way to describe what heaven looked like, this would've been the closest.

Deep within the city, a golden haired handsome male stood under a huge tree with a solemn look. He had a scar running from his forehead, down his nose to his right cheek.

Suddenly another figure descended from the sky with four large silver wings protruding from its back and it landed behind him.

" Greetings Lord Michael." The figure which was a grey haired male in white robes bowed slightly. " We have detected a disturbance from the source wall." The grey haired male spoke while he awaited the response of the golden haired male.

" At ease Joriel, I sensed it too. A foreign entity has entered into our multiverse. I'm sure father knows about it already." The golden haired male addressed as Lord Michael turned around a spoke with a small smile.

" Uggggh. Where is this?" With a slight headache, our mc awoke from his slumber only to find himself in an unfamiliar room, with women in white attending to him.

" Doctor, patient 955 is awake." One nurse spoke to a man in a white lab coat. " Dammit" Damien lifted himself of the bed as he stretched himself. Noticing something, he hurriedly checked himself, before sighing.

" At least, I still have my power." He smiled as he materialized a pair of dark glasses and put them on. Looking around him, he saw countless nurses staring at him with shock in their eyes.

" How are you standing? You fell out of the sky ?!" A doctor rushed into the room and freaked out after seeing Damien was okay.

" At least I'm not in the wrong multiverse." Damien sighed, before disappearing with a snap of his fingers.
