Reincarnated In A World of Silly Women

Do deities play practical jokes on mortals? My new life in a new world is gratifying, so far, but I can't help but wonder why. There are no men and these women are ridiculous. One all-female race after another, in this part of the world, at least. Amazons, Elves, and Fairies; each with strange quirks and bizarre personalities. I keep collecting more of them as I try to carve out a place for myself in this world. Author's Notes: I intend this to be a lighthearted comedy, as well as a fun and intriguing power fantasy. I won't write anything disturbing, and I will make it as funny as I can. 11/21/24 I only just noticed that the webnovel reader changes my formatting. I was using an extra space between paragraphs to denote a scene change. Please leave a comment if you find any confusing parts. 11/30/24 I'm going on a trip I've been planning for a while in a couple days. I will try to keep writing and publishing while I'm away, but I expect a slower pace.

The Elf Queen Arrives

Meanwhile, Emily and Enna were chatting with a couple of their acquaintances. These acquaintances are members of one of the tribe's larger factions.

Amazon factions are really more like social cliques, but they have influence. Members of these factions usually share beliefs and act together.

They were gathering opinions about chief Leah and about marriage.

"Oh hey, Enna and I were wondering if male fairies exist. What do you think?" said Emily

"Whoa, I never thought of that. If male fairies do exist, I'd love to see one, someday." said one of the amazons, excitedly.

"Right? Can you even imagine how cute he would be?" said Emily

From beyond the walls, a bright light shot up into the air and then dissipated. It captured the attention of every amazon in sight, and the guards were on high alert. Emily and Enna looked at each other, acknowledging their mistake, feeling kind of stupid.

'Shit, only fairies can do magic like that.' thought Leah. 'It must be Titus' fairy wives. What the hell are they doing?'

Shortly after that, a guard approached Leah.

"Do you have something to report?" asked Leah

"Yes, some elves have arrived at the gate, I think it's their queen." replied the guard.

"Elves? What the hell are they doing here?"

"I don't know."

Leah hurried to the gate. There, she found the Elf Queen Sera and her two guards. Some curious amazons had gathered in the area.

"Oh, hello Leah. It is always such a pleasure to see you. Do you happen to know what that bright light was?" said Sera

"It must have been fairies. Probably part of some prank. Anyway, what are you doing here?" said Leah

"Of course, I'll get straight to the point. I am in a bit of a hurry myself. We are looking for a human male named Titus. Is he here?"

"No, of course not. You know perfectly well we do not allow men in our village." said Leah, still maintaining a straight face. Several amazons were close enough to hear this conversation.

"How strange. You see, he left our village with two amazon companions and it was clear that he was headed in this direction. I can only conclude that he must have come here. My goodness, Leah, why do you look so angry?"

"Let's talk inside. Come with me." said Leah, with obvious frustration on her face.

As Leah and Sera departed, murmurs erupted from the amazon bystanders, and the rumor that two amazons were recently seen with a man spread quickly. Adding on the possibility that those two amazons brought a man here, to their village, made the rumor begin to escalate into a fervor.

Inside her home, the chief's house, Leah brought Sera and her guards up the stairs to her room.

"Oh my, Leah, your bedchambers? Just what kind of talk did you have in mind? Could it be that you wish to lay with me?" said Sera, coquettishly.

Leah let out a long sigh as she opened the door, and then she gestured for the elves to enter.
