I feel just fine from doing all that, my body is not sore or tired and the slightest, let me try to run around the rengoku mansion until I'm tired.

Dinner was very quiet, the only thing that wasn't was senjuro asking for more food he was still a 3 year old, so he was mostly worry about not getting fed in this silence.

After dinner, I decided to do something very important, that I have been postponing for a bit of time now, that is see if I have chakra.
