Kuoh Academy.

( Kalawarner's POV )

The next day we walked to the Kuoh Academy, we were going to be in pairs in different classes, Haruhime with me, Ranko with Lilith, and Mittelt with Asia, Felli would be alone as a first-year student, Ema stayed behind saying again that she was going to look after us.

While we were walking we couldn't stop hearing Mittelt's annoyed murmurs.

Asia: Mittelt is something wrong?

Ranko: Ignore her, she is upset because her small breasts are not attractive.

Mittelt: shut up, that's not true, plus Yuuki doesn't care about breast size.

Feli confidently emphasized affirming Mittelt's proclamation.

Ranko: I mean, he says that but if he had to choose between big or small I think he knows what he would choose.

Lilith: If they want to talk about things Yuuki likes, some of us have an unfair advantage over the others, Isn't that right Haruhime?

We all looked at Haruhime and she immediately looked away while blushing hard, the ears and tail that were hidden with invisibility magic were something Yuuki loved to pet and Haruhime loved every second of it.

Mittelt: well Yuuki told me that my wings are comfortable and he wants to wrap himself in them.

Ranko: he probably was being polite.

Mittelt: shut up you.

After our pleasant conversation, we crossed the gate of Kuoh Academy, our group was somewhat peculiar so we attracted a lot of attention as we walked.

Suddenly all the girls looked at the entrance shouting, The Gremory heiress had arrived and all the girls looked at her with admiration but some of that turned to contempt when they looked at the boy walking next to her, The boy we met yesterday, it seems he was not very popular.

When the girl Rias passed in front of me our eyes met, her face did not reveal care or concern and she continued walking as if nothing had happened, As I thought, we didn't have to worry about being discovered.

When classes started I introduced myself as Kurokawa Kali, that was the nickname the girls liked to call me so that was fine, many of the students tried to talk to me and Haruhime, I used that to gather some information and I also had to scare the boys away from Haruhime, she got a little nervous when many boys were around her.

I didn't ask too many questions so as not to seem strange, but between classes, I followed the Gremory girl and found some good information when she met up with a girl with short black hair and glasses, I guess she was a devil too, I was invisible and had my powers suppressed so they didn't realize I was listening to them.

???: Hello Rias, may I know why you called me?

Rias: hi Sona, I think you already know that, what do you think of the transfer students?

Sona, that is the name of the heiress of the Sitri family, the two great signals that Feli felt were these two heirs, that complicates things a little but it is no reason to stop us.

Mittelt: I ended up in the same class as that pervert, if I didn't have to protect Asia from the boys I wouldn't go back tomorrow, can you believe that a pretty boy tried to flirt with her.

Asia: That's not true, Kiba-san just wanted to invite me to his club, but I rejected him.

Kalawarner: Has anyone else received a similar invitation?

Lilith: a girl invited me to join the student council.

Kalawarner: The two strong energy signals that Feli detected were the heirs of the Gremory and Sitri families, those invitations were attempts to recruit you into their peerage.

Mittelt: tough luck, no one is going to take Asia away from us.

Kalawarner: I think you guys should say you're interested.

Mittelt: why?

Kalawarner: to see what they say and if the reincarnated person makes a move, if they offer you to become demons just reject them.

When there was nothing to report we went out at night again, The two heiresses stayed at school at night with their peerage, so a couple of us stayed on guard to watch them while the rest of us continued with our hunt for stray devils, As I said before, it won't hurt us to collect more evil pieces.

Our second night was not as productive as the previous one because we couldn't find any devils but before we called the night over Feli contacted us.

Felli: The devils finally left school but something doesn't feel right, you guys should come here.

We moved to the school as Felli told us. Once there we saw the young devils returning home and when we asked Felli what was wrong she pointed out two of them walking together, They were little Koneko and the pretty boy who tried to recruit Asia, Kiba.

Koneko as always had a blank expression but the boy Kiba had a similar expression, and when they were far away from the school they took out their devil wings and flew to the mountains, we of course followed them and suddenly they crossed an invisible barrier.

Before following them, Felli sent out her energy petals, on the other side there were many signs of energy but no special sign of our objective.

If we wanted to find the reincarnated one, this was our best clue, so we crossed the barrier carefully.
