Reincarnated in a supernatural universe * Dropped*

Waking up in the supernatural world, our MC finds himself in the body of the oldest son of the Winchester family, William. So he taught to take advantage of his knowledge of the plot in order to survive, But as he later found out that will not be so simple. . Read how at first he uses his knowledge of future events to his advantage, and later he goes from a simple human to one of the strongest beings in his new world. He also has some powers from the beginning, as most reincarnated people do. . Guys, this is my first time trying to write a story, so please don't murder me in the comments. I want to see if I am able to write fanfics and not just read them. English is not my first language, and my writing in said language isn't as good as I would want it to be, so I'm going to use some sort of AI spelling corrector, but some mistakes might get through. I will try to post at least 1 ch a day . Maybe I won't be able to post daily all the time because of work, but I promise to finish this fic, because in my opinion, an unfinished story is worse than a poorly made one.

Ch 8 Getting an upgrade

On the way to what could be one of the worst decisions of his life, Will kept contemplating how exactly to go about it.

The conclusion ... was that he had to talk his way into getting what he wanted; there was no other option available.

After he arrived at his destination, he was surprised that he didn't feel any fear, only excitement. He hoped it was a good sign. When he arrived at the door, he did what any normal person would do in his situation: he knocked.

After a while, he could hear footsteps coming, and Will put his poker face on, his heart steadily beating in his chest. The door opened, and in front of him stood the boogeyman for most demons out there.

"Hello, Mr. Cain. I want to talk to you about something very important for both of us. May I come in?"

Cain, with the serious face Will remembered from the series, replied, "Who are you, and how do you know about me?"

Will: "My name is William Winchester, and as I said, I want to talk to you. May I come in?"

Cain: "You know who I am, and yet I don't feel any fear coming from you. I can respect that. Yes, you can come in for a chat if that is what you want."

Will: "Thank you; I don't think you will be disappointed."

Will walked in with Cain towards the living room. The house looked exactly like it did in the show, like a normal countryside house. If he didn't know who lived in it, he would never have guessed that this was the house of The first killer.

After they took a seat, Cain asked him, "How about a tea with honey? I like to keep bees, so I can vouch for its quality."

Will: "You are a very strange man, Mr. Cain. No offense, but bees? May I ask why exactly?"

Cain: "Because of who I am. As I cannot work the land without poisoning it, bees are the next best thing as they pollinate the fields around. It is a sort of penance. And most importantly, it was my late wife's idea."

Will: "I'm very sorry for your loss. She had to be a hell of a woman to get you to retire."

Cain: "Yes, she was... but now tell me, why are you here?"

Will: "I don't want to lie to you, Cain, because you can probably tell if I do."

Cain: "You are right; I can."

Will: "So I'm just going to be direct then. I want The Mark."

Cain put his left palm over his right hand, beneath the elbow, and said, "You don't know what you are asking for."

Will: "Oh, believe me, I do."

Cain: "If you do, then why exactly would I ever give it to you?"

Will: "Because I need it to kill a prince of hell, and most importantly, I know where Abaddon is going to be in the future, so I can kill her too, for both of us."

Cain: "What do you know about Abaddon?"

Will: "That is a long story. To keep it short, tell me, do you know the Men of Letters?"

Cain: "I heard about what happened to them."

Will: "So then you know that Abaddon wiped them out. What you probably don't know is that in the end, one managed to open a door in time, taking Abaddon with him."

Cain: "So that is why she suddenly disappeared."

Will: "Yes, but I know exactly when they will come out because that man is my grandfather, Henry Winchester. I need the mark and blade to keep him and my two little brothers, who are going to be there, from dying."

Cain: "I'm impressed you would try and use my soft spot for Abel."

Will: "What can I say? I'm prepared to do anything to keep my family safe."

Cain: "Say I give you the mark. You do know you would be changed into a monster after that. You will very likely kill them all in the end, I mean your family too."

Will: "I'm prepared to take that risk."

Cain: "Very well, but I need a promise from you."

Will: "What exactly?"

Cain: "I need you to come back in the future , after you find the balde, as they both work as one, and use it on me, because it is the only way you can kill the one bearing the mark."

Will: "I can promise that if it is what you want."

Cain: "Then you have a deal."

Will: "How are we going to do this?"

Cain: "Simple, a handshake." He extended his right hand towards Will.

Will: "That works for me."

As they both shook hands, Will felt power like never before coming from his right hand, so he closed his eyes, savoring the feeling.

Cain: "Intoxicating, isn't it?"

Will: "If I'm honest, I expected more from all that I know about it."

Cain: "Interesting. You don't seem that much affected by it."

Will: "Do me a favor, lift up the shirt on your right hand."

