Ch. 10 Scathach skadi

There, standing in front of our mc kingu, is scathach skadi the ruler of ice and snow of death and the lostbelt servant.

"quite the young are you."scathach said

"Are you my master?" scathach ask

"yes, the name is kingu" kingu answer

"Which timeline are we? Judging from the mana in the atmostphere, we are still likely in the age of gods, but i don't know which time?" scathach deduce

"We are not in your original world and the age of gods in this world is over though some of them still exist in this world. The reason that the atmosphere is still full of mana is that alaya and gaia doesn't exist here. Hell even the throne of heroes doesn't exist" kingu replied

"But that impossible, If that the case, summoning me must be impossible without great power, which is something i cannot sense from you." Scathach said

"Let's just say that a being with unimaginable power help me summon you." kingu said

' Though his ego is also as large as his power.' kingu thought at the same time.

"Even though you have summoned me, i am a queen and i have my dignity so i do not serve those weaker than me."

"Now show me whether you are worthy of my respect." scathach said as ice and snow starts to materialise on the surronding.

"Before we begin, let me show something first."kingu said as he materialise gae bolg.

"Do you know this weapon." kingu ask as he show gae bolg to scathach

"I don't know that weapon but it does feel familiar." scathach answered

"Then let me tell you it's origin. This weapon was given to the hound of ulster after he finished training with a woman who agreed to guard the realm of shadows in order to hone her skills in the art of spear, as time passes, her skills continued to grow, and she killed creatures of the land of shadows that can rival a god. Her name is scathach, the god slayer."kingu said as he launch himself towards scathach.

"Impossible!" scathach said as she projected a shield made out of ice.

In response, kingu sweep the shield horizontally using gae bolg.

Kingu then thrust gae bolg towards the body of scathach while apply gravity magic on the body of scathach but scathach dodge the spear while conjuring a volley of ice spears.

Kingu retreated and started to deflect the ice spears but some managed to hit his body but did not damage his body since he has using his physical enhancement magic.

'At this rate, we won't be finish until one of us exhaust our mana' Kingu thought while dodging another volley of ice spears.

Kingu then decided to unleash the true power of gae bolg by uttering it's real name.

"Gae bolg!" kingu shouted as he thow the spear towards the body of scathach.

Scathach tried to avoid the spear but realise that she cannot dodge so she conjure a large amount of ice and a large amount of divine iron shields. Unknown to her, a large of spears made out of shadows also appeared and tried to stop gae bolg from reaching her.

Scathach stopped gae bolg but did not come unharm.

"You had succeded in making me serious kid" scathach said while seriousness is evident in her face.

Scathach started chant some words as she tried to open her noble phantasm

"...Gate of skye op--" scathach said when suddenly chain started to bound her

Scathach started to weaken as the divinity inside her starts to become suppress by the chain. Scathach started to struggle to get the chain off her body but was unsuccesful.

"Don't bother struggling. This chain is very suitable in supressing people like you who possesses divinity. Even the bull of heaven sent by ishtar to uruk was suppress."

"Now surrender, so that we can talk peacefully." kingu said.

"Ok fine, I surrender." scathach said

Kingu started unbounding enkidu from scathach. After scathach was realesed, kingu took a chair and a table from the gate of babylon and started to serve tea that he had also taken from gate of babylon.

"Good tea." scathach commented as she sip from teacup.

"Of course. All of the things that came from the gate of babylon are all high quality." kingu said while patting his chest.

"Now unto the more important things. What did you mean when you said that we are in an another world and that alaya and gaia doesn't exist here? Also who are you?" Scathach ask riku

"My name is kingu yanushi. I came from a world similar but also different yours. In my world you are a chacter in a game base on real myths of our world."

"I was reincarnated in this world named earthland and as far as i know about this world, alaya and gaia does not exist." Kingu answered

" What do you mean by our world is similar but also different?" scathach once again ask kingu.

"In my original world, magic doesn't exist and you are a fictional character." Kingu replied while sipping his tea.

"You said that a being help you summon me? who is it that helped you?"Scathach ask

" It was the mighty god of chaos, Ares-sama" replied kingu .

'though he only help me so that i can be one of his entertainment' kingu thought at the same time.

After they finish drinking their tea, scathach once again ask Kingu.

" So, what are you planning from here on out?" scathach asked

"Travel the world and establish a guild while also find out what is really my dream" kingu replied.

"What's a guild?" scathach asked

"It's an establishment made out of group of mages where request and quest can be posted"

"They are under the jurisdiction of the magic council who maintain the order of ishgar." kingu replied

Kingu then started walking towards the forest so that he can finally go out of it.

"Where are we going?" asked scathach

"Out of this damn forest" kingu replied

"Then why aren't you using your magic to fly out here?" scathach asked

Upon hearing what scathach just said, kingu facepalmed as he realise his stupidity.

Kingu summoned Vimana and used his gravity to fly to the top of Vimana. Kingu then gestured for scathach to come aboard the noble phantasm.

After Scathach came aboard, kingu then selected a direction and commanded the noble phantasm to go towards north.

A few minutes later, kingu found a town and stop vimana not far from the town and got off the noble phantasm. Kingu put vimana inside the gate of babylon and then they started flying towards the town in moderate speed.
