The Slaughter

Akira realized he was being paranoid and didn't deny that fact.

After the Stray Devil incident that led to Ichika's death in the past, he has long since prepared a plan in case those closest to him die unnaturally.

After Akira pondered for a long time, he deduced two methods to deal with such a situation.

The first method, look for items or people that have the ability to raise the dead. And the second method, look for people with Time Travel abilities.

It sounds simple, but it is difficult to realize both methods. If the owners of the two abilities were made known to the public, they would have long been in the hands of the strong people of this world.

After years of searching Chamber, Akira finds a boy and a girl who fit the criteria.

Unfortunately, the girl who mastered the first method was in a coma, and Akira had no way of waking her up.

With no other choice, he could only use the second method. Now he rushed to where the boy was being held.

Regressors are people who have the ability to return to the past with knowledge they have acquired from the future. This allows them to try to change the course of events or avoid mistakes that have gone before.

"If the Regressor is as powerful as Master says, why was he captured and detained?" Skadi expressed her confusion.

"Each Regressor has a different way to activate his ability. And the boy we are about to meet will have to open his eyes if he wants to use his abilities." Akira explained briefly.

"I see... As long as his eyes are closed, he's helpless. No wonder he was caught so easily despite his powerful abilities." Skadi nodded in understanding.

After climbing the mountain at top speed for a few minutes, Akira arrived at his destination.

Not far from him, an entrance was heavily guarded by two soldiers armed with machine guns.

What a strange sight, in the mountains where there are no settlements, but there are military patrols. This makes one wonder if the government is conducting secret research.

"Wanna sneak or bust through the front door?" Ask Skadi.

"I chose the latter. I happen to need a target to vent my emotions on." Akira smiled evilly.

If that were his usual self, he would prefer sneaking around, seeing as he doesn't like to stand out and prefers a low profile.

"Need my help?"

"Um, I'll just focus on charging forward, I'll leave my back to you, Skadi."

"Understood, Master."

Master and Servant did not discuss elaborate plans.

Akira walked out from behind the tree and approached the entrance.

His action caught the attention of the two soldiers on guard.

"Stop! This is a restricted area, don't come any closer." One of the soldiers reminded him, but Akira ignored him.

Seeing that, the two aimed their machine guns at Akira.

"This is a final warning, get out of here quickly or you will be shot!" The soldier looks serious.

*Tap Tap Tap*

The two soldiers glanced at each other with a nod of their heads, then they pressed the trigger without hesitation.

*Da Da Da Da*

Hot bullets rained down on Akira's thin body. However, to the surprise of the two soldiers, the person in front of them was completely unharmed and continued to approach step by step.

"Not good! He's not an ordinary person but an Esper!"

"Quickly call the surveillance center."

The two soldiers know that the research facility they are guarding is a place to house captured Espers and the researchers are conducting human experiments on them.

"Noisy."

Akira caught two bullets with his bare hands, then threw them with Third Cosmic Velocity.

Before they could react, the heads of the two soldiers exploded, and the brain fluid was scattered.

Ignoring the horrific sight, Akira stood in front of a door made of tungsten metal. Even mid-class devils won't be able to destroy that door.

To open the door, it requires a special card and password.

"Using tungsten as an entrance, the government really cares about this place, huh..."

Clenching his fists, Akira punched forward.

The door pushed forward and crashed into the dozens of waiting soldiers. As a result, those unlucky soldiers were turned into minced meat.

"What is this!"

"Are Espers really this strong?"

"Don't be dazed, quickly shoot the monster."

The commander woke up the soldiers who were still in shock.

Dozens of soldiers fired AS50 rifles simultaneously.

To their greatest detriment, the intruder's figure was completely unharmed.

"Launch the RPG!" shouted the commander.

One of the soldiers put an RPG on his armor, aimed at the target, then pressed the trigger.

The grenade slides and explodes hitting Akira.

"He must be dead."

The joy of the commander and other soldiers didn't last long, after the black smoke cleared, Akira continued to approach them.

"It is a lie! He survived the RPG explosion? He is no ordinary Esper, quickly ask the people of the Five Principal Clans for help!"

Knowing the enemy wasn't something they could handle, the commander gave instructions to his subordinates.

"[Golden Experience]." Ars whispered.

A humanoid figure that only he could see appeared behind him.

"Kill them all." He gave an order.

Stand beat the soldiers to death while shouting strange words.

The smell of fresh blood mixed with gunpowder wafted all the way Akira passed.

No matter how many soldiers try to stop him, only one destiny awaits them, namely death!

Several soldiers tried to attack him from behind, but they were about to be frozen into ice statues by Skadi.

The research facility was built underground. When Akira arrived on the fifth floor, the room where the experimental subjects were held.

Glancing left and right, he found that they were all teenagers, and there were even children.

The commotion Akira made caught their attention. However, upon seeing the pile of dead soldiers, their guts sank, and they shivered in fear in a corner of the room.

Arriving at the tenth floor, no more soldiers appeared, but five people consisting of three men and two women.

"Enough here, intruder. You have slaughtered many innocent people. Meet your doom."

Before the man could finish his heroic speech, his head was crushed after taking a heavy blow from the Stand.

"Everyone be careful, there's an invisible Shikigami." The other youths responded quickly.

"So he's a wizard... No wonder the army is so tragic. Magic can only be countered by magic. It's regretful to have become the enemy of the Five Principal Clans."

A young woman raised her chin and spoke haughtily.

The next moment, the remaining four people attacked using magic with circulating elements.

Lightning, fire, water, and wind.

The magic was strong enough to destroy a tank, but Akira didn't even dodge.
