Busujima Saeko

( Yuuki's POV )

After separating from Reina I paid a visit to the track team, The day before I paid a visit to my least favorite teacher, after what happened with the bullies I overheard a conversation in the teacher's room between Shido and Tsunoda, the bully leader complaining about me and Shido said that he would take care of me later and also he told him that he would give him something so that he would forget what happened the day before and obviously, that would not be a good thing.

Most of the students had already gone home and at the entrance of the warehouse where they keep all the sports equipment, two of the bullies from the day before were standing guard.

When they saw me they tried to enter the warehouse, probably to alert their leader Tsunoda but I immediately moved in front of them and banged their heads against the wall and they passed out.

When I opened the door of the warehouse Tsunoda had his back to me and he spoke to me with anger in his voice thinking that I was one of his lackeys.

Tsunoda: Hey, don't make so much noise, I'm trying to enjoy this.

Yuuki: I'm sorry, it won't happen again.

When I entered the warehouse Tsunoda was on top of a bound and gagged girl who was trying to struggle free but she wasn't strong enough and I intervened.

I hit Tsunoda in the face without holding back and he was sent flying, my fist was covered with his blood, and half of his teeth were on the ground, these bullies are idiots and Shido was taking advantage of this to control them but still I don't approve of anything they are doing.

While he was on the floor face down I put my foot on the back of his knee and I held his foot with both hands.

Yuuki: listen to me you idiot, if you try to do something like this again I'll make you regretted.

Tsunoda: ARHHHH!

With one movement I broke his foot that was now pointing to the right, while he was screaming in pain I approached the girl and untied her, she had seen everything I did and was understandably scared of me but that didn't bother me, I just left the warehouse to pick up Tsunoda's lackeys and put them inside the warehouse beside him.

Yuuki: you should go home and forget what you saw, that's what's best for you.

I left the warehouse again and when I headed to the entrance of the school to meet my sekireis and my friends I saw two girls who belonged to the track team run towards the warehouse.

we all went to Cafe Endou together before returning and there I asked Reina if she would like to practice Kendo together in our dojo and she told me that she would think about it, but I knew that she was basically saying yes, after an hour we decided to go home but before I left I asked Saya-shi if she would like to come with me to buy the ingredients that I needed to prepare the desserts that were going to be sold in the store and she accepted with a smile.

when we arrived at our house a smile appeared on my face when I saw the person who was standing in front of our dojo, Busujima Saeko, she had taken my advice and decided to visit our dojo for a real challenge and when Reina saw her she pushed me out of the way.

Reina: Saeko-senpai, what are you doing here?

Saeko: I wanted to talk to Kurokawa in private, this is his house right?

Yuuki: That's right, if you want to talk in private we can use our dojo.

Saeko and I entered the dojo and Reina stared at us for a few moments before running into her house, my Sekireis knew what was about to happen and they gave us space leaving the two of us alone in the dojo sitting on our knees.

Yuuki: So what do you want to talk about Saeko?

Saeko: Well, I saw you practice with Marikawa, and I wanted to have a sparring match.

Saeko gestured to her Bokken resting by her side and I smiled at her in understanding.

Yuuki: oh I would be happy to, Reina doesn't stop talking about how good you are.

I got up and walked to the weapons rack and took two katanas and I threw one at Saeko, she looked at me as if I was joking but I only answered her with the drawing of my katana.

I dashed towards Saeko and swung my katana, she had good reflexes and was able to defend herself in time, With our katanas locked I sent a kick to Saeko's stomach and she jumped back to dodge.

Saeko: What is wrong with you? Why are you doing this?

Yuuki: you came here exactly for this, a challenge, haven't you noticed? you haven't stopped smiling.

Just like when she was about to face those ruffians last night, Saeko was grinning wickedly, I continued attacking her, and this time she was fighting back, as her smile got wider she attacked more aggressively, taking advantage of every opening and always aiming for my vital points.

As our fight intensified and I started to smile too, I was physically stronger than Saeko and when she realized that she couldn't continue for much longer, With a swift movement she sent my katana flying from my hand and she thrust her katana straight at my throat but I stopped his katana by grabbing it with my hand, we stood still looking into each other's eyes until my blood hit the ground and Saeko returned to her serious personality, she was scared of what she had just done and tried to run away but I grabbed her hand and stopped her.

Saeko: I'm sorry, I don't know what came over me.

Yuuki: don't apologize, you don't have to hide that part of yourself.

Saeko flinches a bit at what I say and she starts to tremble as my blood continues to drip onto the floor.

Saeko: no, I'm a horrible person.

Yuuki: that's not true, listen to me, there is nothing wrong with you, you are just like me you have the heart of a warrior and you have the need to sharpen your skills, that is completely normal.

I stroked the back of her hand with my thumb as I spoke to her and when she stopped shaking I let go of her hand.

Yuuki: come here again tomorrow, as I told you, you don't have to hide that part of yourself from me.

Saeko left without saying anything but I think she'll be back tomorrow.

'I think that went as well as it could have gone'
