Chapter 2

130,000,000,000 Years Later

In the vast, empty void, silence reigned. Through the black expanse, a faint, flickering light struggled to regain its glow. It was the essence of a soul, drifting aimlessly, like a tiny star on the verge of being extinguished. Time was irrelevant in this void, but eventually, a figure cloaked in shadows reached out, gently pulling the soul into his domain.

Meanwhile, across another corner of the cosmos, a powerful god emerged from the ethereal plane, his mere presence sending shockwaves through the very fabric of reality.

"Where is the soul destined to be my successor?!" the god roared, his voice booming as it reverberated through the endless darkness. His eyes frantically scanned the emptiness, but there was no trace of the soul he sought. All that remained was the desolate abyss, indifferent to his fury.

In a White, Endless Space

Akira slowly opened his eyes, squinting at the overwhelming brightness that engulfed him. The space around him was surreal—an infinite expanse of white with no discernible boundaries. The ground and sky merged into one seamless canvas of light.

"Where... am I?" he muttered, his voice echoing into the endless void, only intensifying his sense of isolation. As he turned, he noticed a figure standing a few steps away—a young boy no older than ten, his face eerily familiar.

"Ben?" Akira's voice trembled with disbelief. The boy looked just like his childhood friend.

A smile spread across the boy's face. "So, you do remember me, Akira!" Ben exclaimed, bouncing on his feet like a child seeing an old friend after years apart.

Akira blinked in confusion, still trying to piece things together. "What the hell is going on? Where are we?"

This?" Ben gestured around them. "This is my realm—The Void."

"The Void?" Akira frowned, skepticism creeping into his voice. "Wait... don't tell me. When you died, you got transported to another world and somehow became a god, didn't you?" His words dripped with disbelief, like the setup to an absurd anime plot.

Ben scratched his head, laughing sheepishly. "Ehh? How did you figure it out so quickly?"

Akira's eyes widened. "Wait... *that* actually happened?"

"Yeah!" Ben's face lit up with pride. "When I died, this guy who called himself 'ROB'—Random Omnipotent Being—showed up. He offered me a deal: I could become his successor. I took it, obviously! After centuries of training, I became a supreme god."

Akira ran a hand over his face. "This is nuts." He thought back to all the isekai stories and fanfictions he had devoured. "You're seriously lucky, man."

Ben shook his head, a bittersweet smile on his lips. "Not really. You were supposed to inherit this power, not me. But when I died, my unique ability—Duplication—made me a prime candidate for the role. I kind of… got in the way."

Akira's mind whirled, trying to process the magnitude of what Ben was saying. "This is way too much."

Ben's expression shifted, and his eyes gleamed with a mischievous twinkle. "But hey! To make up for it, how about I send you to another world? You know, like those stories you loved so much."

Akira blinked, still reeling from the whirlwind of revelations. "Wait... what? You're serious?"

"Yep!" Ben grinned like a kid offering a treat. "I'll give you a chance to live out one of those adventures you used to fantasize about. You'll be the protagonist this time."

Akira paused, the idea both ridiculous and tantalizing. The opportunity to live in a world of magic and adventure, where the impossible was within reach—it was tempting. "And my memories?"

"You can keep them," Ben assured him with a casual wave. "I wouldn't want you to forget about your only friend."

Akira raised an eyebrow. "You're not secretly a yandere or something, right?"

Ben laughed heartily. "Nah, I'm just giving you a good deal because we're friends. Relax!"

Akira sighed, still unsure if he should be excited or concerned. "Alright... if we're doing this, I have some conditions. Can I make wishes?"

Ben's grin widened. "Of course! I'll give you three wishes."

Akira thought carefully, rubbing his chin. "First wish: an unbreakable weapon that can change form depending on what I need. Oh, and it should always return to me when called."

Ben nodded, noting it down mentally. "Done. What's next?"

"Second wish: I want a system with dimension travel, a shop, appraisal, a group chat feature, and a map. And throw in Google so I can still browse anime and fanfiction." Akira couldn't help but chuckle at the thought.

Ben raised an eyebrow, amused. "You got it. The shop will refresh Randomly, And you'll also be able to contact me through the system."

Akira nodded, impressed. "Third wish: eternal youth. I don't want to age."

Ben's grin faltered for a moment. "You'll still be vulnerable to injuries, though."

Akira shrugged. "Then make me immortal, too. Any injuries should heal instantly."

Ben let out a low whistle. "Going all out, huh? Alright. Done."

Akira felt a chill run down his spine, realizing the sheer power Ben was offering. "Thanks… I think."

Ben clapped his hands together. "Now for the bonus round!"

"Bonus?" Akira asked, narrowing his eyes.

"I'll let you customize your appearance and give you some starting points."

Akira grinned. "Alright then. I want silver hair and eyes like Gojo."

Ben burst out laughing. "Consider it done! And where would you like to start your adventure?"

Akira didn't hesitate. "Send me to the Demon Slayer world, same age as Shinobu."

Ben waved his hand, sealing the deal. "Then it's settled! Your new life starts now. I'll be keeping an eye on you, so don't mess up too badly. Goodbye… for now."

With a final smile, Ben waved his hand, and Akira's vision blurred as he felt himself being pulled into a new world—a world brimming with danger, magic, and the unknown.