As Cain lifted up the shirt, he could see the mark was still there.

Will: "So you kept it in the end too. Insurance in case I go mad?"

Cain: "Yes, so I can kill you if you can't bear it, as only someone with a mark can kill the other."

Will: "Good, then promise me you will do it if I really end up a mindless killer."

Cain: "That is the plan."

Will: "I guess I will be on my way to get the blade too. It has been a pleasure."

Cain: "Likewise, young man."

Will then left, never looking back, heading towards the mansion of Magnus to get the blade. He needed to be a bit careful because even if he was basically unkillable now, that didn't mean he could not be trapped in some way. And the mad former master magician for the Men of Letters, Magnus, was probably capable of it.

As Will arrived at the location of the mansion, he headed towards the door. He set up a few spells along the way in case the master magician tried anything funny, like adding him to his collection as he had tried with Dean in the show. As he approached to knock, the door opened on its own, and Magnus stood there.

Magnus: "I don't think we've met. To what do I owe the pleasure of your visit?"

Will: "Greetings, Mr. Magnus. I want something that you have, so I decided to pay you a visit."

Magnus: "Interesting. Come in then, and let's talk."

As Will walked with the crazy magician, he looked around at all the items displayed; one could tell the man liked to collect as soon as he stepped in.

Will could see and feel all the wards and spells everywhere on the mansion walls. He acted like he couldn't, as only a veteran master magician should be able to see them, and he wanted Magnus to underestimate him as much as possible.

After they arrived in the very big living room, they both took a seat facing each other.

Magnus: "Now tell me, Mr. ... "

Will: "William... Winchester."

Magnus: "Any relation to a Henry Winchester?"

Will: "From what I know, he should be my grandfather."

Magnus: "What rank are you then?"

Will: "Rank? Rank for what?" Will acted confused.

Magnus: "Men of Letters, of course."

Will: "I'm sorry, men of what? Never heard of them before."

Magnus: "Henry never told you anything?"

Will: "My grandfather disappeared when my father was a child, so no. What exactly are they?"

Magnus: "Oh my boy, they are the most powerful group of people to walk the earth, or they would be if they used the knowledge they had instead of just hoarding it. Never mind that; we got off track. What exactly did you come here for?"

Will: "From what I understand, you have the First Blade. I know someone who wants it, and they sent me here to broker a deal with you." Will kept lying to get Magnus to let his guard down as much as possible. He also kept the mark hidden under his jacket to avoid giving Magnus any funny ideas about collecting him.

Magnus: "I usually never sell anything in my collection, but as I used to mentor your grandfather when I was in the Order, maybe I can make an exception this time. How about a trade?"

Will: "That should work. I have to ask my buyer first, though."

Magnus: "That is fine with me."

Will: "But first, I need to see it to verify it's the real deal. No offense."

Magnus: "None taken. I would do the same."

Magnus clapped his hands three times, and from a side door came in a frail-looking young woman that Will immediately recognized as Rebekah Mikaelson.

- Pic here -

Magnus: "The latest addition to my collection, one of the originators of the nightwalkers. Very feisty, this one; nothing a bit of magical brainwashing can't fix, though. Rebekah, be a dear and fetch the First Blade from my collection."

Rebekah: "Right away, sir," then she left.

Will: "Quite the peculiar tastes you have. Though she looks like she would die at any moment, if this is how you treat all your collectibles, I really need to see that blade now."

Magnus: "Don't worry. It is just punishment for being naughty. Once she feeds on blood, she will look brand new. Quite the unkillable these Originals, of course I can do it, though."

As they talked, Rebekah came in with the blade. As soon as Will saw it, he wanted to rush to snatch it, but he held his poker face.

Will: "Can I take it?"

Magnus: "Of course."

As soon as Will touched the blade, he felt that something unlocked in him, like he was now complete.

Magnus: "So it is true; the blade and the mark work as one."

Will, coming back from his euphoria, with the blade still in his right hand, pretended to panic a bit.

"Sorry, the mark? What are you talking about?"

Magnus: "Boy, do you think you could hide that from me in my own house? I knew about it as soon as you walked in."

Will made a dash towards the door, but chains came out of nowhere and tied him back to the chair.

"Give up. As soon as you step inside this home, you can't win against me. Now you will really make a nice addition to my collection. Be proud; you will be my crowning jewel," Magnus said as he approached, wanting to study the mark. As soon as he was in range, the chains holding Will disappeared, and he drove the blade right through Magnus's stomach, giving him a fatal wound but not killing him immediately. Magnus dropped to the floor, blood started leaking from his wound.

Will: "Magnus, oh Magnus, I noticed the slight nudges to my mind as we walked. What, did you think that you couldn't read my mind because of the mark?"

