Wishes

in the void a soul is left alone to wander around with nothing to do, he did not know how long he has been here. But he remembered his life before he got here, he was an otaku who lived alone and watched anime and read manga when he was not doing experiments or working in the lab.

He was home on his laptop watching the new episode of one piece on his day off. When his computer was hit by lightning the last thing he thought was before he died was that he was going to miss Luffy defeating kaido.

After that everything went dark and the next he knew he was a soul just wandering around the void doing aerial tricks like big red in high school DxD to kill his bored them. while he was wandering and doing tricks he saw a white flash. Then he saw an old man with long white hair tied in a ponytail and a long white beard. he wore black rimmed glasses and a Japanese kimono and looked really shocked to see him.

He flew over to the old man because finally there was something new to happen here and when he finally reached the old man. The old man looked at him while touching his beard for a few minutes before he says

"Well, little soul it looks I owe you an apology because it was my fault that you died when I got drunk on some Divine sake and accidentally sent down some lightning that killed you. then I passed out and forgot about you and because it was not your time to die you ended up in the void or limbo what some people call it but I am amazed that you were able to survive here for 1000 years ."

"What it been 1000 years, so that's how long I have been in here, so what made you finally remember me "

"You started to mutate and grow stronger while you were here because the void is the place where souls usually die. But somehow you survived and for 1000 years no less it has made you radiate energy that I could feel from my realm. so I came to investigate and found you.

Then I finally remembered you. by the way why are you so calm shouldn't you be angrier with me ."

"well I would be but I have read a lot of web novels and I know this when you give the choice to reincarnate to another world. so why would I be mad when I can go to another world and have a more exciting life than I was living before in my previous world "

"Oh well I was going to that but since you been so interesting and understanding I'm going to give you 5 wishes. But these 5 wishes will come with a price which is the excess amount of power your soul has been producing which will weaken your soul.

"What 7 wishes! alright, but why do I have to use the power of my soul for the 7 wishes can't you just grant my wishes after all you did kill me."

"Because I need to weaken your soul for reincarnation or you won't be able to go to the world you wish for because your soul is too strong."

"Fine, Then I want to be reborn in high school dxd and I have already know what wishes that I want."

"well I can give you that but it will come with restrictions, you can only have 8 worlds so pick which world you want knowledge from or this wish will cost you two wishes."

"well all these worlds are fine but I think I should tell you that some of these world knowledge and techniques are useless because the DxD world has different world laws even if the god of that world has died."

" That's fine because I only wanted to use the knowledge as a reference point to create my own techniques and magic. "

Third I want my Demonic power to be like quantum magic

" oh why this, after all, this magic is hard to use to it's full potential, and at most it's almost impossible for me to give you the full power of this magic because it could cause irreparable harm to the universe i send you to. so i can only give you a powered-down version of the quantum magic but it should meet your needs, after all, I'm sure you don't need to warp reality, or do you .

no, I have no interest in that but using it I should be able to combine the science of other worlds and magic without any problems. I also thought that this magic would be cool because I was a scientist before I died so being able to make new element sound appealing to me as well.
