Veronica's tragic life

Veronica(1st person)POV:-

My name is Veronica, and my mother was the daughter of Leader of fox tribe before she was expelled by the Leader, because she married a human, interracial marriages were not an issues in our tribe, but my father was weaker than my mother, and in our tribe only thing that matters was strength.

Due to this my mother was ridiculed in the tribe, because she fell for a human, who was weaker than her, but my Mother loved my father very dearly, and she was not ready to leave him, that is why, her entry got banned in Beast kingdom, the reason was that the Fox tribe was top lineage in Beast kingdom, and no one wanted to upset the Elder.

My Father was a farmer, so he moved to his village with my mother, everything was going well, after one year of their marriage I born.

My mother and father was very happy, they loved me, dote on me, and fulfilled my all wishes. But when I was 5 yrs old a storm came and took away all the crops, my father fell on debt, creditors started asking for money, but my father didn't have much money.

After seeing my mother beauty those perverted old man's asked her to sleep with them to pay the debt, hearing this my father got angry and refused them, after that they started threatening him and to protect his wife and family from slavery, my father sold his land and house to pay the debt.

After which we moved to country and to support the family my mother became adventurer, since she was strong and was trained from childhood to became the leader of tribe.

And after few months my father opened the clothing shop, and things started getting better for us, and father wanted mother to stop going to dangerous mission, but before he asked mother about this, She was attacked by A rank monster, a giant centipede

While She was in the dungeon.

This monster was from the lower floors but due to sudden disruptance in the lower dungeon, it came to upper floors but my mother was only B rank at that time. She didn't survived the attack.

Due to her death my father fell into trauma and using this moment of his weakness, other merchants took over his shop, but my father was not able do anything, because they were influential peoples.

Due to this, he further got depressed and blamed himself for his wife's death because of his weakness, if not for him she might became the leader. And I was not able to do anything for my father.

Day by day his depression got worsen and one day he took his life, since I was still 6yrs old, I was sent to the orphanage but I started hating peoples, and kept my distance from other children.

When I turned 15, I left the orphanage and went to my previous house but when I reached there, my house was already seized by the same merchant, who took our shop, so I lost my temper, and took out years of frustration on his shop.

But I got grasped by his shop Guards and was sold to Slave market organization.

I was ready to took my life, if I got sold to any pervert, even if he could not take advantage of me, but how could someone work under a perverted gaze.

Next day, someone visited my cell,' may be some buyers ' I thought to myself.

He was just a kid barely 5 yrs old but still I didn't show any tenderness and weakness.

I tried to look fierce and rude, so that he won't think about buying me.

But contrary to my thoughts he actually bought me, then he asked my name, ' as if I'm going to tell him' I thought and replied with snort "Hmph, why do I have to tell you".

I thought he would get angry but he replied.

" Hehe, don't worry I will take care of you for some time, and if you still want to go after that, I will set you free".

'did I hear right??' I thought with confusion, but he looked sincere while saying this.

"Hmph, we will see,.... Veronica" afterall I didn't have any home to go anywhere, let's see what would even happen, he was just a kid. But even after hearing my reply he didn't show any reaction, I felt embarrassed 'maybe he didn't understand '.

" My name is Veronica, hmph", I said this time clearly, 'Let's hope that he didn't turn out to be a perverted kid or man later'.

(A/N:- In this world, dungeon regenerates monsters continuously such as skeletons, orcs,and goblins many more, and demons lives in demon territory, their appearance is like human but some are bigger some are smaller and everyone got 2 horns ..... in their head, ' not at some other place you pervert,)
