New numbers

( Yuuki's POV )

The next day after we returned from Kouten Sif, my parents, my grandparents, Joyce and her sisters, my Sekireis, and I were in the courtyard of the house waiting for our spaceship, Iwafune

Mitsuki: this is so exciting, traveling to space and all that.

Yuuki: Matsu, are you sure Iwafune is working perfectly?

Matsu: the doubt offends me Yuu-tan, we all work very hard to repair it, you know?

Miu: all but Mitsuha.

Mitsuha: hey! I'm not good at that kind of thing, okay.

The ship should have arrived 20 minutes ago and I was starting to think something was wrong with it, it's not like there was a lot of traffic for a spaceship.

Kuu: onii-chan! Onii-chan look there!

Kuu pointed to the sky and in the distance, I could see the spaceship approaching and Matsu immediately stated that she wasn't wrong.

The ship lowered into our courtyard opening a hatch to let us in and my Sekireis and I made our way to the control room.

Matsu: um there seem to be some problems with the autopilot.

Yuuki: what was that?

In the control room, there were seats for all of us and I took the captain's seat while Matsu checked the condition of the ship, and when everything was in order we took off for Kouten.

A month ago I moved Kouten into space to test its most dangerous functions, but even so, our journey did not take long and when Kouten was in sight the hangar doors opened automatically to let us in.

As Kouten had an artificial atmosphere all of us got out of the ship and in the hangar, I explained to everyone about the structure of Kouten.

Yuuki: Ok listen, everyone, Kouten has three levels and on each level, there are two elevators in the center to move between Them, in the first level there is the warehouse and the laboratory, I have not explored those places completely so it is better if nobody goes there, on the second level is the hangar where we currently are, the residential area, the green area, and the mine, I already explore these places so anyone can go see them if they are curious, and finally the third level is where the control center is, the girls and I will be there for now and the others can go to the residential area.

My sekireis headed to the third level, while my family and Joyce's sisters decided to explore Kouten but Joyce stayed in the hangar with me.

Yuuki: Hey Joyce, can we talk about our relationship, I mean after yesterday's kiss we're not just friends anymore, right?

Joyce: Y-Yes, things like marriage are very early for me, but I already told you that I don't want to stay behind the others.

Joyce puts her fists close to her chest and looks at me determinedly despite her face being red after mentioning marriage.

Yuuki: So would you be my girlfriend Joyce?

Joyce: Yes, I would be happy to.

We headed to the third level and with everyone together there was only one thing left before we started our journey.

Yuuki: Alright girls, it's time to connect you to the new Kouten system.

Uzume: what are you talking about Yuuki?

I lift my right sleeve and show the girls the Sekirei mark on my arm with the number 00.

Yuuki: I created this new system together with Hilda to help us travel to other worlds.

Hilda: it's dangerous when someone too powerful enters a world with a low power level, this could cause permanent damage to the person or the world itself, this new system will seal our powers depending on the world where we are.

Miu: wow, and how do we connect to this new system.

Yuuki: easy, a kiss is the only requirement.

After saying that, Uzume rushed towards me to steal my lips and the others discussed some order to kiss me, in the end, even Tsukiumi, Hilda, Ana, Ema, and Kaie who were already in the new system kissed me again.

Yuuki: Joyce can you stand here for a moment.

Joyce: a-are you going to kiss me too?

Yuuki: yes, I can make you a Sekirei, like the other girls.

Joyce: seriously?

Yuuki: Yes, you don't have to fight if you don't want to but I would feel calmer if in case of an emergency you can defend yourself.

Joyce: in that case, please do it.

Joyce stood on a platform in the center of the control room where there were eight pedestals with the jinkies embedded in them.

Yuuki: All right, put your hands on two of the pedestals.

Joyce: eh which ones?

Yuuki: any is fine, they all work.

Joyce puts her hands on two pillars and I lean over to kiss her, the energy of the jinkies passed through her body, and when our lips parted and Sekirei symbol with the number 16 appeared on her arm.

Joyce: that's it? I don't feel any different.

Yuuki: of course not, if the change were instant that would be very painful for you, wait a couple of weeks and you will be a complete Sekirei.

Joyce: I see, thanks Yuuki.

Yuuki: Are you ready girls, this will be the first of many adventures, a new world is waiting to be explored by us, my explorer's blood is boiling.

Uzume: ahaha Didn't he say that that world wouldn't be very different from this one, maybe he's getting a little too excited.

Chiho: but look how happy he is, I think that's cute.

Ana: haa I can't agree more, I wish I could hug him right now but I don't want to interrupt him, I guess I'll have to settle for recording this moment.

Professional recording equipment appeared next to Ana and she started recording while I concentrated on opening the portal to the next world using Kouten and the jinkies to increase my power.

After locating the next world, giant red cracks appeared in the space in front of Kouten and as if a mirror had shattered, Red shards fly out leaving a portal just big enough for Kouten to pass through.

Matsu: I'm going to create a multiverse map of the worlds we've visited.

Yuuki: smart.

Kouten passed through the portal and the red shards came back together and the rift in space disappeared behind us.
