Sanjouno Haruhime

( Yuuki's POV )

After entering the room and leaning my sword against the wall on one side, I took a closer look at the girl, the Kitsuné girl, Haruhime had long blonde hair and beautiful green eyes, two cute fox ears, and a tail that turned white at the tip, she was wearing a red kimono and had some kind of black necklace around her neck.

Being in front of her I can't help but admire her.

Haruhime: Come with me.

Haruhime took my hand and moved me to the center of the room next to a futon, she put her hands on my shoulders and with a delicate movement she took off my haori.

Haruhime: leave it all to me

I didn't want to get any further than this so I tried to stop her but when she tried to take off my shirt she stood up and started to wobble a bit.

Haruhime: p-please re-lax-

Haruhime's voice shrank and from one second to the next she fainted, I put my hands around her to catch her before she hit the ground.

Seeing her so defenseless I felt a strong desire to make her mine and take her away from here but I held myself back, I carefully laid her down and sat near her to wait for her to wake up.

Haruhime: I am so sorry!

When Haruhime woke up, she immediately went into the dogeza position and sincerely apologized for fainting.

Yuuki: Don't worry about it, I'm not a customer anyway.

Haruhime: huh? If you are not a customer then what were you doing here?

Yuuki: because of you, I wanted to meet you and learn more about you.

Haruhime: you w-wanted to meet someone like me?

Yuuki: that's right, I'm Kurokawa Yuuki by the way.

Haruhime: oh I'm Sanjouno Haruhime, Yuuki-sama you're not from around here right?

I shook my head and she looked out the window wistfully.

Haruhime: I'm sorry to disappoint you but there's nothing worth knowing about me, I spent all my childhood indoors reading books.

Yuuki: do you like to read?

Haruhime: I love it! My favorite stories are about heroes saving princesses and saints.

Getting her to talk wasn't too hard and while she was telling me about her favorite stories she had a huge smile on her face, the more I listened to her it was impossible for me to believe that she will work in this brothel, she was too pure and innocent.

Yuuki: I also know a story, about 108 princesses fighting for a throne and the right to stay with their beloved, the protagonist is called the Water Sekirei.

While I was telling her my story she swung her pretty tail from side to side in excitement and I wanted to get closer and pet her head and those fluffy ears.

Haruhime: that was a beautiful story Yuuki-sama.

Yuuki: Haruhime, can you tell me how you ended up working here?

When Haruhime heard my question she wasn't sad or angry, she seemed to have accepted what happened to her.

Haruhime: I was disowned when I was 11, I made my father angry and many things happened later and in the end, I was sold to the Ishtar family, but not everything is bad I always wanted to come to the city of Orario, many of the stories I love come from here.

While we were talking, daylight began to come in through the window and when she finished speaking I immediately got up to take my sword and Haruhime looked at me in confusion when I came back and took her hand.

Yuuki: Haruhime do you want to be saved?

Haruhime: huh?

Yuuki: after hearing your story, I can't leave you alone, you don't belong here and I want to save you.

Haruhime started to tremble and she was too overwhelmed to answer, how could I not get an answer from her, for now, I decided to give her some time.

Yuuki: I understand that this could be a lot for you, I will return tonight to hear your answer.

I let go of Haruhime's hand and on impulse, she took it back, when she realized what she did I smiled at her and she lowered her head in shame and we both took a step back, Red cracks appeared around me and I teleported away leaving a confused Haruhime in the room.

I teleport to a random roof and I started making plans, roughly three hours have passed since I came to this world and that is more than enough time for the girls to find the world where I am and come looking for me, Since there is no sign that they are here, it means that time is passing slower on that side.

I opened a portal to this world unintentionally so the easiest way to return would be to open another portal, I closed my eyes and concentrated until red lightning crackled in my hand and I punched the empty space with the side of my fist.

The space cracked and it looked like a portal was going to open but the cracks disappeared after a second, maybe I had to be in a specific place for it to work.

For now, the only thing I could do was explore the city while I wait for Haruhime's answer, in a fantasy world like this adventurers are a must so it shouldn't be hard to find something to entertain myself, I approached the edge of the roof and I could see a small group wearing light armor and carrying swords and bows heading to the center of the city where there was a huge tower and I decided to follow.

Around the tower many people were talking casually among themselves while waiting to enter, the tower was a dungeon and since there didn't seem to be a fee I went in alone and closely followed the group that had entered before me, They found some monsters and after dealing with it, they took the crystal it drop.

Easy enough, this must be how adventurers make a living, I took off my haori and put it over my shoulder to use it as a sack to put the crystals in, and with my sword, over my other shoulder, I walked away from the group to start hunting monsters.