Magnus: "So I guess you lied when you said you don't know about the Men of Letters. I admit I didn't see that coming. From the magic you just displayed, you should also be a master magician. Did they send you to end me?"

Will: "Even in your final moments, you still think about them. Because you once mentored my grandfather, I will tell you. The Men of Letters are gone, wiped out by a Knight of Hell."

Magnus: "At least you gave me some good news before you killed me."

Will: "And who told you that I'm going to kill you?"

Magnus: "What?"

Will took a few steps away and snapped his fingers.

Magnus: "Don't tell me." He looked towards Rebekah, and he could see her looking at him with hate in her eyes and not the bland look she had before.

Magnus: "Rebekah, dear, can we talk about this?"

The only response he got was her opening her mouth, fangs becoming visible, her eyes changed to black and a deep red ,black veins extending from the sides , and she lunged at him.

Will kept looking at the scene, not really feeling any emotion. He didn't know if it was because of the mark or if it was just him not caring.

After Rebekah drained Magnus of all his blood, she turned to him; she again looked like the beautiful woman Will remembered from the shows. She still had her black eyes visible, and she lunged at Will.

Will quickly dodged a few of her attempts, surprised that he could keep up with her speed, kicked her feet, knocking her down, got on top, and with his left hand, he took both her arms, pinning them over her head to the floor.

Will: "Rebekah, this is how you thank me for releasing you? I have to say I'm not in the mood for rough play right now."

Rebekah: "Get your hands off me right now."

"Or what?" Will replied, leaning his face in, their lips almost touching each other.

As he looked into Rebekah's black beautiful eyes, she lunged and stuck her fangs in his neck.

Will released her arms and used his hands to remove her from his neck.

Will: "That was stupid, even for me. For a moment there, my emotions got the best of me. OK, Rebekah, enough." Will raised his voice as he was holding her with his left hand by her neck, still on top of her.

After she tried a few more times unsuccessfully to get out of his hold, she stopped struggling.

She looked him in the eyes, her face reverting back to normal, and asked, "What are you going to do to me?"

Will: "Nothing. You really didn't give me a chance to talk before. Now I'm going to take my hand back from your neck and stand up. Please don't try anything else; I just want to talk a bit with you, and then I'll let you leave, OK?"

Rebekah: "Fine."

Will released her and stood up, holding out his left hand to help her up from the floor.

Rebekah looked into his eyes for a few seconds, and eventually, she took his hand, getting up.

Will: "What I want to know from you is simple: how did you get here?"

Rebekah: "What you want to know is also simple. I met that strange magician on one of my strolls. As soon as he saw me, he knew who I was and cast a spell knocking me out. Then I woke up here. That was a few years ago because at first, he locked me up, trying to make me a part of his collection willingly. When that didn't work, he finally decided to mess with my head yesterday."

Will: "That was no random meeting, Rebekah. He probably decided to make you a part of his collection before he approached you. Casting a spell that knocks out a vampire like you needed preparation; it can't be done immediately. Anything else?"

Rebekah: "No, after he messed with my head, he still left me in the cage. He only let me out when you came."

Will: "That crazy fuck probably wanted to show off his collection; that's why he called you when I came."

"OK, that is enough, I guess. You are free to leave."

Rebekah: "Just like that?"

Will: "Yes, just like that."

Rebekah: "Well, can I at least burn this place to the ground?"

Will: "Are you a pyromaniac? No, I can't let you do that. I have plans for this place, and don't bother to try later; you won't be able to get in anyway."

Rebekah: "Fine. Goodbye."

Will took out a card from the chest pocket of his jacket and handed it to Rebekah. It was all black with a white W W in the middle.

Will: "My personal phone number. Call me if you need anything else. Have a nice trip home, Rebekah; you are free."

Rebekah: "Yeah, free... Thank you." She took the card and then left.

Will touched his neck, and he could not feel any more wounds, and he thought, "So regeneration, speed, strength; this mark is a gift that keeps on giving."

Will headed to the central room for the wards of the mansion, took control of them, made sure that Rebekah left through the wards, then he headed to the nearest door. Too tired mentally from today's events, he quickly cast the spell to link the door in front of him with the one in his bedroom from the bunker and went through. As soon as he was back in his room, he locked the door, took off his jacket, and crashed onto the bed. He fell asleep almost as soon as his face hit the pillow.

As Will started dreaming, he found himself in an environment where pitch-black clouds were everywhere around him, and a portion of the clouds in front of him took the appearance of a beautiful black-haired young woman. He immediately guessed who it was and exclaimed,

"You got to be fucking kidding me."

What do you guys think about the name in front of the speaker in a dialog, the hole he said/repiled/ answered was getting to me , is it annoying like it is now ?
